시편 119:17-119:25

 시인은 훼방과 멸시를 받을지라도 주의 율례를 묵상한다고 고백하면서, 하나님의 증거가 바로 자신의 즐거움이라고 노래하고 있다.
  
 
  1. Deal bountifully with Your servant, That I may live and keep Your word.
  2. Open my eyes, that I may behold Wonderful things from Your law.
  3. I am a stranger in the earth; Do not hide Your commandments from me.
  4. My soul is crushed with longing After Your ordinances at all times.
  5. You rebuke the arrogant, the cursed, Who wander from Your commandments.
  1. Do good to your servant, and I will live; I will obey your word.
  2. Open my eyes that I may see wonderful things in your law.
  3. I am a stranger on earth; do not hide your commands from me.
  4. My soul is consumed with longing for your laws at all times.
  5. You rebuke the arrogant, who are cursed and who stray from your commands.
  1. Take away reproach and contempt from me, For I observe Your testimonies.
  2. Even though princes sit and talk against me, Your servant meditates on Your statutes.
  3. Your testimonies also are my delight; They are my counselors.
  4. My soul cleaves to the dust; Revive me according to Your word.
  1. Remove from me scorn and contempt, for I keep your statutes.
  2. Though rulers sit together and slander me, your servant will meditate on your decrees.
  3. Your statutes are my delight; they are my counselors.
  4. I am laid low in the dust; preserve my life according to your word.
