에스겔 29:1-30:26

 하나님께서는 애굽이 바벨론에 의해 멸망되었다가 40년 후에 연약한 나라로 회복될 것이며, 애굽이 함락되는 날 그의 동맹국들도 함께 멸망할 것이라고 예고하셨다. 그리고 애굽의 멸망은 하나님께서 바벨론 왕의 팔을 강하게 붙드시고 바로의 팔을 꺾어 약하게 하신 결과라고 밝히셨다.
  
  애굽에 대한 심판(29:1-29:21)    
 
  1. In the tenth year, in the tenth month, on the twelfth of the month, the word of the LORD came to me saying,
  2. "Son of man, set your face against Pharaoh king of Egypt and prophesy against him and against all Egypt.
  3. "Speak and say, 'Thus says the Lord GOD, "Behold, I am against you, Pharaoh king of Egypt, The great monster that lies in the midst of his rivers, That has said, 'My Nile is mine, and I myself have made it.'
  4. "I will put hooks in your jaws And make the fish of your rivers cling to your scales. And I will bring you up out of the midst of your rivers, And all the fish of your rivers will cling to your scales.
  5. "I will abandon you to the wilderness, you and all the fish of your rivers; You will fall on the open field; you will not be brought together or gathered I have given you for food to the beasts of the earth and to the birds of the sky.
  1. 우리가 포로 되어 온 지 10년째가 되는 해 10월 12일에 여호와께서 나에게 말씀하셨다.
  2. '사람의 아들아, 너는 이집트의 바로 왕을 책망하고 그와 모든 이집트 땅을 향하여 예언하라.
  3. 너는 그에게 나 주 여호와가 이렇게 말한다고 일러 주어라. '이집트 왕 바로야, 내가 너를 대적한다. 너는 강에 누워 있는 거대한 괴물이다. 너는 이 나일강이 네 것이며 너를 위해 네가 이것을 만들었다고 말하고 있다.
  4. 내가 갈고리로 네 턱을 꿰고 네 강의 고기가 네 비늘에 붙게 하며 네 비늘에 붙은 모든 고기와 함께 너를 강에서 끌어 내어
  5. 너와 네 강의 모든 고기를 광야에 그대로 버려 둘 것이니 네가 땅에 떨어 져서 묻히지 못한 채 그대로 있을 것이다. 내가 너를 들짐승과 공중의 새에게 먹이로 주게 되면
  1. "Then all the inhabitants of Egypt will know that I am the LORD, Because they have been only a staff made of reed to the house of Israel.
  2. "When they took hold of you with the hand, You broke and tore all their hands; And when they leaned on you, You broke and made all their loins quake."
  3. 'Therefore thus says the Lord GOD, "Behold, I will bring upon you a sword and I will cut off from you man and beast.
  4. "The land of Egypt will become a desolation and waste Then they will know that I am the LORD Because you said, 'The Nile is mine, and I have made it,'
  5. therefore, behold, I am against you and against your rivers, and I will make the land of Egypt an utter waste and desolation, from Migdol to Syene and even to the border of Ethiopia.
  1. 이집트에 사는 모든 사람들이 나를 여호와인 줄 알 것이다. 너는 이스라엘 백성에게 갈대로 만든 지팡이에 불과하였다.
  2. 그들이 손으로 너를 잡으면 네가 부서져서 그들의 어깨를 찢었고 그들이 너에게 기대면 네가 부러져서 그들의 허리를 비틀리게 하였다.
  3. 그러므로 나 주 여호와가 말한다. 내가 칼을 너에게 보내 네 백성과 짐승을 다 죽여 버리겠다.
  4. 이집트 땅이 황폐한 불모지가 되면 네 백성이 나를 여호와인 줄 알 것이다. 너는 이 나일강이 네 것이며 네가 그것을 만들었다고 말하고 있다.
  5. 그러므로 내가 너와 네 강들을 쳐서 북으로 믹돌에서부터 남으로 아스완, 곧 이디오피아 국경에 이르기까지 이집트 땅을 황폐한 불모지로 만들어 버리겠다.
  1. "A man's foot will not pass through it, and the foot of a beast will not pass through it, and it will not be inhabited for forty years.
  2. "So I will make the land of Egypt a desolation in the midst of desolated lands And her cities, in the midst of cities that are laid waste, will be desolate forty years; and I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations and disperse them among the lands."
  3. 'For thus says the Lord GOD, "At the end of forty years I will gather the Egyptians from the peoples among whom they were scattered.
  4. "I will turn the fortunes of Egypt and make them return to the land of Pathros, to the land of their origin, and there they will be a lowly kingdom.
  5. "It will be the lowest of the kingdoms, and it will never again lift itself up above the nations And I will make them so small that they will not rule over the nations.
  1. 사람이나 짐승이 그 땅을 밟고 지나가지 않을 것이며 40년 동안 그 땅에 사는 자가 아무도 없을 것이다.
  2. 내가 이집트를 세상에서 가장 황폐한 땅으로 만들 것이니 그 성들이 40년 동안 폐허가 된 채 버려질 것이다. 그리고 내가 이집트 사람들을 분산시켜 세계 각처로 흩어 버리겠다.
  3. 나 주 여호와가 말한다. 40년이 끝날 무렵에 내가 세계 각처에 흩어져 있는 이집트 사람들을 다시 모아
  4. 그들의 원상태를 회복시키고 그들의 본토인 이집트 남부의 바드로스 땅으로 돌아오게 하겠다. 그들이 거기서 보잘 것없는 나라를 이룰 것이다.
  5. 그러나 그것은 나라 중에서도 제일 힘없는 나라가 되어 다른 나라 위에 올라서지 못할 것이다. 이와 같이 내가 그들을 약소 민족으로 만들 것이니 그들이 다시는 다른 나라를 지배하지 못할 것이다.
  1. "And it will never again be the confidence of the house of Israel, bringing to mind the iniquity of their having turned to Egypt. Then they will know that I am the Lord GOD."'"
  2. Now in the twenty-seventh year, in the first month, on the first of the month, the word of the LORD came to me saying,
  3. "Son of man, Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon made his army labor hard against Tyre; every head was made bald and every shoulder was rubbed bare. But he and his army had no wages from Tyre for the labor that he had performed against it."
  4. Therefore thus says the Lord GOD, "Behold, I will give the land of Egypt to Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon And he will carry off her wealth and capture her spoil and seize her plunder; and it will be wages for his army.
  5. "I have given him the land of Egypt for his labor which he performed, because they acted for Me," declares the Lord GOD.
  1. 이스라엘이 도움을 얻으려고 더 이상 이집트를 의지하지 않을 것이며 그들은 이집트를 생각할 때마다 그들이 이집트의 도움을 얻으려고 했던 것이 큰 잘못임을 깨닫고 내가 주 여호와임을 알게 될 것이다.'
  2. 우리가 포로 되어 온 지 27년째가 되는 해 1월 1일에 여호와께서 나에게 말씀하셨다.
  3. '사람의 아들아, 바빌로니아의 느부갓네살왕이 두로를 치느라고 자기 병사들에게 무거운 짐을 나르게 하여 그들의 머리가 까지고 어깨가 벗겨졌으나 그와 그 군대가 수고한 댓가를 전혀 얻지 못하였다.
  4. 그러므로 나 주 여호와가 말한다. 내가 이집트 땅을 바빌로니아의 느부갓네살왕에게 넘겨 주겠다. 그가 그 땅을 약탈하여 모든 재물을 가져갈 것이니 이것이 그 군대가 수고한 댓가가 될 것이다.
  5. 그들이 나를 위해 수고하였으므로 네가 그 댓가로 이집트를 그들에게 주었다. 이것은 나 주 여호와의 말이다.
  1. "On that day I will make a horn sprout for the house of Israel, and I will open your mouth in their midst. Then they will know that I am the LORD."
  1. 그 날에 네가 이스라엘 백성에게 옛날의 영광을 되찾게 하고 모든 사람이 다 들을 수 있도록 네 입을 열어 말하게 하겠다. 그러면 그들이 나를 여호와인줄 알 것이다.'
 
  애굽과 그 동맹국들의 파멸(30:1-30:26)    
 
  1. The word of the LORD came again to me saying,
  2. "Son of man, prophesy and say, 'Thus says the Lord GOD, "Wail, 'Alas for the day!'
  3. "For the day is near, Even the day of the LORD is near; It will be a day of clouds, A time of doom for the nations.
  4. "A sword will come upon Egypt, And anguish will be in Ethiopia; When the slain fall in Egypt, They take away her wealth, And her foundations are torn down.
  5. "Ethiopia, Put, Lud, all Arabia, Libya and the people of the land that is in league will fall with them by the sword."
  1. 여호와께서 나에게 말씀하셨다.
  2. '사람의 아들아, 너는 나 주 여호와가 하는 말을 예언하고 선포하라. 너희는 아, 슬프다. 그 날이여! 하고 외쳐라.
  3. 그 날이 가까왔다. 여호와의 날이 가까왔으니 온 세계에 절망의 날이요 파멸의 날이다.
  4. 칼이 와서 이집트를 칠 것이며 이디오피아에 큰 번민이 있을 것이다. 수많은 사람들이 이집트에서 쓰러질 때 이집트의 재물이 약탈당할 것이며 그 나라의 터전이 무너져 내릴 것이다.
  5. 이디오피아, 리비아, 리디아, 아라비아, 굽, 그리고 그들과 동맹한 나라의 군인들도 그 전쟁에서 죽임을 당할 것이다.
  1. 'Thus says the LORD, "Indeed, those who support Egypt will fall And the pride of her power will come down; From Migdol to Syene They will fall within her by the sword," Declares the Lord GOD.
  2. "They will be desolate In the midst of the desolated lands; And her cities will be In the midst of the devastated cities.
  3. "And they will know that I am the LORD, When I set a fire in Egypt And all her helpers are broken.
  4. "On that day messengers will go forth from Me in ships to frighten secure Ethiopia; and anguish will be on them as on the day of Egypt; for behold, it comes!"
  5. 'Thus says the Lord GOD, "I will also make the hordes of Egypt cease By the hand of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon.
  1. 나 여호와가 말한다. 북쪽 믹돌에서부터 남쪽 아스완에 이르기까지 이집트를 지원하는 자들이 칼날에 쓰러질 것이니 이집트의 교만한 기세가 꺾일 것이다. 이것은 나 주 여호와의 말이다.
  2. 그 땅은 세상에서 가장 황폐할 것이며 그 성들도 완전히 폐허가 될 것이다.
  3. 내가 이집트에 불을 놓아 그 모든 동맹국들을 소멸할 때에 그들이 나를 여호와인 줄 알 것이다.
  4. 그 날에 내가 사자들을 배로 급히 보내 방심하고 있는 이디오피아 사람들을 두렵게 하겠다. 이집트가 파멸하는 날에 그들에게도 근심이 있을 것이다. 보라, 그 날이 다가오고 있다.
  5. 나 주 여호와가 말한다. 내가 바빌로니아의 느부갓네살왕을 통해 수많은 이집트 사람들을 죽일 것이다.
  1. "He and his people with him, The most ruthless of the nations, Will be brought in to destroy the land; And they will draw their swords against Egypt And fill the land with the slain.
  2. "Moreover, I will make the Nile canals dry And sell the land into the hands of evil men. And I will make the land desolate And all that is in it, By the hand of strangers; I the LORD have spoken."
  3. 'Thus says the Lord GOD, "I will also destroy the idols And make the images cease from Memphis. And there will no longer be a prince in the land of Egypt; And I will put fear in the land of Egypt.
  4. "I will make Pathros desolate, Set a fire in Zoan And execute judgments on Thebes.
  5. "I will pour out My wrath on Sin, The stronghold of Egypt; I will also cut off the hordes of Thebes.
  1. 그가 세계에서 가장 잔인한 자기 군대를 거느리고 와서 그 땅을 황폐하게 할 것이며 그들이 칼로 이집트를 쳐서 그 땅을 시체로 가득 채울 것이다.
  2. 내가 나일강을 말리고 그 땅을 악인들에게 팔 것이며 외국인들의 손으로 그 땅과 그 가운데 있는 모든 것을 황폐하게 하겠다. 이것은 나 여호와의 말이다.
  3. 나 여호와가 말한다. 내가 그 우상들을 부숴 버리고 멤피스에서 그 신상들을 없애며 다시는 이집트를 다스릴 왕이 없게 하고 그 땅 모든 사람들을 두렵게 할 것이다.
  4. 내가 바드로스를 황폐하게 하고 소안에 불을 지르며 데베스를 벌하고
  5. 이집트의 요새인 펠루시움에 내 분노를 쏟고 데베스 사람들을 죽이겠다.
  1. "I will set a fire in Egypt; Sin will writhe in anguish, Thebes will be breached And Memphis will have distresses daily.
  2. "The young men of On and of Pi-beseth Will fall by the sword, And the women will go into captivity.
  3. "In Tehaphnehes the day will be dark When I break there the yoke bars of Egypt. Then the pride of her power will cease in her; A cloud will cover her, And her daughters will go into captivity.
  4. "Thus I will execute judgments on Egypt, And they will know that I am the LORD."'"
  5. In the eleventh year, in the first month, on the seventh of the month, the word of the LORD came to me saying,
  1. 내가 이집트에 불을 지를 것이니 펠루시움이 괴로와서 몸부림치고 데베스는 찢어져서 나뉠 것이며 멤피스는 항상 고통을 당할 것이다.
  2. 헬리오폴리스와 부바스티스의 젊은이들이 칼날에 쓰러질 것이며 그 여자들은 포로로 잡혀갈 것이다.
  3. 내가 이집트의 세력을 꺾어 그들이 자랑스럽게 생각하던 힘을 없애 버릴 때에 다바네스에서도 날이 어두울 것이니 이집트는 구름에 뒤덮이고 그 백성들은 포로로 잡혀갈 것이다.
  4. 이와 같이 내가 이집트를 벌하면 그 백성이 나를 여호와인 줄 알 것이다.'
  5. 우리가 포로 되어 온 지 11년째가 되는 해 1월 7일에 여호와께서 나에게 말씀하셨다.
  1. "Son of man, I have broken the arm of Pharaoh king of Egypt; and, behold, it has not been bound up for healing or wrapped with a bandage, that it may be strong to hold the sword.
  2. "Therefore thus says the Lord GOD, 'Behold, I am against Pharaoh king of Egypt and will break his arms, both the strong and the broken; and I will make the sword fall from his hand.
  3. 'I will scatter the Egyptians among the nations and disperse them among the lands.
  4. 'For I will strengthen the arms of the king of Babylon and put My sword in his hand; and I will break the arms of Pharaoh, so that he will groan before him with the groanings of a wounded man.
  5. 'Thus I will strengthen the arms of the king of Babylon, but the arms of Pharaoh will fall. Then they will know that I am the LORD, when I put My sword into the hand of the king of Babylon and he stretches it out against the land of Egypt.
  1. '사람의 아들아, 내가 이집트 왕 바로의 팔을 꺾었더니 칼 잡을 힘이 있을 만큼 그의 팔을 싸매거나 고정시켜 낫게 한 사람이 없었다.
  2. 그러므로 나 주 여호와가 말한다. 내가 이집트의 바로 왕을 대적하여 그의 두 팔, 곧 성한 팔과 이미 꺾인 팔을 꺾어 칼이 그 손에서 떨어지게 하고
  3. 이집트 사람을 온 세계에 흩어 버릴 것이다.
  4. 내가 바빌로니아 왕의 팔을 강하게 하고 내 칼을 그의 손에 쥐어 주겠다. 그러나 내가 바로의 팔을 꺾을 것이니 그가 부상으로 죽어 가는 사람처럼 바빌로니아 왕 앞에서 신음할 것이다.
  5. 내가 바빌로니아 왕의 팔은 강하게 하고 바로의 팔은 힘없이 처지게 하겠다. 내가 내 칼을 바빌로니아 왕의 손에 쥐어 주고 그가 그 칼을 휘둘러 이집트를 치면 그들이 나를 여호와인 줄 알 것이다.
  1. 'When I scatter the Egyptians among the nations and disperse them among the lands, then they will know that I am the LORD.'"
  1. 내가 이집트 사람을 온 세계에 흩어 버리겠다. 그러면 그들이 내가 여호와임을 알 것이다.'
