마태복음 21:33-22:14

 예수님은 악한 농부의 비유와 혼인 잔치의 비유를 통해서 예수님의 재림하시는 심판주 되심을 밝히신 동시에 하나님의 구원의 초청을 거부한 이스라엘 백성을 책망하셨다.
  
  혼인 잔치의 비유(21:33-22:14)    
 
  1. "Listen to another parable. There was a landowner who PLANTED A VINEYARD AND PUT A WALL AROUND IT AND DUG A WINE PRESS IN IT, AND BUILT A TOWER, and rented it out to vine-growers and went on a journey.
  2. "When the harvest time approached, he sent his slaves to the vine-growers to receive his produce.
  3. "The vine-growers took his slaves and beat one, and killed another, and stoned a third.
  4. "Again he sent another group of slaves larger than the first; and they did the same thing to them.
  5. "But afterward he sent his son to them, saying, 'They will respect my son.'
  1. 또 다른 비유를 들겠다. 어떤 사람이 포도원을 만들었다. 그는 포도원 둘레에 울타리를 치고 그 안에 포도즙틀을 놓고 망대를 세운 후 농부들에게 세를 주고 멀리 여행을 떠났다.
  2. 포도철이 되어 주인은 자기 몫의 포도를 받아오라고 종들을 소작인들에게 보냈다.
  3. 그러자 소작인들은 종들을 잡아 하나는 때리고 하나는 죽이고 다른 하나는 돌로 쳤다.
  4. 주인은 처음보다 더 많은 종들을 다시 보냈으나 소작인들은 그들에게도 똑같이 하였다.
  5. 마지막으로 주인은 자기 아들을 보내며 '그들이 내 아들은 존경하겠지' 하였으나
  1. "But when the vine-growers saw the son, they said among themselves, 'This is the heir; come, let us kill him and seize his inheritance.'
  2. "They took him, and threw him out of the vineyard and killed him.
  3. "Therefore when the owner of the vineyard comes, what will he do to those vine-growers?"
  4. They said to Him, "He will bring those wretches to a wretched end, and will rent out the vineyard to other vine-growers who will pay him the proceeds at the proper seasons."
  5. Jesus said to them, "Did you never read in the Scriptures, 'THE STONE WHICH THE BUILDERS REJECTED, THIS BECAME THE CHIEF CORNER stone; THIS CAME ABOUT FROM THE LORD, AND IT IS MARVELOUS IN OUR EYES'?
  1. 소작인들은 아들을 보자 '이 사람은 상속자이다. 자, 죽여 버리고 그가 받을 유산을 우리가 차지하자' 하고 서로 말하며
  2. 아들을 포도원 밖으로 끌어내 죽였다.
  3. 그러니 포도원 주인이 돌아오면 그 소작인들을 어떻게 하겠느냐?'
  4. 그러자 그들이 대답하였다. '그 악한 사람들을 무참히 죽이고 포도원은 제때 열매를 주인에게 바칠 다른 농부들에게 맡길 것입니다.'
  5. 그래서 예수님은 그들에게 이렇게 말씀하셨다. '너희는 건축자들이 버린 돌이 집 모퉁이의 머릿돌이 되었으니 이것은 주께서 행하신 것이요 우리 눈에 신기한 일이다 라고 한 성경 말씀을 읽지 못했느냐?
  1. "Therefore I say to you, the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people, producing the fruit of it.
  2. "And he who falls on this stone will be broken to pieces; but on whomever it falls, it will scatter him like dust."
  3. When the chief priests and the Pharisees heard His parables, they understood that He was speaking about them.
  4. When they sought to seize Him, they feared the people, because they considered Him to be a prophet.
  1. 그러므로 내가 너희에게 말해 둔다. 너희는 하나님 나라를 빼앗기고 그 나라에 합당한 생활을 하는 백성이 그 나라를 얻을 것이다.
  2. 이 돌 위에 떨어지는 사람은 깨어질 것이며 이 돌이 사람 위에 떨어지면 그를 가루로 만들어 버릴 것이다.'
  3. 대제사장들과 바리새파 사람들은 이 비유가 자기들을 두고 한 말인 줄 알고
  4. 예수님을 잡아가려고 하였으나 군중이 예수님을 예언자로 여기기 때문에 두려워서 잡지 못하였다.
 
 
  1. Jesus spoke to them again in parables, saying,
  2. "The kingdom of heaven may be compared to a king who gave a wedding feast for his son.
  3. "And he sent out his slaves to call those who had been invited to the wedding feast, and they were unwilling to come.
  4. "Again he sent out other slaves saying, 'Tell those who have been invited, "Behold, I have prepared my dinner; my oxen and my fattened livestock are all butchered and everything is ready; come to the wedding feast."'
  5. "But they paid no attention and went their way, one to his own farm, another to his business,
  1. 예수님은 다시 비유로 이렇게 말씀하셨다.
  2. '하늘 나라는 자기 아들을 위해 결혼 잔치를 베푸는 어떤 왕과 같다.
  3. 왕은 종들을 시켜 잔치에 초대한 손님들을 불렀으나 그들은 오지 않았다.
  4. 왕은 또 다른 종들을 초대한 사람들에게 보내 '살진 소를 잡아 모든 음식을 푸짐하게 준비해 놓았으니 어서 잔치에 오십시오.' 하라고 하였다.
  5. 그러나 그들은 들은 척도 않고 어떤 사람은 자기 밭으로 가고 어떤 사람은 장사하러 가고
  1. and the rest seized his slaves and mistreated them and killed them.
  2. "But the king was enraged, and he sent his armies and destroyed those murderers and set their city on fire.
  3. "Then he said to his slaves, 'The wedding is ready, but those who were invited were not worthy.
  4. 'Go therefore to the main highways, and as many as you find there, invite to the wedding feast.'
  5. "Those slaves went out into the streets and gathered together all they found, both evil and good; and the wedding hall was filled with dinner guests.
  1. 또 다른 사람들은 그 종들을 잡아 모욕하고 죽여 버렸다.
  2. 그러자 왕은 화가 나서 군대를 보내 살인자들을 죽이고 마을을 불태워 버렸다.
  3. 그리고 나서 왕은 종들에게 말하였다. '잔치는 준비되었으나 초대받은 사람들은 자격이 없다.
  4. 그러니 너희는 길거리에 나가 만나는 사람마다 잔치에 초대하여라.'
  5. 그래서 종들이 나가 좋은 사람이건 나쁜 사람이건 만나는 대로 데려오자 잔치 자리가 가득 찼다.
  1. "But when the king came in to look over the dinner guests, he saw a man there who was not dressed in wedding clothes,
  2. and he said to him, 'Friend, how did you come in here without wedding clothes?' And the man was speechless.
  3. "Then the king said to the servants, 'Bind him hand and foot, and throw him into the outer darkness; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.'
  4. "For many are called, but few are chosen."
  1. 왕이 손님들을 보려고 들어갔다가 예복을 입지 않은 한 사람을 보고
  2. '그대는 어째서 예복도 입지 않고 여기 들어왔는가?' 하고 묻자 그는 아무 대답이 없었다.
  3. 그때 왕은 종들에게 '이 사람의 손발을 묶어 바깥 어두운 곳에 던져라. 거기서 통곡하며 이를 갈 것이다.' 하였다.
  4. 이와 같이 초대받은 사람은 많지만 선택받은 사람은 적다.'
