- He who fashions the hearts of them all, He who understands all their works.
- The king is not saved by a mighty army; A warrior is not delivered by great strength.

- 주님이 그들의 하나님이 되시기로 한 나라 곧 주 하나님이 그의 기업으로 선택한 백성은 복이 있다.
- 주님은 하늘에서 굽어보시며, 사람들을 낱낱이 살펴보신다.
- 계시는 그 곳에서 땅 위에 사는 사람을 지켜 보신다.
- 주님은 사람의 마음을 지으신 분, 사람의 행위를 모두 아시는 분이시다.
- 군대가 많다고 해서 왕이 나라를 구하는 것은 아니며, 힘이 세다고 해서 용사가 제 목숨을 건지는 것은 아니다.

- A horse is a false hope for victory; Nor does it deliver anyone by its great strength.
- Behold, the eye of the LORD is on those who fear Him, On those who hope for His lovingkindness,
- To deliver their soul from death And to keep them alive in famine.
- Our soul waits for the LORD; He is our help and our shield.
- For our heart rejoices in Him, Because we trust in His holy name.

- 나라를 구하는 데 군마가 필요한 것은 아니며, 목숨을 건지는 데 많은 군대가 필요한 것은 아니다.
- 그렇다. 주님의 눈은 주님을 경외하는 사람들을 살펴보시며, 한결같은 사랑을 사모하는 사람들을 살펴보시고,
- 그들의 목숨을 죽을 자리에서 건져내시고, 굶주릴 때에 살려 주신다.
- 주님은 우리의 구원자이시요, 우리의 방패이시니, 우리가 주님을 기다립니다.
- 우리가 그 거룩한 이름을 의지하기에 우리 마음이 그분 때문에 기쁩니다.
