- 의와 사랑을 추구하는 사람은 생명과 의와 영광을 얻는다.
- 지혜로운 사람은 용사들의 성을 공격하여 그들이 의지하는 요새를 무너뜨린다.
- 자기 입과 혀를 지키는 사람은 환난에서 자기 영혼을 지킨다.
- 거만하고 교만한 사람을 냉소자라고 부르는 것은 그가 오만하게 행동하기 때문이다.
- 일하기를 싫어하는 게으른 자에게는 욕심, 바로 그것이 죽음이다.
