누가복음 22:54-23:12

 체포되어 끌려가시는 예수님의 뒤를 따라가서 대제사장의 집 뜰에 들어간 베드로는 예수님의 예언대로 세 번 주님을 부인하고 말았다. 예수님은 대제사장의 집에서 모욕당하신 후, 산헤드린에서 신성 모독죄로 정죄받으셨다. 그 후 예수님은 로마 총독 빌라도와 갈릴리의 분봉왕 헤롯에게 심문을 받으셨다.
  
  베드로의 부인(22:54-22:71)    
 
  1. Having arrested Him, they led Him away and brought Him to the house of the high priest; but Peter was following at a distance.
  2. After they had kindled a fire in the middle of the courtyard and had sat down together, Peter was sitting among them.
  3. And a servant-girl, seeing him as he sat in the firelight and looking intently at him, said, "This man was with Him too."
  4. But he denied it, saying, "Woman, I do not know Him."
  5. A little later, another saw him and said, "You are one of them too!" But Peter said, "Man, I am not!"
  1. 彼らは イエス を 捕え， 引いて 行って， 大祭司の 家に 連れて 來た． ペテロ は， 遠く 離れてついて 行った．
  2. 彼らは 中庭の 眞中に 火をたいて， みなすわり ¿んだので， ペテロ も 中に 混じって 腰をおろした．
  3. すると， 女中が， 火あかりの 中に ペテロ のすわっているのを 見つけ， まじまじと 見て 言った． 「この 人も， イエス といっしょにいました． 」
  4. ところが， ペテロ はそれを 打ち 消して， 「いいえ， 私はあの 人を 知りません． 」と 言った．
  5. しばらくして， ほかの 男が 彼を 見て， 「あなたも， 彼らの 仲間だ． 」と 言った． しかし， ペテロ は， 「いや， 違います． 」と 言った．
  1. After about an hour had passed, another man began to insist, saying, "Certainly this man also was with Him, for he is a Galilean too."
  2. But Peter said, "Man, I do not know what you are talking about." Immediately, while he was still speaking, a rooster crowed.
  3. The Lord turned and looked at Peter And Peter remembered the word of the Lord, how He had told him, "Before a rooster crows today, you will deny Me three times."
  4. And he went out and wept bitterly.
  5. Now the men who were holding Jesus in custody were mocking Him and beating Him,
  1. それから 一時間ほどたつと， また 別の 男が， 「確かにこの 人も 彼といっしょだった． この 人も ガリラヤ 人だから． 」と 言い 張った．
  2. しかし ペテロ は， 「あなたの 言うことは 私にはわかりません． 」と 言った． それといっしょに， 彼がまだ 言い 終えないうちに， 鷄が 鳴いた．
  3. 主が 振り 向いて ペテロ を 見つめられた． ペテロ は， 「きょう， 鷄が 鳴くまでに， あなたは， 三度わたしを 知らないと 言う． 」と 言われた 主のおことばを 思い 出した．
  4. 彼は， 外に 出て， 激しく 泣いた．
  5. さて， イエス の 監視人どもは， イエス をからかい， むちでたたいた．
  1. and they blindfolded Him and were asking Him, saying, "Prophesy, who is the one who hit You?"
  2. And they were saying many other things against Him, blaspheming.
  3. When it was day, the Council of elders of the people assembled, both chief priests and scribes, and they led Him away to their council chamber, saying,
  4. "If You are the Christ, tell us." But He said to them, "If I tell you, you will not believe;
  5. and if I ask a question, you will not answer.
  1. そして 目隱しをして， 「言い 當ててみろ． 今たたいたのはだれか． 」と 聞いたりした．
  2. また， そのほかさまざまな 惡口を イエス に 浴びせた．
  3. 夜が 明けると， 民の 長老會， それに 祭司長， 律法學者たちが， 集まった． 彼らは イエス を 議會に 連れ 出し，
  4. こう 言った． 「あなたが キリスト なら， そうだと 言いなさい． 」しかし イエス は 言われた． 「わたしが 言っても， あなたがたは 決して 信じないでしょうし，
  5. わたしが 尋ねても， あなたがたは 決して 答えないでしょう．
  1. "But from now on THE SON OF MAN WILL BE SEATED AT THE RIGHT HAND of the power OF GOD."
  2. And they all said, "Are You the Son of God, then?" And He said to them, "Yes, I am."
  3. Then they said, "What further need do we have of testimony? For we have heard it ourselves from His own mouth."
  1. しかし 今から 後， 人の 子は， 神の 大能の 右の 座に 着きます． 」
  2. 彼らはみなで 言った． 「ではあなたは 神の 子ですか． 」すると， イエス は 彼らに「あなたがたの 言うとおり， わたしはそれです． 」と 言われた．
  3. すると 彼らは「これでもまだ 證人が 必要でしょうか． 私たち 自身が 彼の 口から 直接それを 聞いたのだから． 」と 言った．
 
  빌라도와 헤롯의 심문(23:1-23:12)    
 
  1. Then the whole body of them got up and brought Him before Pilate.
  2. And they began to accuse Him, saying, "We found this man misleading our nation and forbidding to pay taxes to Caesar, and saying that He Himself is Christ, a King."
  3. So Pilate asked Him, saying, "Are You the King of the Jews?" And He answered him and said, "It is as you say."
  4. Then Pilate said to the chief priests and the crowds, "I find no guilt in this man."
  5. But they kept on insisting, saying, "He stirs up the people, teaching all over Judea, starting from Galilee even as far as this place."
  1. そこで， 彼らは 全員が 立ち 上がり， イエス を ピラト のもとに 連れて 行った．
  2. そして イエス について 訴え 始めた． 彼らは 言った． 「この 人はわが 國民を 惑わし， カイザル に 稅金を 納めることを 禁じ， 自分は 王 キリスト だと 言っていることがわかりました． 」
  3. すると ピラト は イエス に， 「あなたは， ユダヤ 人の 王ですか． 」と 尋ねた． イエス は 答えて， 「そのとおりです． 」と 言われた．
  4. ピラト は 祭司長たちや 群衆に， 「この 人には 何の 罪も 見つからない． 」と 言った．
  5. しかし 彼らはあくまで 言い 張って， 「この 人は， ガリラヤ からここまで， ユダヤ 全土で 敎えながら， この 民を 扇動しているのです． 」と 言った．
  1. When Pilate heard it, he asked whether the man was a Galilean.
  2. And when he learned that He belonged to Herod's jurisdiction, he sent Him to Herod, who himself also was in Jerusalem at that time.
  3. Now Herod was very glad when he saw Jesus; for he had wanted to see Him for a long time, because he had been hearing about Him and was hoping to see some sign performed by Him.
  4. And he questioned Him at some length; but He answered him nothing.
  5. And the chief priests and the scribes were standing there, accusing Him vehemently.
  1. それを 聞いた ピラト は， この 人は ガリラヤ 人かと 尋ねて，
  2. ヘロデ の 支配下にあるとわかると， イエス を ヘロデ のところに 送った． ヘロデ もそのころ エルサレム にいたからである．
  3. ヘロデ は イエス を 見ると 非常に 喜んだ． ずっと 前から イエス のことを 聞いていたので， イエス に 會いたいと 思っていたし， イエス の 行なう 何かの 奇蹟を 見たいと 考えていたからである．
  4. それで， いろいろと 質問したが， イエス は 彼に 何もお 答えにならなかった．
  5. 祭司長たちと 律法學者たちは 立って， イエス を 激しく 訴えていた．
  1. And Herod with his soldiers, after treating Him with contempt and mocking Him, dressed Him in a gorgeous robe and sent Him back to Pilate.
  2. Now Herod and Pilate became friends with one another that very day; for before they had been enemies with each other.
  1. ヘロデ は， 自分の 兵士たちといっしょに イエス を 侮辱したり 嘲弄したりしたあげく， はでな 衣を 着せて， ピラト に 送り 返した．
  2. この 日， ヘロデ と ピラト は 仲よくなった． それまでは 互いに 敵對していたのである．
