	레위기 4:1-5:19 하나님께서는 죄를 속하기 위한 속죄제의 규례를 지시하셨다. 속죄제를 드려야 할 범죄의 유형에 대해서도 말씀하셨다. 속죄제는 의무제로서 신분에 따라 각기 다른 제물로 드려졌다. 속건제는 야웨의 성물에 대해 범죄하거나 금령을 범했을 경우에 드려졌다.

	속죄제(4:1-5:13)

Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

"Speak to the sons of Israel, saying, 'If a person sins unintentionally in any of the things which the LORD has commanded not to be done, and commits any of them,

if the anointed priest sins so as to bring guilt on the people, then let him offer to the LORD a bull without defect as a sin offering for the sin he has committed.

'He shall bring the bull to the doorway of the tent of meeting before the LORD, and he shall lay his hand on the head of the bull and slay the bull before the LORD.

'Then the anointed priest is to take some of the blood of the bull and bring it to the tent of meeting,

主はまたモ ― セに言われた，

「イスラエルの人¿に言いなさい，『もし人があやまって罪を犯し，主のいましめにそむいて，してはならないことの一つをした時は次のようにしなければならない．

すなわち，油注がれた祭司が罪を犯して，とがを民に及ぼすならば，彼はその犯した罪のために雄の全き子牛を罪祭として主にささげなければならない．

その子牛を會見の幕屋の入口に連れてきて主の前に至り，その子牛の頭に手を置き，その子牛を主の前で，ほふらなければならない．

油注がれた祭司は，その子牛の血を取って，それを會見の幕屋に携え入り，

and the priest shall dip his finger in the blood and sprinkle some of the blood seven times before the LORD, in front of the veil of the sanctuary.

'The priest shall also put some of the blood on the horns of the altar of fragrant incense which is before the LORD in the tent of meeting; and all the blood of the bull he shall pour out at the base of the altar of burnt offering which is at the doorway of the tent of meeting.

'He shall remove from it all the fat of the bull of the sin offering: the fat that covers the entrails, and all the fat which is on the entrails,

and the two kidneys with the fat that is on them, which is on the loins, and the lobe of the liver, which he shall remove with the kidneys

(just as it is removed from the ox of the sacrifice of peace offerings), and the priest is to offer them up in smoke on the altar of burnt offering.

そして祭司は指をその血に浸して，聖所の垂幕の前で主の前にその血を七たび注がなければならない．

祭司はまたその血を取り，主の前で會見の幕屋の中にある香ばしい薰香の祭壇の角に，それを塗らなければならない．その子牛の血の殘りはことごとく會見の幕屋の入口にある §祭の祭壇のもとに注がなければならない．

またその罪祭の子牛から，すべての脂肪を取らなければならない．すなわち內臟をおおう脂肪と內臟の上のすべての脂肪，

二つの腎臟とその上の腰のあたりにある脂肪，ならびに腎臟と共に取られる肝臟の上の小葉である．

これを取るには酬恩祭の ¿牲の雄牛から取るのと同じようにしなければならない．そして祭司はそれを §祭の祭壇の上で燒かなければならない．

'But the hide of the bull and all its flesh with its head and its legs and its entrails and its refuse,

that is, all the rest of the bull, he is to bring out to a clean place outside the camp where the ashes are poured out, and burn it on wood with fire; where the ashes are poured out it shall be burned.

'Now if the whole congregation of Israel commits error and the matter escapes the notice of the assembly, and they commit any of the things which the LORD has commanded not to be done, and they become guilty;

when the sin which they have committed becomes known, then the assembly shall offer a bull of the herd for a sin offering and bring it before the tent of meeting.

'Then the elders of the congregation shall lay their hands on the head of the bull before the LORD, and the bull shall be slain before the LORD.

その子牛の皮とそのすべての肉，およびその頭と足と內臟と汚物など，

すべてその子牛の殘りは，これを宿營の外の，淸い場所なる灰捨場に携え出し，火をもってこれをたきぎの上で燒き捨てなければならない．すなわちこれは灰捨場で燒き捨てらるべきである．

もしイスラエルの全會衆があやまちを犯し，そのことが會衆の目に隱れていても，主のいましめにそむいて，してはならないことの一つをなして，とがを得たならば，

その犯した罪が現れた時，會衆は雄の子牛を罪祭としてささげなければならない．すなわちそれを會見の幕屋の前に連れてきて，

會衆の長老たちは，主の前でその子牛の頭に手を置き，その子牛を主の前で，ほふらなければならない．

'Then the anointed priest is to bring some of the blood of the bull to the tent of meeting;

and the priest shall dip his finger in the blood and sprinkle it seven times before the LORD, in front of the veil.

'He shall put some of the blood on the horns of the altar which is before the LORD in the tent of meeting; and all the blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar of burnt offering which is at the doorway of the tent of meeting.

'He shall remove all its fat from it and offer it up in smoke on the altar.

'He shall also do with the bull just as he did with the bull of the sin offering; thus he shall do with it So the priest shall make atonement for them, and they will be forgiven.

そして，油注がれた祭司は，その子牛の血を會見の幕屋に携え入り，

祭司は指をその血に浸し，垂幕の前で主の前に七たび注がなければならない．

またその血を取って，會見の幕屋の中の主の前にある祭壇の角に，それを塗らなければならない．その血の殘りはことごとく會見の幕屋の入口にある §祭の祭壇のもとに注がなければならない．

またそのすべての脂肪を取って祭壇の上で燒かなければならない．

すなわち祭司は罪祭の雄牛にしたように，この雄牛にも，しなければならない．こうして，祭司が彼らのためにあがないをするならば，彼らはゆるされるであろう．

'Then he is to bring out the bull to a place outside the camp and burn it as he burned the first bull; it is the sin offering for the assembly.

'When a leader sins and unintentionally does any one of all the things which the LORD his God has commanded not to be done, and he becomes guilty,

if his sin which he has committed is made known to him, he shall bring for his offering a goat, a male without defect.

'He shall lay his hand on the head of the male goat and slay it in the place where they slay the burnt offering before the LORD; it is a sin offering.

'Then the priest is to take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering; and the rest of its blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar of burnt offering.

そして，彼はその雄牛を宿營の外に携え出し，はじめの雄牛を燒き捨てたように，これを燒き捨てなければならない．これは會衆の罪祭である．

またつかさたる者が罪を犯し，あやまって，その神，主のいましめにそむき，してはならないことの一つをして，とがを得，

もしその犯した罪を知るようになったときは，供え物として雄やぎの全きものを連れてきて，

そのやぎの頭に手を置き， §祭をほふる場所で，主の前にこれをほふらなければならない．これは罪祭である．

祭司は指でその罪祭の血を取り， §祭の祭壇の角にそれを塗り，殘りの血は §祭の祭壇のもとに注がなければならない．

'All its fat he shall offer up in smoke on the altar as in the case of the fat of the sacrifice of peace offerings Thus the priest shall make atonement for him in regard to his sin, and he will be forgiven.

'Now if anyone of the common people sins unintentionally in doing any of the things which the LORD has commanded not to be done, and becomes guilty,

if his sin which he has committed is made known to him, then he shall bring for his offering a goat, a female without defect, for his sin which he has committed.

'He shall lay his hand on the head of the sin offering and slay the sin offering at the place of the burnt offering.

'The priest shall take some of its blood with his finger and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering; and all the rest of its blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar.

また，そのすべての脂肪は，酬恩祭の ¿牲の脂肪と同じように，祭壇の上で燒かなければならない．こうして，祭司が彼のためにその罪のあがないをするならば，彼はゆるされるであろう．

また一般の人がもしあやまって罪を犯し，主のいましめにそむいて，してはならないことの一つをして，とがを得，

その犯した罪を知るようになったときは，その犯した罪のために供え物として雌やぎの全きものを連れてきて，

その罪祭の頭に手を置き， §祭をほふる場所で，その罪祭をほふらなければならない．

そして祭司は指でその血を取り， §祭の祭壇の角にこれを塗り，殘りの血をことごとく祭壇のもとに注がなければならない．

'Then he shall remove all its fat, just as the fat was removed from the sacrifice of peace offerings; and the priest shall offer it up in smoke on the altar for a soothing aroma to the LORD. Thus the priest shall make atonement for him, and he will be forgiven.

'But if he brings a lamb as his offering for a sin offering, he shall bring it, a female without defect.

'He shall lay his hand on the head of the sin offering and slay it for a sin offering in the place where they slay the burnt offering.

'The priest is to take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering, and all the rest of its blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar.

'Then he shall remove all its fat, just as the fat of the lamb is removed from the sacrifice of the peace offerings, and the priest shall offer them up in smoke on the altar, on the offerings by fire to the LORD Thus the priest shall make atonement for him in regard to his sin which he has committed, and he will be forgiven.

またそのすべての脂肪は酬恩祭の ¿牲から脂肪を取るのと同じように取り，これを祭壇の上で燒いて主にささげる香ばしいかおりとしなければならない．こうして祭司が彼のためにあがないをするならば，彼はゆるされるであろう．

もし小羊を罪祭のために供え物として連れてくるならば，雌の全きものを連れてこなければならない．

その罪祭の頭に手を置き， §祭をほふる場所で，これをほふり，罪祭としなければならない．

そして祭司は指でその罪祭の血を取り， §祭の祭壇の角にそれを塗り，殘りの血はことごとく祭壇のもとに注がなければならない．

またそのすべての脂肪は酬恩祭の ¿牲から小羊の脂肪を取るのと同じように取り，祭司はこれを主にささげる火祭のように祭壇の上で燒かなければならない．こうして祭司が彼の犯した罪のためにあがないをするならば，彼はゆるされるであろう．

'Now if a person sins after he hears a public adjuration to testify when he is a witness, whether he has seen or otherwise known, if he does not tell it, then he will bear his guilt.

'Or if a person touches any unclean thing, whether a carcass of an unclean beast or the carcass of unclean cattle or a carcass of unclean swarming things, though it is hidden from him and he is unclean, then he will be guilty.

'Or if he touches human uncleanness, of whatever sort his uncleanness may be with which he becomes unclean, and it is hidden from him, and then he comes to know it, he will be guilty.

'Or if a person swears thoughtlessly with his lips to do evil or to do good, in whatever matter a man may speak thoughtlessly with an oath, and it is hidden from him, and then he comes to know it, he will be guilty in one of these.

'So it shall be when he becomes guilty in one of these, that he shall confess that in which he has sinned.

もし人が證人に立ち，誓いの聲を聞きながら，その見たこと，知っていることを言わないで，罪を犯すならば，彼はそのとがを負わなければならない．

また，もし人が汚れた野¿の死體，汚れた家畜の死體，汚れた這うものの死體など，すべて汚れたものに觸れるならば，そのことに氣づかなくても，彼は汚れたものとなって，とがを得る．

また，もし彼が人の汚れに觸れるならば，その人の汚れが，どのような汚れであれ，それに氣づかなくても，彼がこれを知るようになった時は，とがを得る．

また，もし人がみだりにくちびるで誓い，惡をなそう，または善をなそうと言うならば，その人が誓ってみだりに言ったことは，それがどんなことであれ，それに氣づかなくても，彼がこれを知るようになった時は，これらの一つについて，とがを得る．

もしこれらの一つについて，とがを得たときは，その罪を犯したことを告白し，

'He shall also bring his guilt offering to the LORD for his sin which he has committed, a female from the flock, a lamb or a goat as a sin offering. So the priest shall make atonement on his behalf for his sin.

'But if he cannot afford a lamb, then he shall bring to the LORD his guilt offering for that in which he has sinned, two turtledoves or two young pigeons, one for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering.

'He shall bring them to the priest, who shall offer first that which is for the sin offering and shall nip its head at the front of its neck, but he shall not sever it.

'He shall also sprinkle some of the blood of the sin offering on the side of the altar, while the rest of the blood shall be drained out at the base of the altar: it is a sin offering.

'The second he shall then prepare as a burnt offering according to the ordinance So the priest shall make atonement on his behalf for his sin which he has committed, and it will be forgiven him.

その犯した罪のために償いとして，雌の家畜，すなわち雌の小羊または雌やぎを主のもとに連れてきて，罪祭としなければならない．こうして祭司は彼のために罪のあがないをするであろう．

もし小羊に手のとどかない時は，山ばと二羽か，家ばとのひな二羽かを，彼が犯した罪のために償いとして主に携えてきて，一羽を罪祭に，一羽を §祭にしなければならない．

すなわち，これらを祭司に携えてきて，祭司はその罪祭のものを先にささげなければならない．すなわち，その頭を首の根のところで，摘み破らなければならない．ただし，切り離してはならない．

そしてその罪祭の血を祭壇の側面に注ぎ，殘りの血は祭壇のもとに絞り出さなければならない．これは罪祭である．

また第二のものは，定めにしたがって §祭としなければならない．こうして，祭司が彼のためにその犯した罪のあがないをするならば，彼はゆるされるであろう．

'But if his means are insufficient for two turtledoves or two young pigeons, then for his offering for that which he has sinned, he shall bring the tenth of an ephah of fine flour for a sin offering; he shall not put oil on it or place incense on it, for it is a sin offering.

'He shall bring it to the priest, and the priest shall take his handful of it as its memorial portion and offer it up in smoke on the altar, with the offerings of the LORD by fire: it is a sin offering.

'So the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin which he has committed from one of these, and it will be forgiven him; then the rest shall become the priest's, like the grain offering.'"

もし二羽の山ばとにも，二羽の家ばとのひなにも，手の屆かないときは，彼の犯した罪のために，供え物として麥粉十分の一エパを携えてきて，これを罪祭としなければならない．ただし，その上に油をかけてはならない．またその上に乳香を添えてはならない．これは罪祭だからである．

彼はこれを祭司のもとに携えて行き，祭司は一握りを取って，記念の分とし，これを主にささげる火祭のように，祭壇の上で燒かなければならない．これは罪祭である．

こうして，祭司が彼のため，すなわち，彼がこれらの一つを犯した罪のために，あがないをするならば，彼はゆるされるであろう．そしてその殘りは素祭と同じく，祭司に歸するであろう』」．

	속건제(5:14-5:19)

Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

"If a person acts unfaithfully and sins unintentionally against the LORD'S holy things, then he shall bring his guilt offering to the LORD: a ram without defect from the flock, according to your valuation in silver by shekels, in terms of the shekel of the sanctuary, for a guilt offering.

"He shall make restitution for that which he has sinned against the holy thing, and shall add to it a fifth part of it and give it to the priest The priest shall then make atonement for him with the ram of the guilt offering, and it will be forgiven him.

"Now if a person sins and does any of the things which the LORD has commanded not to be done, though he was unaware, still he is guilty and shall bear his punishment.

"He is then to bring to the priest a ram without defect from the flock, according to your valuation, for a guilt offering So the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his error in which he sinned unintentionally and did not know it, and it will be forgiven him.

主はまたモ ― セに言われた，

「もし人が不正をなし，あやまって主の聖なる物について罪を犯したときは，その償いとして，あなたの値積りにしたがい，聖所のシケルで，銀數シケルに當る雄羊の全きものを，群れのうちから取り，それを主に携えてきて，愆祭としなければならない．

そしてその聖なる物について犯した罪のために償いをし，またその五分の一をこれに加えて，祭司に渡さなければならない．こうして祭司がその愆祭の雄羊をもって，彼のためにあがないをするならば，彼はゆるされるであろう．

また人がもし罪を犯し，主のいましめにそむいて，してはならないことの一つをしたときは，たといそれを知らなくても，彼は罪を得，そのとがを負わなければならない．

彼はあなたの値積りにしたがって，雄羊の全きものを群れのうちから取り，愆祭としてこれを祭司のもとに携えてこなければならない．こうして，祭司が彼のために，すなわち彼が知らないで，しかもあやまって犯した過失のために，あがないをするならば，彼はゆるされるであろう．

"It is a guilt offering; he was certainly guilty before the LORD."

これは愆祭である．彼は確かに主の前にとがを得たからである」．
