마태복음 15:29-16:12

 예수님께서는 갈릴리 호숫가에서 많은 병자들을 고치셨으며, 떡 일곱 개와 물고기 두 마리로 사천 명을 먹이셨다. 바리새인들이 이 시대의 표적을 구하자 예수님께서는 자신의 죽음과 부활을 예표하는 요나의 표적을 말씀하시면서 제자들에게 바리새인과 사두개인들의 교훈을 경계시키셨다.
  
  칠병 이어의 기적(15:29-15:39)    
 
  1. Departing from there, Jesus went along by the Sea of Galilee, and having gone up on the mountain, He was sitting there.
  2. And large crowds came to Him, bringing with them those who were lame, crippled, blind, mute, and many others, and they laid them down at His feet; and He healed them.
  3. So the crowd marveled as they saw the mute speaking, the crippled restored, and the lame walking, and the blind seeing; and they glorified the God of Israel.
  4. And Jesus called His disciples to Him, and said, "I feel compassion for the people, because they have remained with Me now three days and have nothing to eat; and I do not want to send them away hungry, for they might faint on the way."
  5. The disciples said to Him, "Where would we get so many loaves in this desolate place to satisfy such a large crowd?"
  1. 예수께서 그 곳을 떠나 갈릴래아 호숫가를 지나서 산에 올라가 앉으셨다.
  2. 그러자 많은 군중이 절름발이와 소경과 곰배팔이와 벙어리와 그 밖의 많은 병자를 예수의 발 앞에 데려다 놓았다. 예수께서는 그들을 다 고쳐주셨다.
  3. 그리하여 벙어리가 말을 하고 곰배팔이가 성해지고 절름발이가 제대로 걷고 소경이 눈을 뜬 것을 군중이 보고 크게 놀라 이스라엘의 하느님을 찬양하였다.
  4. 그 때에 예수께서 제자들을 불러 "이 많은 사람들이 벌써 사흘 동안이나 나와 함께 지내면서 아무것도 먹지 못하였으니 참 보기에 안 되었구나. 가다가 길에서 쓰러질지도 모르니 그들을 굶겨 보내서야 되겠느냐?" 하고 말씀하셨다.
  5. 제자들이 "이런 외딴 곳에서 이 많은 사람들을 배불리 먹일 만한 빵을 어떻게 구하겠습니까?" 하자
  1. And Jesus said to them, "How many loaves do you have?" And they said, "Seven, and a few small fish."
  2. And He directed the people to sit down on the ground;
  3. and He took the seven loaves and the fish; and giving thanks, He broke them and started giving them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the people.
  4. And they all ate and were satisfied, and they picked up what was left over of the broken pieces, seven large baskets full.
  5. And those who ate were four thousand men, besides women and children.
  1. 예수께서 "빵이 몇 개나 있느냐?" 하고 물으셨다. 그들이 "빵 일곱 개와 작은 물고기 몇 마리뿐입니다." 하니까
  2. 예수께서는 사람들을 땅에 앉게 하시고
  3. 빵 일곱 개와 물고기를 손에 들고 하느님께 감사의 기도를 드리신 다음 떼어서 제자들에게 주셨다. 제자들은 그것을 사람들에게 나누어주었다.
  4. 사람들은 모두 배불리 먹었다. 그리고 남은 조각을 주워모으니 일곱 바구니에 가득 찼다.
  5. 먹은 사람은 여자와 어린이들 외에 남자만도 사천 명이나 되었다.
  1. And sending away the crowds, Jesus got into the boat and came to the region of Magadan.
  1. 예수께서는 군중을 돌려보내시고 나서 배를 타고 마가단 지방으로 가셨다.
 
  바리새인과 사두개인의 누룩(16:1-16:12)    
 
  1. The Pharisees and Sadducees came up, and testing Jesus, they asked Him to show them a sign from heaven.
  2. But He replied to them, "When it is evening, you say, 'It will be fair weather, for the sky is red.'
  3. "And in the morning, 'There will be a storm today, for the sky is red and threatening.' Do you know how to discern the appearance of the sky, but cannot discern the signs of the times?
  4. "An evil and adulterous generation seeks after a sign; and a sign will not be given it, except the sign of Jonah." And He left them and went away.
  5. And the disciples came to the other side of the sea, but they had forgotten to bring any bread.
  1. 바리사이파 사람들과 사두가이파 사람들이 와서 예수의 속을 떠보려고 하느님의 인정을 받았다는 표가 될 만한 기적을 보여달라고 하자
  2. 예수께서 이렇게 대답하셨다. "너희는 저녁때에는 '하늘이 붉은 것을 보니 날씨가 맑겠구나.' 하고
  3. 아침에는 '하늘이 붉고 흐린 것을 보니 오늘은 날씨가 궂겠구나.' 한다. 이렇게 하늘을 보고 날씨는 분별할 줄 알면서 왜 시대의 징조는 분별하지 못하느냐?
  4. 악하고 절개 없는 이 세대가 기적을 요구하나 요나의 기적밖에는 따로 보여줄 것이 없다." 그리고 나서 예수께서는 그들을 뒤에 두고 떠나가셨다.
  5. 제자들이 호수 건너편으로 가면서 잊어버리고 빵을 가져가지 못하였다.
  1. And Jesus said to them, "Watch out and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees."
  2. They began to discuss this among themselves, saying, "He said that because we did not bring any bread."
  3. But Jesus, aware of this, said, "You men of little faith, why do you discuss among yourselves that you have no bread?
  4. "Do you not yet understand or remember the five loaves of the five thousand, and how many baskets full you picked up?
  5. "Or the seven loaves of the four thousand, and how many large baskets full you picked up?
  1. 그런데 예수께서 "너희는 정신을 차리고 바리사이파 사람들과 사두가이파 사람들의 누룩을 조심하여라." 하고 말씀하시자
  2. 제자들은 "우리가 빵을 가져오지 않았구나!" 하며 수군거렸다.
  3. 예수께서 그 눈치를 알아채시고 이렇게 말씀하셨다. "빵이 없다고 걱정들을 하다니, 너희는 그렇게도 믿음이 약하냐?
  4. 아직도 모르겠느냐? 빵 다섯 개로 오천 명이나 먹이고도 남아서 거두어들인 것이 몇 바구니나 되었느냐?
  5. 그리고 빵 일곱 개로 사천 명을 먹였을 때는 또 몇 바구니나 거두어들였느냐? 그것을 다 잊었느냐?
  1. "How is it that you do not understand that I did not speak to you concerning bread? But beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and Sadducees."
  2. Then they understood that He did not say to beware of the leaven of bread, but of the teaching of the Pharisees and Sadducees.
  1. 내가 한 말은 빵 이야기가 아니었는데 그것을 어찌하여 깨닫지 못하느냐? 바리사이파 사람들과 사두가이파 사람들의 누룩을 조심하여라."
  2. 그제야 그들은 예수께서 조심하라고 하신 것이 빵의 누룩이 아니라 바리사이파 사람들과 사두가이파 사람들의 가르침이라는 것을 깨달았다.
 
  표적(表蹟, 16:1)  도표의 표지판처럼 곧 나타날 실체를 미리 예고해 주는 사건 또는 사실
