예레미야 33:1-34:22

 하나님께서는 이스라엘과 유다 민족이 포로에서 해방될 것과 메시아를 통해 그들을 영원히 회복시켜 주실 것을 약속하셨다. 이 위로의 메시지를 전하고 난 후 예레미야는 유다의 함락과 시드기야의 포로됨과 죽음에 관해 예언하였고, 동족을 노예로 삼는 악행을 저질러 하나님의 규례를 어긴 유다 방백들과 백성들이 당할 징벌을 예고하였다.
  
  회복의 약속(33:1-33:26)    
 
  1. Then the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah the second time, while he was still confined in the court of the guard, saying,
  2. "Thus says the LORD who made the earth, the LORD who formed it to establish it, the LORD is His name,
  3. 'Call to Me and I will answer you, and I will tell you great and mighty things, which you do not know.'
  4. "For thus says the LORD God of Israel concerning the houses of this city, and concerning the houses of the kings of Judah which are broken down to make a defense against the siege ramps and against the sword,
  5. 'While they are coming to fight with the Chaldeans and to fill them with the corpses of men whom I have slain in My anger and in My wrath, and I have hidden My face from this city because of all their wickedness:
  1. エレミヤ がなお 監視の 庭に 閉じ ¿められている 時， 主の 言葉はふたたび 彼に 臨んだ，
  2. 「地を 造られた 主， それを 形造って 堅く 立たせられた 主， その 名を 主と 名のっておられる 者がこう 仰せられる，
  3. わたしに 呼び 求めよ， そうすれば， わたしはあなたに 答える． そしてあなたの 知らない 大きな 隱されている 事を， あなたに 示す．
  4. イスラエル の 神， 主は 壘と， つるぎとを 防ぐために 破壞されたこの 町の 家と， ユダ の 王の 家についてこう 言われる，
  5. カルデヤ びとは 來て 戰い， わたしが 怒りと 憤りをもって 殺す 人¿の 死體を， それに 滿たす． わたしは 人¿のもろもろの 惡のために， この 町にわたしの 顔をおおい 隱した．
  1. 'Behold, I will bring to it health and healing, and I will heal them; and I will reveal to them an abundance of peace and truth.
  2. 'I will restore the fortunes of Judah and the fortunes of Israel and will rebuild them as they were at first.
  3. 'I will cleanse them from all their iniquity by which they have sinned against Me, and I will pardon all their iniquities by which they have sinned against Me and by which they have transgressed against Me.
  4. 'It will be to Me a name of joy, praise and glory before all the nations of the earth which will hear of all the good that I do for them, and they will fear and tremble because of all the good and all the peace that I make for it.'
  5. "Thus says the LORD, 'Yet again there will be heard in this place, of which you say, "It is a waste, without man and without beast," that is, in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem that are desolate, without man and without inhabitant and without beast,
  1. 見よ， わたしは 健康と， いやしとを， ここにもたらして 人¿をいやし， 豊かな 繁榮と 安全とを 彼らに 示す．
  2. わたしは ユダ と イスラエル を 再び 榮えさせ， 彼らを 建てて， もとのようにする．
  3. わたしは 彼らがわたしに 向かって 犯した 罪のすべてのとがを 淸め， 彼らがわたしに 向かって 犯した 罪と 反逆のすべてのとがをゆるす．
  4. この 町は 地のもろもろの 民の 前に， わたしのために 喜びの 名となり， 譽となり， 榮えとなる． 彼らはわたしがわたしの 民に 施すもろもろの 惠みのことを 聞く． そして， わたしがこの 町に 施すもろもろの 惠みと， もろもろの 繁榮のために 恐れて 身をふるわす．
  5. 主はこう 言われる， あなたがたが， 『それは 荒れて， 人もおらず ¿もいない 』というこの 所， すなわち， 荒れて， 人もおらず 住む 者もなく， ¿もいない ユダ の 町と エルサレム のちまたに，
  1. the voice of joy and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, the voice of those who say, "Give thanks to the LORD of hosts, For the LORD is good, For His lovingkindness is everlasting"; and of those who bring a thank offering into the house of the LORD. For I will restore the fortunes of the land as they were at first,' says the LORD.
  2. "Thus says the LORD of hosts, 'There will again be in this place which is waste, without man or beast, and in all its cities, a habitation of shepherds who rest their flocks.
  3. 'In the cities of the hill country, in the cities of the lowland, in the cities of the Negev, in the land of Benjamin, in the environs of Jerusalem and in the cities of Judah, the flocks will again pass under the hands of the one who numbers them,' says the LORD.
  4. 'Behold, days are coming,' declares the LORD, 'when I will fulfill the good word which I have spoken concerning the house of Israel and the house of Judah.
  5. 'In those days and at that time I will cause a righteous Branch of David to spring forth; and He shall execute justice and righteousness on the earth.
  1. 再び 喜びの 聲， 樂しみの 聲， 花¿の 聲， 花嫁の 聲， および ／『万軍の 主に 感謝せよ， 主は 惠みふかく， そのいつくしみは， いつまでも 絶えることがない 』といって， 感謝の 供え 物を 主の 宮に 携えてくる 者の 聲が 聞える． それは， わたしがこの 地を 再び 榮えさせて 初めのようにするからであると 主は 言われる．
  2. 万軍の 主はこう 言われる， 荒れて， 人もおらず ¿もいないこの 所と， そのすべての 町¿に 再びその 群れを 伏させる 牧者のすまいがあるようになる．
  3. 山地の 町¿と， 平地の 町¿と， ネゲブ の 町¿と， ベニヤミン の 地， エルサレム の 周圍と， ユダ の 町¿で， 群れは 再びそれを 數える 者の 手の 下を 通りすぎると 主は 言われる．
  4. 主は 言われる， 見よ， わたしが イスラエル の 家と ユダ の 家に 約束したことをなし 遂げる 日が 來る．
  5. その 日， その 時になるならば， わたしは ダビデ のために 一つの 正しい 枝を 生じさせよう． 彼は 公平と 正義を 地に 行う．
  1. 'In those days Judah will be saved and Jerusalem will dwell in safety; and this is the name by which she will be called: the LORD is our righteousness.'
  2. "For thus says the LORD, 'David shall never lack a man to sit on the throne of the house of Israel;
  3. and the Levitical priests shall never lack a man before Me to offer burnt offerings, to burn grain offerings and to prepare sacrifices continually.'"
  4. The word of the LORD came to Jeremiah, saying,
  5. "Thus says the LORD, 'If you can break My covenant for the day and My covenant for the night, so that day and night will not be at their appointed time,
  1. その 日， ユダ は 救を 得， エルサレム は 安らかにおる． その 名は『主はわれわれの 正義 』ととなえられる．
  2. 主はこう 仰せられる， イスラエル の 家の 位に 座する 人が ダビデ の 子孫のうちに 欠けることはない．
  3. またわたしの 前に §祭をささげ， 素祭を 燒き， つねに ¿牲をささげる 人が， レビ びとである 祭司のうちに 絶えることはない 」．
  4. 主の 言葉は エレミヤ に 臨んだ，
  5. 「主はこう 仰せられる， もしあなたがたが， ¿と 結んだわたしの 契約を 破り， また 夜と 結んだわたしの 契約を 破り， ¿と 夜が 定められた 時に 來ないようにすることができるならば，
  1. then My covenant may also be broken with David My servant so that he will not have a son to reign on his throne, and with the Levitical priests, My ministers.
  2. 'As the host of heaven cannot be counted and the sand of the sea cannot be measured, so I will multiply the descendants of David My servant and the Levites who minister to Me.'"
  3. And the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah, saying,
  4. "Have you not observed what this people have spoken, saying, 'The two families which the LORD chose, He has rejected them'? Thus they despise My people, no longer are they as a nation in their sight.
  5. "Thus says the LORD, 'If My covenant for day and night stand not, and the fixed patterns of heaven and earth I have not established,
  1. しもべ ダビデ とわたしが 結んだ 契約もまた 破れ， 彼はその 位に 座して 王となる 子を 與えられない． またわたしがわたしに 仕える レビ びとである 祭司に 立てた 契約も 破れる．
  2. 天の 星は 數えることができず， 浜の 砂は 量ることができない． そのようにわたしは， しもべ ダビデ の 子孫と， わたしに 仕える レビ びとである 祭司の 數を 增そう 」．
  3. 主の 言葉は エレミヤ に 臨んだ，
  4. 「あなたはこの 民が， 『主は 自ら 選んだ 二つのやからを 捨てた 』といっているのを 聞かないか． 彼らはこのようにわたしの 民を 侮って， これを 國とみなさないのである．
  5. 主はこう 言われる， もしわたしが ¿と 夜とに 契約を 立てず， また 天地のおきてを 定めなかったのであれば，
  1. then I would reject the descendants of Jacob and David My servant, not taking from his descendants rulers over the descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob But I will restore their fortunes and will have mercy on them.'"
  1. わたしは， ヤコブ とわたしのしもべ ダビデ との 子孫を 捨てて， 再び 彼の 子孫のうちから アブラハム ， イサク ， ヤコブ の 子孫を 治める 者を 選ばない． わたしは 彼らを 再び 榮えさせ， 彼らにあわれみをたれよう 」．
 
  시드기야와 백성들에 대한 경고(34:1-34:22)    
 
  1. The word which came to Jeremiah from the LORD, when Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon and all his army, with all the kingdoms of the earth that were under his dominion and all the peoples, were fighting against Jerusalem and against all its cities, saying,
  2. "Thus says the LORD God of Israel, 'Go and speak to Zedekiah king of Judah and say to him: "Thus says the LORD, 'Behold, I am giving this city into the hand of the king of Babylon, and he will burn it with fire.
  3. 'You will not escape from his hand, for you will surely be captured and delivered into his hand; and you will see the king of Babylon eye to eye, and he will speak with you face to face, and you will go to Babylon.'"'
  4. "Yet hear the word of the LORD, O Zedekiah king of Judah! Thus says the LORD concerning you, 'You will not die by the sword.
  5. 'You will die in peace; and as spices were burned for your fathers, the former kings who were before you, so they will burn spices for you; and they will lament for you, "Alas, lord!"' For I have spoken the word," declares the LORD.
  1. バビロン の 王 ネブカデレザル がその 全軍と， 彼に 從っている 地のすべての 國の 人¿， およびもろもろの 民を 率いて， エルサレム とその 町¿を 攻めて 戰っていた 時に， 主から エレミヤ に 臨んだ 言葉，

  1. Then Jeremiah the prophet spoke all these words to Zedekiah king of Judah in Jerusalem
  2. when the army of the king of Babylon was fighting against Jerusalem and against all the remaining cities of Judah, that is, Lachish and Azekah, for they alone remained as fortified cities among the cities of Judah.
  3. The word which came to Jeremiah from the LORD after King Zedekiah had made a covenant with all the people who were in Jerusalem to proclaim release to them:
  4. that each man should set free his male servant and each man his female servant, a Hebrew man or a Hebrew woman; so that no one should keep them, a Jew his brother, in bondage.
  5. And all the officials and all the people obeyed who had entered into the covenant that each man should set free his male servant and each man his female servant, so that no one should keep them any longer in bondage; they obeyed, and set them free.
  1. そこで 預言者 エレミヤ はこの 言葉をことごとく エルサレム で ユダ の 王 ゼデキヤ に 告げた．
  2. その 時 バビロン の 王の 軍勢は エルサレム ， および 殘っている ユダ のすべての 町， すなわち ラキシ と アゼカ を 攻めて 戰っていた． それは ユダ の 町¿のうちに， これらの 堅固な 町がなお 殘っていたからである．

  2. Then the word of the LORD came to Jeremiah from the LORD, saying,
  3. "Thus says the LORD God of Israel, 'I made a covenant with your forefathers in the day that I brought them out of the land of Egypt, from the house of bondage, saying,
  4. "At the end of seven years each of you shall set free his Hebrew brother who has been sold to you and has served you six years, you shall send him out free from you; but your forefathers did not obey Me or incline their ear to Me.
  5. "Although recently you had turned and done what is right in My sight, each man proclaiming release to his neighbor, and you had made a covenant before Me in the house which is called by My name.
  1. 後に 心を 飜し， 解放した 男女の 奴隷をひきかえさせ， 再びこれを 從わせて 奴隷とした．
  2. そこで 主の 言葉が 主から エレミヤ に 臨んだ，
  3. 「イスラエル の 神， 主はこう 言われる， わたしはあなたがたの 先祖を エジプト の 地， その 奴隷であった 家から 導き 出した 時， 彼らと 契約を 立てて 言った，
  4. 『あなたがたの 兄弟である ヘブル びとで， あなたがたに 身を 賣り， 六年の 間あなたがたに 仕えた 者は， 六年の 終りに， あなたがたおのおのがこれを 解放しなければならない． あなたがたは 彼を 解放して， あなたがたに 仕えることをやめさせなければならない 』． ところがあなたがたの 先祖たちはわたしに 聞き 從わず， またその 耳を 傾けなかった．
  5. しかしあなたがたは 今日， 心を 改め， おのおのその 隣り 人に 釋放のことを 告げ 示して， わたしの 見て 正しいとすることを 行い， かつわたしの 名をもってとなえられる 家で， わたしの 前に 契約を 立てた．
  1. "Yet you turned and profaned My name, and each man took back his male servant and each man his female servant whom you had set free according to their desire, and you brought them into subjection to be your male servants and female servants."'
  2. "Therefore thus says the LORD, 'You have not obeyed Me in proclaiming release each man to his brother and each man to his neighbor. Behold, I am proclaiming a release to you,' declares the LORD, 'to the sword, to the pestilence and to the famine; and I will make you a terror to all the kingdoms of the earth.
  3. 'I will give the men who have transgressed My covenant, who have not fulfilled the words of the covenant which they made before Me, when they cut the calf in two and passed between its parts--
  4. the officials of Judah and the officials of Jerusalem, the court officers and the priests and all the people of the land who passed between the parts of the calf--
  5. I will give them into the hand of their enemies and into the hand of those who seek their life And their dead bodies will be food for the birds of the sky and the beasts of the earth.
  1. ところがあなたがたは 再び 心を 飜して， わたしの 名を 汚し， おのおの 男女の 奴隷をその 願いのままに 解放したのをひきかえさせ， 再びこれを 從わせて， あなたがたの 奴隷とした．
  2. それゆえに， 主はこう 仰せられる， あなたがたがわたしに 聞き 從わず， おのおのその 兄弟とその 隣に 釋放のことを 告げ 示さなかったので， 見よ， わたしはあなたがたのために 釋放を 告げ 示して， あなたがたをつるぎと， 疫病と， ききんとに 渡すと 主は 言われる． わたしはあなたがたを 地のもろもろの 國に 忌みきらわれるものとする．
  3. わたしの 契約を 破り， わたしの 前に 立てた 契約の 定めに 從わない 人¿を， わたしは 彼らが 二つに 裂いて， その 二つの 間を 通った 子牛のようにする． ――
  4. すなわち 二つに 分けた 子牛の 間を 通った ユダ のつかさたち， エルサレム のつかさたちと 宦官と 祭司と， この 地のすべての 民を，
  5. わたしはその 敵の 手と， その 命を 求める 者の 手に 渡す． その 死體は 空の 鳥と 野の ¿の 食物となる．
  1. 'Zedekiah king of Judah and his officials I will give into the hand of their enemies and into the hand of those who seek their life, and into the hand of the army of the king of Babylon which has gone away from you.
  2. 'Behold, I am going to command,' declares the LORD, 'and I will bring them back to this city; and they will fight against it and take it and burn it with fire; and I will make the cities of Judah a desolation without inhabitant.'"
  1. わたしはまた ユダ の 王 ゼデキヤ と， そのつかさたちをその 敵の 手， その 命を 求める 者の 手， あなたがたを 離れて 去った バビロン の 王の 軍勢の 手に 渡す．
  2. 主は 言われる， 見よ， わたしは 彼らに 命じて， この 町に 引きかえしてこさせる． 彼らはこの 町を 攻めて 戰い， これを 取り， 火を 放って 燒き 拂う． わたしは ユダ の 町¿を 住む 人のない 荒れ 地とする 」．
 
  비밀한( 33:3)  원어상 의미는 ‘도달할 수 없는 것’인데, 여기서는 하나님의 구속의 능력을 뜻함
