- 그들은 주님을 위해서 전도 여행을 하지만 이방인들에게서는 아무것도 받지 않습니다.
- 그러므로 우리는 그런 사람들을 도와야 합니다. 그러면 우리가 진리를 위해 그들과 함께 일하는 사람이 될 것입니다.
- 나는 이 일이 대하여 그 교회에 편지를 몇 자 써서 보냈습니다. 그런데 그 교회에서 으뜸이 되기를 좋아하는 디오드레베가 우리의 권고를 받아들이지 않았습니다.
- 그러므로 내가 가면 그가 행한 일을 드러낼 것입니다. 그는 악한 말로 우리를 헐뜯고 그것도 부족하여 순회 전도자들을 접대하지 않으며 접대하고자 하는 사람들까지 못하게 하고 그들을 교회에서 쫓아내고 있습니다.
