- 知惠ある 者は 用心ぶかく， 惡を 離れる， 愚かな 者は 高ぶって 用心しない．
- 怒りやすい 者は 愚かなことを 行い， 賢い 者は 忍耐强い．
- 思慮のない 者は 愚かなことを 自分のものとする， さとき 者は 知識をもって 冠とする．
- 惡人は 善人の 前にひれ 伏し， 惡しき 者は 正しい 者の 門にひれ 伏す．
- 貧しい 者はその 隣にさえも 憎まれる， しかし 富める 者は 多くの 友をもつ．
