에스겔 41:1-43:27

 하나님께서 에스겔에게 성소와 지성소로 되어 있는 성전 내부 구조와 크기, 장식, 제단과 상, 문 등을 보여 주셨다. 에스겔은 성전 주위의 방과 뜰 전체를 측량하고 구조를 살폈다. 북편과 남편에 있는 방에서는 제사장들이 지성물을 먹었으며 거룩한 의복을 갈아입었다. 바깥 담은 성전의 거룩함을 지키는 역할을 했다. 하나님께서는 이스라엘이 우상을 버리고 돌아오면 그들과 영원토록 함께하실 것임을 약속하셨다.
  
  성전 내부(41:1-41:26)    
 
  1. Then he brought me to the nave and measured the side pillars; six cubits wide on each side was the width of the side pillar.
  2. The width of the entrance was ten cubits and the sides of the entrance were five cubits on each side. And he measured the length of the nave, forty cubits, and the width, twenty cubits.
  3. Then he went inside and measured each side pillar of the doorway, two cubits, and the doorway, six cubits high; and the width of the doorway, seven cubits.
  4. He measured its length, twenty cubits, and the width, twenty cubits, before the nave; and he said to me, "This is the most holy place."
  5. Then he measured the wall of the temple, six cubits; and the width of the side chambers, four cubits, all around about the house on every side.
  1. 그런 다음에 그가 나를 데리고 성전으로 들어가서 벽을 재니, 그 벽 두께가 양쪽이 각각 여섯 자였다.

  1. The side chambers were in three stories, one above another, and thirty in each story; and the side chambers extended to the wall which stood on their inward side all around, that they might be fastened, and not be fastened into the wall of the temple itself.
  2. The side chambers surrounding the temple were wider at each successive story. Because the structure surrounding the temple went upward by stages on all sides of the temple, therefore the width of the temple increased as it went higher; and thus one went up from the lowest story to the highest by way of the second story.
  3. I saw also that the house had a raised platform all around; the foundations of the side chambers were a full rod of six long cubits in height.
  4. The thickness of the outer wall of the side chambers was five cubits. But the free space between the side chambers belonging to the temple
  5. and the outer chambers was twenty cubits in width all around the temple on every side.
  1. 그 곁방들은 방 위에 방이 있어서 삼 층을 이루고 있으며, 층마다 방이 서른 개씩 있었다. 그런데 그 곁방들은 성전을 돌아가면서 성전의 벽에 부착되어 있어서, 성전의 벽 자체를 파고 들어가지는 않았다.
  2. 그 둘러 있는 곁방들은, 그 층이 위로 올라갈수록 넓어졌다. 이 곁방의 건물이 성전의 주위로 올라가며 위층까지 건축되었다. 그래서 이 건물은 아래층에서 중간층을 거쳐 맨 위층으로 올라가게 되어 있었다.
  3. 내가 또 보니, 성전의 둘레에 지대가 더 높이 솟아 있었는데, 곧 곁방들의 기초의 높이였다. 그 높이는 한 장대인 여섯 자였다.
  4. 곁방들의 외부에도 담이 있었는데, 그 두께가 다섯 자였다. 또 성전의 곁방들 밖에는 빈 터가 있는데,
  5. 그 너비는 스무 자이며, 성전을 빙 돌아가는 뜰이었다.
  1. The doorways of the side chambers toward the free space consisted of one doorway toward the north and another doorway toward the south; and the width of the free space was five cubits all around.
  2. The building that was in front of the separate area at the side toward the west was seventy cubits wide; and the wall of the building was five cubits thick all around, and its length was ninety cubits.
  3. Then he measured the temple, a hundred cubits long; the separate area with the building and its walls were also a hundred cubits long.
  4. Also the width of the front of the temple and that of the separate areas along the east side totaled a hundred cubits.
  5. He measured the length of the building along the front of the separate area behind it, with a gallery on each side, a hundred cubits; he also measured the inner nave and the porches of the court.
  1. 그 곁방 건물의 문이 이 공간쪽으로 났는데, 하나는 북쪽으로 났고, 또 하나는 남쪽으로 났다. 둘러 있는 이 빈 터의 너비는 다섯 자였다.
  2. 또 성전의 서쪽 뜰 뒤로 건물이 있는데, 그 너비가 일흔 자였다. 그 건물의 벽은 사방으로 두께가 다섯 자였다. 그 건물 자체의 길이는 아흔 자였다.
  3. 그가 성전을 재는데, 그 길이가 백 자이고, 서쪽 뜰과 건물과 그 양쪽 벽까지 합해서 또 길이가 백 자였다.
  4. 성전의 정면 너비와 동쪽 뜰의 너비도 각각 백 자였다.
  5. 그가 이어서 성전 뒤뜰 너머에 있는 건물을 그 양편의 다락까지 함께 재니, 그 길이도 백 자였다. 성전 지성소와 성전 뜰 현관과
  1. The thresholds, the latticed windows and the galleries round about their three stories, opposite the threshold, were paneled with wood all around, and from the ground to the windows (but the windows were covered),
  2. over the entrance, and to the inner house, and on the outside, and on all the wall all around inside and outside, by measurement.
  3. It was carved with cherubim and palm trees; and a palm tree was between cherub and cherub, and every cherub had two faces,
  4. a man's face toward the palm tree on one side and a young lion's face toward the palm tree on the other side; they were carved on all the house all around.
  5. From the ground to above the entrance cherubim and palm trees were carved, as well as on the wall of the nave.
  1. 문 통로의 벽과 창문과 삼면에 둘러 있는 다락에는, 바닥에서 창문에 이르기까지, 돌아가며 나무 판자를 대 놓았다. 그러나 창문은 틀만 있는 것이었다.
  2. 문 통로의 위와 성전 내부와 외부의 벽까지 재어 본 곳에는, 다 판자를 대 놓았다.
  3. 그 판자에는 그룹과 종려나무들을 새겼는데, 두 그룹 사이에 종려나무가 하나씩 있고, 그룹마다 두 얼굴이 있었다.
  4. 사람의 얼굴은 이쪽에 있는 종려나무를 바라보고, 사자의 얼굴은 저쪽에 있는 종려나무를 바라보고 있었다. 성전 벽 전체가 이와 같았다.
  5. 성전 바닥에서 문의 통로의 윗부분에 이르기까지, 모든 벽에 그룹과 종려나무들을 새겨 두었다.
  1. The doorposts of the nave were square; as for the front of the sanctuary, the appearance of one doorpost was like that of the other.
  2. The altar was of wood, three cubits high and its length two cubits; its corners, its base and its sides were of wood And he said to me, "This is the table that is before the LORD."
  3. The nave and the sanctuary each had a double door.
  4. Each of the doors had two leaves, two swinging leaves; two leaves for one door and two leaves for the other.
  5. Also there were carved on them, on the doors of the nave, cherubim and palm trees like those carved on the walls; and there was a threshold of wood on the front of the porch outside.
  1. 성전 본당의 문 통로는 네모가 나 있었다. 그리고 지성소 앞에도 이와 비슷한 모습을 한 것이 있었다.
  2. 나무로 만든 제단이 있는데, 그 높이는 석 자요, 그 길이는 두 자였다. 그 모퉁이와 그 받침대와 옆 부분도 나무로 만든 것이었다. 그가 나에게 일러주었다. "이것이 주님 앞에 차려 놓는 상이다."
  3. 성전 본당과 지성소 사이에는 문을 두 번 열고 들어가야 하는 겹문이 있었다.
  4. 문마다 좌우로 문짝이 둘이 있고, 각 문짝에는 아래 위로 두 개의 돌쩌귀가 붙어 있었다.
  5. 네 개의 문짝에는 모두 그룹들과 종려나무들이 새겨져 있어서, 성전의 모든 벽에 새겨진 모습과 같았다. 성전 바깥의 정면에는 나무 디딤판이 있었다.
  1. There were latticed windows and palm trees on one side and on the other, on the sides of the porch; thus were the side chambers of the house and the thresholds.
  1. 또 현관의 양쪽 벽에는 곳곳에 틀만 있는 창과 종려나무의 그림이 있고, 성전의 곁방과 디딤판에도 모두 같은 장식이 되어 있었다.
 
  성전 곁의 방들(42:1-42:20)    
 
  1. Then he brought me out into the outer court, the way toward the north; and he brought me to the chamber which was opposite the separate area and opposite the building toward the north.
  2. Along the length, which was a hundred cubits, was the north door; the width was fifty cubits.
  3. Opposite the twenty cubits which belonged to the inner court, and opposite the pavement which belonged to the outer court, was gallery corresponding to gallery in three stories.
  4. Before the chambers was an inner walk ten cubits wide, a way of one hundred cubits; and their openings were on the north.
  5. Now the upper chambers were smaller because the galleries took more space away from them than from the lower and middle ones in the building.
  1. 그 사람이 나를 데리고 북쪽으로 길이 난 바깥 뜰로 나가서, 두 방으로 나를 데리고 들어갔는데, 방 하나는 성전 뜰을 마주하고 있고, 또 하나는 북쪽 건물을 마주하고 있었다.
  2. 북쪽을 마주한 그 방을 재니, 길이가 백 자이고, 너비가 쉰 자였다.
  3. 스무 자 되는 안뜰의 맞은쪽과 돌을 깔아 놓은 바깥 뜰의 맞은쪽에는, 삼 층으로 된 다락이 있었다.
  4. 또 그 방들 앞에는, 내부와 연결된 통로가 있었는데, 그 너비가 열 자요, 그 길이가 백 자였다. 그 문들은 북쪽으로 나 있었다.
  5. 삼 층의 방들은 가장 좁았는데, 일 층과 이 층에 비하여, 삼 층에는 다락들이 자리를 더 차지하였기 때문이다.
  1. For they were in three stories and had no pillars like the pillars of the courts; therefore the upper chambers were set back from the ground upward, more than the lower and middle ones.
  2. As for the outer wall by the side of the chambers, toward the outer court facing the chambers, its length was fifty cubits.
  3. For the length of the chambers which were in the outer court was fifty cubits; and behold, the length of those facing the temple was a hundred cubits.
  4. Below these chambers was the entrance on the east side, as one enters them from the outer court.
  5. In the thickness of the wall of the court toward the east, facing the separate area and facing the building, there were chambers.
  1. 이 방들은 삼 층이어서, 바깥 마당의 현관에 있는 기둥과 같은 기둥이 없었으므로, 삼 층은 일 층과 이 층에 비하여 더 좁게 물려서 지었다.
  2. 이 방들 가운데 한 방의 바깥 담, 곧 바깥 뜰 쪽으로 이 방들과 나란히 길이 쉰 자가 되는 바깥 담이 있었다.
  3. 바깥 뜰을 마주하고 있는 방들의 길이는 쉰 자였고, 성전을 마주하고 있는 방들의 길이는 백 자였다.
  4. 이 방들 아래층에는 동쪽에서 들어오는 문이 있었는데, 바깥 뜰에서 그리로 들어오게 되어 있었다.
  5. 뜰을 둘러 싼 벽이 바깥 뜰에서 시작되었다. 건물 앞 빈 터 남쪽으로도 방들이 있었다.
  1. The way in front of them was like the appearance of the chambers which were on the north, according to their length so was their width, and all their exits were both according to their arrangements and openings.
  2. Corresponding to the openings of the chambers which were toward the south was an opening at the head of the way, the way in front of the wall toward the east, as one enters them.
  3. Then he said to me, "The north chambers and the south chambers, which are opposite the separate area, they are the holy chambers where the priests who are near to the LORD shall eat the most holy things. There they shall lay the most holy things, the grain offering, the sin offering and the guilt offering; for the place is holy.
  4. "When the priests enter, then they shall not go out into the outer court from the sanctuary without laying there their garments in which they minister, for they are holy. They shall put on other garments; then they shall approach that which is for the people."
  5. Now when he had finished measuring the inner house, he brought me out by the way of the gate which faced toward the east and measured it all around.
  1. 이 방들 앞에도 통로가 있는데, 그 모양이 북쪽에 있는 방들과 같은 식으로 되어 있고, 길이와 너비도 같고, 출입구 모양과 구조도 같고, 문들도 모두 마찬가지였다.
  2. 이 남쪽에 있는 방들 아래, 안뜰 담이 시작하는 곳에 출입구가 있었다. 동쪽에서 들어오면, 빈 터와 건물 앞에 이 출입구가 있었다.
  3. 그 사람이 나에게 일러주었다. "빈 터 맞은쪽에 있는 북쪽 방들과 남쪽 방들은 거룩한 방들로서, 주께 가까이 나아가는 제사장이 가장 거룩한 제물을 먹는 방이다. 그 방들은 거룩하기 때문에, 제사장은 가장 거룩한 제물과, 제물로 바친 모든 음식과, 속죄제물과, 속건제의 제물을, 모두 그 방에 두어야 한다.
  4. 제사장이 그 거룩한 곳으로 들어가면, 그 거룩한 곳에서 직접 바깥 뜰로 나가서는 안 된다. 그들이 주님을 섬길 때에 입은 옷이 거룩하기 때문에, 그 곳에서 자기들의 예복을 벗어 놓고 다른 옷을 입은 다음에, 백성이 모여 있는 바깥 뜰로 나가야 한다."
  5. 그 사람이 성전의 내부 측량을 마친 다음에, 나를 데리고 바깥 동쪽 문으로 나와서, 사면의 담을 측량하였다.
  1. He measured on the east side with the measuring reed five hundred reeds by the measuring reed.
  2. He measured on the north side five hundred reeds by the measuring reed.
  3. On the south side he measured five hundred reeds with the measuring reed.
  4. He turned to the west side and measured five hundred reeds with the measuring reed.
  5. He measured it on the four sides; it had a wall all around, the length five hundred and the width five hundred, to divide between the holy and the profane.
  1. 그가 장대로 동쪽 담을 재니, 그 장대로 재어서 오백 자였다.
  2. 북쪽 담을 재니, 그 장대로 오백 자였다.
  3. 남쪽 담을 재니, 그 장대로 오백 자였다.
  4. 그가 서쪽으로 와서 서쪽 담을 재니, 그 장대로 오백 자였다.
  5. 그가 이렇게 성전의 사방을 재니, 사방으로 담이 있어서, 길이가 각각 오백 자였다. 그 담은 거룩한 곳과 속된 곳을 갈라 놓았다.
 
  성전에 임한 야웨의 영광(43:1-43:27)    
 
  1. Then he led me to the gate, the gate facing toward the east;
  2. and behold, the glory of the God of Israel was coming from the way of the east And His voice was like the sound of many waters; and the earth shone with His glory.
  3. And it was like the appearance of the vision which I saw, like the vision which I saw when He came to destroy the city And the visions were like the vision which I saw by the river Chebar; and I fell on my face.
  4. And the glory of the LORD came into the house by the way of the gate facing toward the east.
  5. And the Spirit lifted me up and brought me into the inner court; and behold, the glory of the LORD filled the house.
  1. 그 뒤에 그가 나를 데리고 동쪽으로 난 문으로 갔다.
  2. 그런데 놀랍게도 이스라엘 하나님의 영광이 동쪽에서부터 오는데, 그의 음성은 많은 물이 흐르는 소리와도 같고, 땅은 그의 영광의 광채로 환해졌다.
  3. 그 모습이, 내가 본 환상, 곧 주님께서 예루살렘 도성을 멸하러 오셨을 때에 본 모습과 같았으며, 또 내가 그발 강 가에서 본 모습과도 같았다. 그래서 내가 얼굴을 땅에 대고 엎드렸다.
  4. 그러자 주님께서 영광에 싸여서, 동쪽으로 난 문을 지나 성전 안으로 들어가셨다.
  5. 그 때에 주님의 영이 나를 들어 올려, 안뜰로 데리고 갔는데, 주님의 영광이 성전을 가득 채웠다!
  1. Then I heard one speaking to me from the house, while a man was standing beside me.
  2. He said to me, "Son of man, this is the place of My throne and the place of the soles of My feet, where I will dwell among the sons of Israel forever And the house of Israel will not again defile My holy name, neither they nor their kings, by their harlotry and by the corpses of their kings when they die,
  3. by setting their threshold by My threshold and their door post beside My door post, with only the wall between Me and them. And they have defiled My holy name by their abominations which they have committed. So I have consumed them in My anger.
  4. "Now let them put away their harlotry and the corpses of their kings far from Me; and I will dwell among them forever.
  5. "As for you, son of man, describe the temple to the house of Israel, that they may be ashamed of their iniquities; and let them measure the plan.
  1. 그 사람이 내 곁에 서 있는데, 나는 성전에서 들려 오는 소리를 들었다.
  2. 나는 말하는 소리를 들었다. "사람아, 이 곳은 내 보좌가 있는 곳, 내가 발을 딛는 곳, 내가 여기 이스라엘 자손과 더불어 영원히 살 곳이다. 그래서 이스라엘 자손이 내 거룩한 이름을 다시는 더럽히지 못할 것이다. 백성이나 왕들이 음란을 피우거나, 죽은 왕들의 시체를 근처에 묻어서, 내 거룩한 이름을 더럽히는 일이, 다시는 없을 것이다.
  3. 그들이 왕궁의 문지방을 내 성전의 문지방과 나란히 만들고, 그들의 문설주를 내 성전의 문설주와 나란히 세워 놓아, 나와 왕들 사이에는 벽 하나밖에 없도록 만들었다. 그들이 저지른 역겨운 일들로 내 거룩한 이름을 더럽혀 놓았기 때문에, 내가 내 분노로 그들을 멸망시켰다.
  4. 그러나 이제 그들은 음란한 행실을 멀리하고, 시체들을 내 앞에서 치워 버려야 할 것이다. 그러면 내가 그들과 더불어 영원히 살겠다.
  5. 너 사람아, 너는 이스라엘 족속에게 이 성전을 설명해 주어서, 그들이 자기들의 온갖 죄악을 부끄럽게 여기게 하고, 성전 모양을 측량해 보게 하여라.
  1. "If they are ashamed of all that they have done, make known to them the design of the house, its structure, its exits, its entrances, all its designs, all its statutes, and all its laws And write it in their sight, so that they may observe its whole design and all its statutes and do them.
  2. "This is the law of the house: its entire area on the top of the mountain all around shall be most holy. Behold, this is the law of the house.
  3. "And these are the measurements of the altar by cubits (the cubit being a cubit and a handbreadth): the base shall be a cubit and the width a cubit, and its border on its edge round about one span; and this shall be the height of the base of the altar.
  4. "From the base on the ground to the lower ledge shall be two cubits and the width one cubit; and from the smaller ledge to the larger ledge shall be four cubits and the width one cubit.
  5. "The altar hearth shall be four cubits; and from the altar hearth shall extend upwards four horns.
  1. 그들이 저지른 모든 일을 스스로 부끄러워하거든, 너는 이 성전의 설계를 그들에게 가르쳐 주어라. 성전의 배치도, 성전의 출입구, 이 성전의 건축 양식 등 모든 규례와 법도와 모든 율례를 그들에게 알려 주고, 그들이 보는 앞에서 글로 써 주어서, 그들이 이 성전의 건축 설계의 법도와 규례를 지키고 행하게 하여라.
  2. 성전의 법은 이러하다. '성전이 자리잡고 있는 산꼭대기 성전터 주변은 가장 거룩한 곳이어야 한다.' 이것이 '성전의 법'이다."
  3. 자로 잰 제단의 크기는 다음과 같다. （한 자는 팔꿈치에서부터 손가락 끝에다 손바닥 너비만큼 더한 것이다.） 제단 밑받침의 높이는 한 자이고, 그 사방 가장자리의 너비도 한 자이다. 그 가에는 빙 돌아가며, 높이가 한 뼘 되는 턱이 있는데, 이것이 제단의 밑받침이다.
  4. 이 땅바닥에 있는 밑받침의 표면에서 아래층의 높이는 두 자요, 너비는 한 자이다. 이 아래층의 표면에서 이 층의 높이는 넉 자요, 너비는 한 자이다.
  5. 그 제단 화덕의 높이는 넉 자요, 화덕의 네 모서리에는 뿔이 네 개 솟아 있다.
  1. "Now the altar hearth shall be twelve cubits long by twelve wide, square in its four sides.
  2. "The ledge shall be fourteen cubits long by fourteen wide in its four sides, the border around it shall be half a cubit and its base shall be a cubit round about; and its steps shall face the east."
  3. And He said to me, "Son of man, thus says the Lord GOD, 'These are the statutes for the altar on the day it is built, to offer burnt offerings on it and to sprinkle blood on it.
  4. 'You shall give to the Levitical priests who are from the offspring of Zadok, who draw near to Me to minister to Me,' declares the Lord GOD, 'a young bull for a sin offering.
  5. 'You shall take some of its blood and put it on its four horns and on the four corners of the ledge and on the border round about; thus you shall cleanse it and make atonement for it.
  1. 그 제단 화덕은 길이가 열두 자요, 너비도 열두 자여서, 사면으로 네모가 반듯하다.
  2. 그 화덕의 받침인 아래층의 길이와 너비는 열넉 자로서, 사면으로 네모가 반듯하다. 그 받침을 빙 두른 턱의 너비는 반 자이고, 그 가장자리의 너비는 한 자이다. 제단의 계단들은 동쪽으로 나 있다.
  3. 그가 나에게 또 말씀하셨다. "사람아, 나 주 하나님이 말한다. 번제물을 바치고 피를 뿌릴 제단을 만들 때에 지킬 번제단의 규례는 이러하다.
  4. 나 주 하나님의 말이다. 너는 사독의 자손 가운데서, 나를 섬기려고 나에게 가까이 나오는 레위 지파의 제사장들에게, 어린 수송아지 한 마리를 주어서, 속죄제물로 삼게 하여라.
  5. 그리고 너는 그 피를 가져다가, 제단의 네 뿔과 아래층의 네 귀퉁이와 사방의 가장자리에 발라서 속죄하여, 제단을 정결하게 하고,
  1. 'You shall also take the bull for the sin offering, and it shall be burned in the appointed place of the house, outside the sanctuary.
  2. 'On the second day you shall offer a male goat without blemish for a sin offering, and they shall cleanse the altar as they cleansed it with the bull.
  3. 'When you have finished cleansing it, you shall present a young bull without blemish and a ram without blemish from the flock.
  4. 'You shall present them before the LORD, and the priests shall throw salt on them, and they shall offer them up as a burnt offering to the LORD.
  5. 'For seven days you shall prepare daily a goat for a sin offering; also a young bull and a ram from the flock, without blemish, shall be prepared.
  1. 또 속죄제물로 바친 수송아지를 가지고 가서, 성소 바깥, 성전의 지정된 곳에서 그것을 태워라.
  2. 이튿날에는 네가 흠 없는 숫염소 한 마리를 속죄제물로 바쳐서, 수송아지의 제물로 제단을 정결하게 한 것처럼, 그 제단을 정결하게 하여라.
  3. 네가 정결하게 하기를 마친 다음에는, 흠 없는 수송아지 한 마리와 양 떼 가운데서, 흠 없는 숫양 한 마리를 바쳐라.
  4. 네가 그것들을 주 앞에 바칠 때에는, 제사장들이 그 짐승들 위에 소금을 뿌려서, 나 주에게 번제물로 바치게 하여라.
  5. 너는 이레 동안 매일 염소 한 마리를 속죄제물로 마련하여 놓고, 어린 수송아지 한 마리와 양 떼 가운데서 숫양 한 마리를, 흠 없는 것으로 마련하여 놓고,
  1. 'For seven days they shall make atonement for the altar and purify it; so shall they consecrate it.
  2. 'When they have completed the days, it shall be that on the eighth day and onward, the priests shall offer your burnt offerings on the altar, and your peace offerings; and I will accept you,' declares the Lord GOD."
  1. 이레 동안 제단의 부정을 벗기는 속죄제를 드려서, 제단을 정결하게 하며 봉헌하도록 하여라.
  2. 이 모든 날이 다 찬 뒤에는, 여드렛날 이후부터는 제사장들이 그 제단 위에 너희의 번제와 감사제를 드리게 하여라. 그러면 내가 너희를 기쁘게 받아들이겠다. 나 주 하나님의 말이다."
