- The steps of a man are established by the LORD, And He delights in his way.
- When he falls, he will not be hurled headlong, Because the LORD is the One who holds his hand.
- I have been young and now I am old, Yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken Or his descendants begging bread.
- All day long he is gracious and lends, And his descendants are a blessing.
- Depart from evil and do good, So you will abide forever.

- 人の 步みは 主によって 定められる． 主はその 行く 道を 喜ばれる．
- たといその 人が 倒れても， 全く 打ち 伏せられることはない， 主がその 手を 助けささえられるからである．
- わたしは， むかし 年若かった 時も， 年老いた 今も， 正しい 人が 捨てられ， あるいはその 子孫が ／食物を 請いあるくのを 見たことがない．
- 正しい 人は 常に 寬大で， 物を 貸し 與え， その 子孫は 祝福を 得る．
- 惡をさけて， 善を 行え． そうすれば， あなたはとこしえに 住むことができる．
