- Jesus withdrew to the sea with His disciples; and a great multitude from Galilee followed; and also from Judea,
- and from Jerusalem, and from Idumea, and beyond the Jordan, and the vicinity of Tyre and Sidon, a great number of people heard of all that He was doing and came to Him.
- And He told His disciples that a boat should stand ready for Him because of the crowd, so that they would not crowd Him;
- for He had healed many, with the result that all those who had afflictions pressed around Him in order to touch Him.
- Whenever the unclean spirits saw Him, they would fall down before Him and shout, "You are the Son of God!"

- それから， イエス は 弟子たちと 共に 海べに 退かれたが， ガリラヤ からきたおびただしい 群衆がついて 行った． また ユダヤ から，
- エルサレム から， イドマヤ から， 更に ヨルダン の 向こうから， ツロ ， シドン のあたりからも， おびただしい 群衆が， そのなさっていることを 聞いて， みもとにきた．
- イエス は 群衆が 自分に 押し 迫るのを 避けるために， 小舟を 用意しておけと， 弟子たちに 命じられた．
- それは， 多くの 人をいやされたので， 病苦に 惱む 者は 皆 イエス にさわろうとして， 押し 寄せてきたからである．
- また， けがれた 靈どもは イエス を 見るごとに， みまえにひれ 伏し， 叫んで， 「あなたこそ 神の 子です 」と 言った．

- And He earnestly warned them not to tell who He was.
- And He went up on the mountain and summoned those whom He Himself wanted, and they came to Him.
- And He appointed twelve, so that they would be with Him and that He could send them out to preach,
- and to have authority to cast out the demons.
- And He appointed the twelve: Simon (to whom He gave the name Peter),

- イエス は 御自身のことを 人にあらわさないようにと， 彼らをきびしく 戒められた．
- さて イエス は 山に 登り， みこころにかなった 者たちを 呼び 寄せられたので， 彼らはみもとにきた．
- そこで 十二人をお 立てになった． 彼らを 自分のそばに 置くためであり， さらに 宣敎につかわし，
- また 惡靈を 追い 出す 權威を 持たせるためであった．
- こうして， この 十二人をお 立てになった． そして シモン に ペテロ という 名をつけ，

- and James, the son of Zebedee, and John the brother of James (to them He gave the name Boanerges, which means, "Sons of Thunder");
- and Andrew, and Philip, and Bartholomew, and Matthew, and Thomas, and James the son of Alphaeus, and Thaddaeus, and Simon the Zealot;
- and Judas Iscariot, who betrayed Him.
- And He came home, and the crowd gathered again, to such an extent that they could not even eat a meal.
- When His own people heard of this, they went out to take custody of Him; for they were saying, "He has lost His senses."

- また ゼベダイ の 子 ヤコブ と， ヤコブ の 兄弟 ヨハネ ， 彼らには ボアネルゲ ， すなわち， 雷の 子という 名をつけられた．
- つぎに アンデレ ， ピリポ ， バルトロマイ ， マタイ ， トマス ， アルパヨ の 子 ヤコブ ， タダイ ， 熱心黨の シモン ，
- それから イスカリオテ の ユダ ． この ユダ が イエス を 裏切ったのである． イエス が 家にはいられると，
- 群衆がまた 集まってきたので， 一同は 食事をする 暇もないほどであった．
- 身內の 者たちはこの 事を 聞いて， イエス を 取押えに 出てきた． 氣が 狂ったと 思ったからである．

- The scribes who came down from Jerusalem were saying, "He is possessed by Beelzebul," and "He casts out the demons by the ruler of the demons."
- And He called them to Himself and began speaking to them in parables, "How can Satan cast out Satan?
- "If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.
- "If a house is divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand.
- "If Satan has risen up against himself and is divided, he cannot stand, but he is finished!

- また， エルサレム から 下ってきた 律法學者たちも， 「彼は ベルゼブル にとりつかれている 」と 言い， 「惡靈どものかしらによって， 惡靈どもを 追い 出しているのだ 」とも 言った．
- そこで イエス は 彼らを 呼び 寄せ， ·をもって 言われた， 「どうして， サタン が サタン を 追い 出すことができようか．
- もし 國が 內部で 分れ 爭うなら， その 國は 立ち 行かない．
- また， もし 家が 內わで 分れ 爭うなら， その 家は 立ち 行かないであろう．
- もし サタン が 內部で 對立し 分爭するなら， 彼は 立ち 行けず， 滅んでしまう．

- "But no one can enter the strong man's house and plunder his property unless he first binds the strong man, and then he will plunder his house.
- "Truly I say to you, all sins shall be forgiven the sons of men, and whatever blasphemies they utter;
- but whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is guilty of an eternal sin"--
- because they were saying, "He has an unclean spirit."
- Then His mother and His brothers arrived, and standing outside they sent word to Him and called Him.

- だれでも， まず 强い 人を 縛りあげなければ， その 人の 家に 押し 入って 家財を 奪い 取ることはできない． 縛ってからはじめて， その 家を 略奪することができる．
- よく 言い 聞かせておくが， 人の 子らには， その 犯すすべての 罪も 神をけがす 言葉も， ゆるされる．
- しかし， 聖靈をけがす 者は， いつまでもゆるされず， 永遠の 罪に 定められる 」．
- そう 言われたのは， 彼らが「イエス はけがれた 靈につかれている 」と 言っていたからである．
- さて， イエス の 母と 兄弟たちとがきて， 外に 立ち， 人をやって イエス を 呼ばせた．

- A crowd was sitting around Him, and they said to Him, "Behold, Your mother and Your brothers are outside looking for You."
- Answering them, He said, "Who are My mother and My brothers?"
- Looking about at those who were sitting around Him, He said, "Behold My mother and My brothers!
- "For whoever does the will of God, he is My brother and sister and mother."

- ときに， 群衆は イエス を 圍んですわっていたが， 「ごらんなさい． あなたの 母上と 兄弟， 姉妹たちが， 外であなたを 尋ねておられます 」と 言った．
- すると， イエス は 彼らに 答えて 言われた， 「わたしの 母， わたしの 兄弟とは， だれのことか 」．
- そして， 自分をとりかこんで， すわっている 人¿を 見まわして， 言われた， 「ごらんなさい， ここにわたしの 母， わたしの 兄弟がいる．
- 神のみこころを 行う 者はだれでも， わたしの 兄弟， また 姉妹， また 母なのである 」．
