- Do not remember the iniquities of our forefathers against us; Let Your compassion come quickly to meet us, For we are brought very low.
- Help us, O God of our salvation, for the glory of Your name; And deliver us and forgive our sins for Your name's sake.
- Why should the nations say, "Where is their God?" Let there be known among the nations in our sight, Vengeance for the blood of Your servants which has been shed.
- Let the groaning of the prisoner come before You; According to the greatness of Your power preserve those who are doomed to die.
- And return to our neighbors sevenfold into their bosom The reproach with which they have reproached You, O Lord.

- 우리 조상의 죄악을 기억하여 우리에게 돌리지 마십시오. 주님의 긍휼하심으로 어서 빨리 우리를 영접하여 주십시오. 우리가 아주 비천하게 되었습니다.
- 우리를 구원하여 주시는 하나님, 주님의 영광스러운 이름을 생각해서라도 우리를 도와주십시오. 주님의 명성을 생각해서라도 우리를 건져 주시고, 우리의 죄를 용서하여 주십시오.
- 어찌 이방인들이 "그들의 하나님이 어디에 있느냐?" 하면서 비웃게 버려 두시겠습니까? 주님의 종들이 흘린 피를 주님께서 갚아 주신다는 것을, 우리가 보는 앞에서 이방인들에게 알려 주십시오.
- 갇힌 사람들의 신음소리를 주님께서 들어 주십시오. 죽게 된 사람들을 주님의 능하신 팔로 살려 주십시오.
- 주님, 우리 이웃 나라들이 주님을 모독한 그 모독을 그들의 품에다가 일곱 배로 갚아 주십시오.
