누가복음 24:13-24:53

 예수님은 엠마오로 가는 두 제자에게 나타나 자신의 부활을 확신시켜 주셨다. 그리고 그들이 예루살렘으로 돌아가서 열한 사도들에게 예수님의 부활을 증거하고 있을 때 그 가운데 나타나셔서 다시 한 번 자신의 부활을 확신시키시고 복음을 전파할 것을 명하신 후, 베다니에 이르러 제자들이 보는 가운데 승천하셨다.
  
  엠마오 도상의 두 제자(24:13-24:35)    
 
  1. And behold, two of them were going that very day to a village named Emmaus, which was about seven miles from Jerusalem.
  2. And they were talking with each other about all these things which had taken place.
  3. While they were talking and discussing, Jesus Himself approached and began traveling with them.
  4. But their eyes were prevented from recognizing Him.
  5. And He said to them, "What are these words that you are exchanging with one another as you are walking?" And they stood still, looking sad.
  1. 바로 그 날 두 제자가 예루살렘에서 11킬로미터쯤 떨어진 엠마오라는 마을로 내려가면서
  2. 최근에 일어난 모든 일에 대하여 서로 이야기하고 있었다.
  3. 그들이 서로 이야기하며 토론하고 있을 때 예수님이 가까이 가셔서 그들과 동행하셨다.
  4. 그러나 그들은 예수님을 보고도 알아보지 못했다.
  5. 예수님이 그들에게 '너희가 길을 가면서 무슨 이야기를 하고 있느냐?' 하고 물으시자 그들은 슬픈 표정을 지으며 멈춰 섰다.
  1. One of them, named Cleopas, answered and said to Him, "Are You the only one visiting Jerusalem and unaware of the things which have happened here in these days?"
  2. And He said to them, "What things?" And they said to Him, "The things about Jesus the Nazarene, who was a prophet mighty in deed and word in the sight of God and all the people,
  3. and how the chief priests and our rulers delivered Him to the sentence of death, and crucified Him.
  4. "But we were hoping that it was He who was going to redeem Israel. Indeed, besides all this, it is the third day since these things happened.
  5. "But also some women among us amazed us. When they were at the tomb early in the morning,
  1. 그때 글로바라는 사람이 예수님께 '당신은 예루살렘에 있으면서 최근에 일어난 일을 혼자만 모르고 계십니까?' 하였다.
  2. 그래서 예수님이 '무슨 일이냐?'하고 다시 물으시자 그들은 이렇게 대답하였다. '나사렛 예수님에 대한 일입니다. 그분은 하나님과 모든 백성들 앞에서 행동이나 말씀에 능력 있는 예언자였습니다.
  3. 그런데 대제사장들과 우리 지도자들이 그분을 넘겨 주어 사형 선고를 받게 하고 십자가에 못박았습니다.
  4. 우리는 그분이 이스라엘을 구해 주실 분이라고 잔뜩 기대했었는데 말입니다. 어디 이뿐이겠습니까? 이런 일이 일어난 지 사흘이나 되었는데
  5. 우리 가운데 어떤 여자들이 우리를 깜짝 놀라게 했습니다. 그들은 새벽이 무덤에 갔다가
  1. and did not find His body, they came, saying that they had also seen a vision of angels who said that He was alive.
  2. "Some of those who were with us went to the tomb and found it just exactly as the women also had said; but Him they did not see."
  3. And He said to them, "O foolish men and slow of heart to believe in all that the prophets have spoken!
  4. "Was it not necessary for the Christ to suffer these things and to enter into His glory?"
  5. Then beginning with Moses and with all the prophets, He explained to them the things concerning Himself in all the Scriptures.
  1. 예수님의 시체는 보지 못하고 돌아와서 천사가 나타나 그분이 살아나셨다고 말하더라는 이야기를 해 주었습니다.
  2. 그리고 우리와 함께 있던 몇 사람도 무덤에 가 보고 여자들이 말한 것이 사실임을 확인했으나 예수님은 보지 못했습니다.'
  3. 그래서 예수님은 그들에게 '너희는 정말 미련하고 예언자들이 말한 모든 것을 더디 믿는구나!
  4. 그리스도가 이런 고난을 받고 자기 영광에 들어가야 하지 않느냐?' 하시고
  5. 모세와 모든 예언자들로부터 시작하여 자기에 관해서 모든 성경에 기록된 것을 그들에게 자세히 설명해 주셨다.
  1. And they approached the village where they were going, and He acted as though He were going farther.
  2. But they urged Him, saying, "Stay with us, for it is getting toward evening, and the day is now nearly over." So He went in to stay with them.
  3. When He had reclined at the table with them, He took the bread and blessed it, and breaking it, He began giving it to them.
  4. Then their eyes were opened and they recognized Him; and He vanished from their sight.
  5. They said to one another, "Were not our hearts burning within us while He was speaking to us on the road, while He was explaining the Scriptures to us?"
  1. 그들이 가려고 하는 마을에 가까이 갔을 때 예수님이 더 가시려고 하시자
  2. 그들이 강력하게 권하며 '저녁때가 되어 날이 이미 저물었습니다. 우리와 함께 묵었다가 가십시오.' 하였다. 그래서 예수님은 그들과 함께 묵으려고 따라 들어갔다.
  3. 예수님이 그들과 함께 식탁에 앉아 빵을 들고 감사 기도를 드리신 후에 떼어서 그들에게 주시자
  4. 그들의 눈이 열려 예수님을 알아보았다. 그러자 예수님은 순식간에 사라져 보이지 않으셨다.
  5. 그들은 '길에서 그분이 우리에게 말씀하시고 성경 말씀을 설명해 주실 때 우리 마음이 속에서 뜨겁지 않더냐?' 하고 서로 말하였다.
  1. And they got up that very hour and returned to Jerusalem, and found gathered together the eleven and those who were with them,
  2. saying, "The Lord has really risen and has appeared to Simon."
  3. They began to relate their experiences on the road and how He was recognized by them in the breaking of the bread.
  1. 그리고서 그들이 즉시 일어나 예루살렘으로 돌아가 보니 열 한 제자가 다른 사람들과 함께 모여서
  2. 주님이 정말 살아나 시몬에게 나타나셨다는 이야기를 하고 있었다.
  3. 그래서 두 제자도 길에서 있었던 일과 예수님이 빵을 떼어 주실 때 그분을 알아보게 되었던 일을 이야기해 주었다.
 
  예수님의 분부(24:36-24:53)    
 
  1. While they were telling these things, He Himself stood in their midst and said to them, "Peace be to you."
  2. But they were startled and frightened and thought that they were seeing a spirit.
  3. And He said to them, "Why are you troubled, and why do doubts arise in your hearts?
  4. "See My hands and My feet, that it is I Myself; touch Me and see, for a spirit does not have flesh and bones as you see that I have."
  5. And when He had said this, He showed them His hands and His feet.
  1. 그들이 이야기를 하고 있을 때 예수님이 직접 그들 가운데 나타나셔서 '다들 잘 있었느냐?' 하고 말씀하시자
  2. 그들은 깜짝 놀라며 유령을 보는 것으로 생각하였다.
  3. 그때 예수님이 그들에게 이렇게 말씀하셨다. '왜 그렇게 놀라며 의심하느냐?
  4. 내 손과 발을 보아라. 나다! 자, 만져 보아라. 유령은 살과 뼈가 없으나 보다시피 나는 살과 뼈가 있다.'
  5. 예수님이 이 말씀을 하시고 손과 발을 보이셨으나
  1. While they still could not believe it because of their joy and amazement, He said to them, "Have you anything here to eat?"
  2. They gave Him a piece of a broiled fish;
  3. and He took it and ate it before them.
  4. Now He said to them, "These are My words which I spoke to you while I was still with you, that all things which are written about Me in the Law of Moses and the Prophets and the Psalms must be fulfilled."
  5. Then He opened their minds to understand the Scriptures,
  1. 그들은 너무 기뻐서 오히려 믿지 못하고 이상하게 생각하였다. 그래서 예수님이 '여기 먹을 것이 좀 있느냐?' 하고 물으시자
  2. 그들이 구운 생선 한 토막을 갖다 드렸다.
  3. 예수님은 그 생선을 받아 그들이 보는 앞에서 잡수셨다.
  4. 그리고서 예수님은 그들에게 '내가 너희와 함께 있을 때 모세의 율법책과 예언서와 시편에서 나에 대하여 기록된 모든 것이 이루어져야 한다고 너희에게 말한 것이 바로 이것이다.' 하시고
  5. 그들의 마음을 열어 성경을 깨닫게 하시고
  1. and He said to them, "Thus it is written, that the Christ would suffer and rise again from the dead the third day,
  2. and that repentance for forgiveness of sins would be proclaimed in His name to all the nations, beginning from Jerusalem.
  3. "You are witnesses of these things.
  4. "And behold, I am sending forth the promise of My Father upon you; but you are to stay in the city until you are clothed with power from on high."
  5. And He led them out as far as Bethany, and He lifted up His hands and blessed them.
  1. 이렇게 말씀하셨다. '성경에는 그리스도가 고난을 받고 죽었다가 3일 만에 다시 살아날 것과
  2. 또 회개하면 죄를 용서받는다는 이 기쁜 소식이 예루살렘에서 시작하여 모든 민족에게 그리스도의 이름으로 전파될 것이 기록되어 있다.
  3. 너희는 이 일에 대한 증인이다.
  4. 내 아버지께서 약속하신 성령을 내가 너희에게 보내겠다. 그러나 너희는 위에서 오는 능력을 받을 때까지 예루살렘에 머물러 있거라.'
  5. 예수님은 그들을 데리고 베다니 근처로 가서 손을 들어 그들을 축복해 주셨다.
  1. While He was blessing them, He parted from them and was carried up into heaven.
  2. And they, after worshiping Him, returned to Jerusalem with great joy,
  3. and were continually in the temple praising God.
  1. 예수님이 그들을 축복하시면서 그들을 떠나 하늘로 올리워 가시자
  2. 그들은 예수님께 경배하고 벅찬 기쁨으로 예루살렘에 돌아와
  3. 계속 성전에 머물러 있으면서 하나님을 찬양하였다.
