마태복음 5:1-5:26

 예수님께서는 실제 생활에서 지켜야 할 성도들의 윤리적 행동 규범을 가르치셨다. 팔복의 교훈을 시작으로 성도들이 세상의 빛과 소금의 역할을 감당해야 함을 강조하셨다.
  
  산상 설교(5:1-5:26)    
 
  1. When Jesus saw the crowds, He went up on the mountain; and after He sat down, His disciples came to Him.
  2. He opened His mouth and began to teach them, saying,
  3. "Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
  4. "Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted.
  5. "Blessed are the gentle, for they shall inherit the earth.
  1. イエス はこの 群衆を 見て， 山に 登られた． 腰を 下ろされると， 弟子たちが 近くに 寄って 來た．
  2. そこで， イエス は 口を 開き， 敎えられた．
  3. 「心の 貧しい 人¿は， 幸いである， ／天の 國はその 人たちのものである．
  4. 悲しむ 人¿は， 幸いである， ／その 人たちは 慰められる．
  5. 柔和な 人¿は， 幸いである， ／その 人たちは 地を 受け 繼ぐ．
  1. "Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied.
  2. "Blessed are the merciful, for they shall receive mercy.
  3. "Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God.
  4. "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.
  5. "Blessed are those who have been persecuted for the sake of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
  1. 義に 飢え 渴く 人¿は， 幸いである， ／その 人たちは 滿たされる．
  2. 憐れみ 深い 人¿は， 幸いである， ／その 人たちは 憐れみを 受ける．
  3. 心の 淸い 人¿は， 幸いである， ／その 人たちは 神を 見る．
  4. 平和を 實現する 人¿は， 幸いである， ／その 人たちは 神の 子と 呼ばれる．
  5. 義のために 迫害される 人¿は， 幸いである， ／天の 國はその 人たちのものである．
  1. "Blessed are you when people insult you and persecute you, and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of Me.
  2. "Rejoice and be glad, for your reward in heaven is great; for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.
  3. "You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt has become tasteless, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled under foot by men.
  4. "You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden;
  5. nor does anyone light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house.
  1. わたしのためにののしられ， 迫害され， 身に 覺えのないことであらゆる 惡口を 浴びせられるとき， あなたがたは 幸いである．
  2. 喜びなさい． 大いに 喜びなさい． 天には 大きな 報いがある． あなたがたより 前の 預言者たちも， 同じように 迫害されたのである． 」
  3. 「あなたがたは 地の 鹽である． だが， 鹽に 鹽氣がなくなれば， その 鹽は 何によって 鹽味が 付けられよう． もはや， 何の 役にも 立たず， 外に 投げ 捨てられ， 人¿に 踏みつけられるだけである．
  4. あなたがたは 世の 光である． 山の 上にある 町は， 隱れることができない．
  5. また， ともし 火をともして 升の 下に 置く 者はいない． 燭台の 上に 置く． そうすれば， 家の 中のものすべてを 照らすのである．
  1. "Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.
  2. "Do not think that I came to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I did not come to abolish but to fulfill.
  3. "For truly I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not the smallest letter or stroke shall pass from the Law until all is accomplished.
  4. "Whoever then annuls one of the least of these commandments, and teaches others to do the same, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever keeps and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.
  5. "For I say to you that unless your righteousness surpasses that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will not enter the kingdom of heaven.
  1. そのように， あなたがたの 光を 人¿の 前に 輝かしなさい． 人¿が， あなたがたの 立派な 行いを 見て， あなたがたの 天の 父をあがめるようになるためである． 」
  2. 「わたしが 來たのは 律法や 預言者を 廢止するためだ， と 思ってはならない． 廢止するためではなく， 完成するためである．
  3. はっきり 言っておく． すべてのことが 實現し， 天地が 消えうせるまで， 律法の 文字から 一点一畵も 消え 去ることはない．
  4. だから， これらの 最も 小さな ¿を 一つでも 破り， そうするようにと 人に 敎える 者は， 天の 國で 最も 小さい 者と 呼ばれる． しかし， それを 守り， そうするように 敎える 者は， 天の 國で 大いなる 者と 呼ばれる．
  5. 言っておくが， あなたがたの 義が 律法學者や ファリサイ 派の 人¿の 義にまさっていなければ， あなたがたは 決して 天の 國に 入ることができない． 」
  1. "You have heard that the ancients were told, 'YOU SHALL NOT COMMIT MURDER' and 'Whoever commits murder shall be liable to the court.'
  2. "But I say to you that everyone who is angry with his brother shall be guilty before the court; and whoever says to his brother, 'You good-for-nothing,' shall be guilty before the supreme court; and whoever says, 'You fool,' shall be guilty enough to go into the fiery hell.
  3. "Therefore if you are presenting your offering at the altar, and there remember that your brother has something against you,
  4. leave your offering there before the altar and go; first be reconciled to your brother, and then come and present your offering.
  5. "Make friends quickly with your opponent at law while you are with him on the way, so that your opponent may not hand you over to the judge, and the judge to the officer, and you be thrown into prison.
  1. 「あなたがたも 聞いているとおり， 昔の 人は『殺すな． 人を 殺した 者は 裁きを 受ける 』と 命じられている．
  2. しかし， わたしは 言っておく． 兄弟に 腹を 立てる 者はだれでも 裁きを 受ける． 兄弟に『ばか 』と 言う 者は， 最高法院に 引き 渡され， 『愚か 者 』と 言う 者は， 火の 地獄に 投げ ¿まれる．
  3. だから， あなたが 祭壇に 供え 物を 獻げようとし， 兄弟が 自分に 反感を 持っているのをそこで 思い 出したなら，
  4. その 供え 物を 祭壇の 前に 置き， まず 行って 兄弟と 仲直りをし， それから 歸って 來て， 供え 物を 獻げなさい．
  5. あなたを 訴える 人と 一緖に 道を 行く 場合， 途中で 早く 和解しなさい． さもないと， その 人はあなたを 裁判官に 引き 渡し， 裁判官は 下役に 引き 渡し， あなたは 牢に 投げ ¿まれるにちがいない．
  1. "Truly I say to you, you will not come out of there until you have paid up the last cent.
  1. はっきり 言っておく． 最後の 一 クァドランス を 返すまで， 決してそこから 出ることはできない． 」
