출애굽기 13:1-14:31

 하나님께서 이스라엘 백성들에게 무교절과 초태생 규례를 지키라고 말씀하셨다. 이는 그들이 애굽의 장자 사망의 재앙중에서 무사히 탈출하게 된 것을 기념하기 위해서였다. 하나님께서는 그들에게 불과 구름 기둥으로 임재하셔서 홍해의 광야 길로 인도하셨다. 마음이 강퍅하게 된 바로가 백성들을 추격했으나 하나님께서 모세의 지팡이로 홍해를 갈라지게 하여 구원하셨다.
  
  무교절과 초태생 규례(13:1-13:22)    
 
  1. Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
  2. "Sanctify to Me every firstborn, the first offspring of every womb among the sons of Israel, both of man and beast; it belongs to Me."
  3. Moses said to the people, "Remember this day in which you went out from Egypt, from the house of slavery; for by a powerful hand the LORD brought you out from this place And nothing leavened shall be eaten.
  4. "On this day in the month of Abib, you are about to go forth.
  5. "It shall be when the LORD brings you to the land of the Canaanite, the Hittite, the Amorite, the Hivite and the Jebusite, which He swore to your fathers to give you, a land flowing with milk and honey, that you shall observe this rite in this month.
  1. 主は モ ― セ に 仰せになった．
  2. 「すべての 初子を 聖別してわたしにささげよ． イスラエル の 人¿の 間で 初めに 胎を 開くものはすべて， 人であれ 家畜であれ， わたしのものである． 」
  3. モ ― セ は 民に 言った． 「あなたたちは， 奴隷の 家， エジプト から 出たこの 日を 記念しなさい． 主が 力强い 御手をもって， あなたたちをそこから 導き 出されたからである． 酵母入りの パン を 食べてはならない．
  4. あなたたちは アビブ の 月のこの 日に 出發する．
  5. 主が， あなたに 與えると 先祖に 誓われた 乳と 蜜の 流れる 土地， カナン 人， ヘト 人， アモリ 人， ヒビ 人， エブス 人の 土地にあなたを 導き 入れられるとき， あなたはこの 月にこの 儀式を 行わねばならない．
  1. "For seven days you shall eat unleavened bread, and on the seventh day there shall be a feast to the LORD.
  2. "Unleavened bread shall be eaten throughout the seven days; and nothing leavened shall be seen among you, nor shall any leaven be seen among you in all your borders.
  3. "You shall tell your son on that day, saying, 'It is because of what the LORD did for me when I came out of Egypt.'
  4. "And it shall serve as a sign to you on your hand, and as a reminder on your forehead, that the law of the LORD may be in your mouth; for with a powerful hand the LORD brought you out of Egypt.
  5. "Therefore, you shall keep this ordinance at its appointed time from year to year.
  1. 七日の 間， 酵母を 入れない パン を 食べねばならない． 七日目には 主のための 祭りをする．
  2. 酵母を 入れない パン を 七日の 間食べる． あなたのもとに 酵母入りの パン があってはならないし， あなたの 領土のどこにも 酵母があってはならない．
  3. あなたはこの 日， 自分の 子供に 告げなければならない． 『これは， わたしが エジプト から 出たとき， 主がわたしのために 行われたことのゆえである 』と．
  4. あなたは， この 言葉を 自分の 腕と 額に 付けて 記憶のしるしとし， 主の 敎えを 口ずさまねばならない． 主が 力强い 御手をもって， あなたを エジプト から 導き 出されたからである．

  1. "Now when the LORD brings you to the land of the Canaanite, as He swore to you and to your fathers, and gives it to you,
  2. you shall devote to the LORD the first offspring of every womb, and the first offspring of every beast that you own; the males belong to the LORD.
  3. "But every first offspring of a donkey you shall redeem with a lamb, but if you do not redeem it, then you shall break its neck; and every firstborn of man among your sons you shall redeem.
  4. "And it shall be when your son asks you in time to come, saying, 'What is this?' then you shall say to him, 'With a powerful hand the LORD brought us out of Egypt, from the house of slavery.
  5. 'It came about, when Pharaoh was stubborn about letting us go, that the LORD killed every firstborn in the land of Egypt, both the firstborn of man and the firstborn of beast. Therefore, I sacrifice to the LORD the males, the first offspring of every womb, but every firstborn of my sons I redeem.'
  1. 主があなたと 先祖に 誓われたとおり， カナン 人の 土地にあなたを 導き 入れ， それをあなたに 與えられるとき，
  2. 初めに 胎を 開くものはすべて， 主にささげなければならない． あなたの 家畜の 初子のうち， 雄はすべて 主のものである．
  3. ただし， ろばの 初子の 場合はすべて， 小羊をもって ·わねばならない． もし， ·わない 場合は， その 首を 折らねばならない． あなたの 初子のうち， 男の 子の 場合はすべて， ·わねばならない．
  4. 將來， あなたの 子供が， 『これにはどういう 意味があるのですか 』と 尋ねるときは， こう 答えなさい． 『主は， 力强い 御手をもって 我¿を 奴隷の 家， エジプト から 導き 出された．
  5. ファラオ がかたくなで， 我¿を 去らせなかったため， 主は エジプト の 國中の 初子を， 人の 初子から 家畜の 初子まで， ことごとく 擊たれた． それゆえわたしは， 初めに 胎を 開く 雄をすべて 主に ¿牲としてささげ， また， 自分の 息子のうち 初子は， 必ず ·うのである． 』
  1. "So it shall serve as a sign on your hand and as phylacteries on your forehead, for with a powerful hand the LORD brought us out of Egypt."
  2. Now when Pharaoh had let the people go, God did not lead them by the way of the land of the Philistines, even though it was near; for God said, "The people might change their minds when they see war, and return to Egypt."
  3. Hence God led the people around by the way of the wilderness to the Red Sea; and the sons of Israel went up in martial array from the land of Egypt.
  4. Moses took the bones of Joseph with him, for he had made the sons of Israel solemnly swear, saying, "God will surely take care of you, and you shall carry my bones from here with you."
  5. Then they set out from Succoth and camped in Etham on the edge of the wilderness.
  1. あなたはこの 言葉を 腕に 付けてしるしとし， 額に 付けて 覺えとしなさい． 主が 力强い 御手をもって， 我¿を エジプト から 導き 出されたからである． 」
  2. さて， ファラオ が 民を 去らせたとき， 神は 彼らを ペリシテ 街道には 導かれなかった． それは 近道であったが， 民が 戰わねばならぬことを 知って 後悔し， エジプト に 歸ろうとするかもしれない， と 思われたからである．
  3. 神は 民を， 葦の 海に 通じる 荒れ 野の 道に 迂回させられた． イスラエル の 人¿は， 隊伍を 整えて エジプト の 國から 上った．
  4. モ ― セ は ヨセフ の 骨を 携えていた． ヨセフ が， 「神は 必ずあなたたちを 顧みられる． そのとき， わたしの 骨をここから 一緖に 携えて 上るように 」と 言って， イスラエル の 子らに 固く 誓わせたからである．
  5. 一行は スコト から 旅立って， 荒れ 野の 端の エタム に 宿營した．
  1. The LORD was going before them in a pillar of cloud by day to lead them on the way, and in a pillar of fire by night to give them light, that they might travel by day and by night.
  2. He did not take away the pillar of cloud by day, nor the pillar of fire by night, from before the people.
  1. 主は 彼らに 先立って 進み， ¿は 雲の 柱をもって 導き， 夜は 火の 柱をもって 彼らを 照らされたので， 彼らは ¿も 夜も 行進することができた．
  2. ¿は 雲の 柱が， 夜は 火の 柱が， 民の 先頭を 離れることはなかった．
 
  홍해 사건(14:1-14:31)    
 
  1. Now the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
  2. "Tell the sons of Israel to turn back and camp before Pi-hahiroth, between Migdol and the sea; you shall camp in front of Baal-zephon, opposite it, by the sea.
  3. "For Pharaoh will say of the sons of Israel, 'They are wandering aimlessly in the land; the wilderness has shut them in.'
  4. "Thus I will harden Pharaoh's heart, and he will chase after them; and I will be honored through Pharaoh and all his army, and the Egyptians will know that I am the LORD." And they did so.
  5. When the king of Egypt was told that the people had fled, Pharaoh and his servants had a change of heart toward the people, and they said, "What is this we have done, that we have let Israel go from serving us?"
  1. 主は モ ― セ に 仰せになった．
  2. 「イスラエル の 人¿に， 引き 返して ミグドル と 海との 間の ピ · ハヒロト の 手前で 宿營するよう 命じなさい． バアル · ツェフォン の 前に， それに 面して， 海邊に 宿營するのだ．
  3. すると ファラオ は， イスラエル の 人¿が 慌ててあの 地方で 道に 迷い， 荒れ 野が 彼らの 行く 手をふさいだと 思うであろう．
  4. わたしは ファラオ の 心をかたくなにし， 彼らの 後を 追わせる． しかし， わたしは ファラオ とその 全軍を 破って 榮光を 現すので， エジプト 人は， わたしが 主であることを 知るようになる． 」彼らは 言われたとおりにした．
  5. 民が 逃亡したとの 報告を 受けると， エジプト 王 ファラオ とその 家臣は， 民に 對する 考えを 一變して 言った． 「ああ， 我¿は 何ということをしたのだろう． イスラエル 人を 勞役から 解放して 去らせてしまったとは． 」
  1. So he made his chariot ready and took his people with him;
  2. and he took six hundred select chariots, and all the other chariots of Egypt with officers over all of them.
  3. The LORD hardened the heart of Pharaoh, king of Egypt, and he chased after the sons of Israel as the sons of Israel were going out boldly.
  4. Then the Egyptians chased after them with all the horses and chariots of Pharaoh, his horsemen and his army, and they overtook them camping by the sea, beside Pi-hahiroth, in front of Baal-zephon.
  5. As Pharaoh drew near, the sons of Israel looked, and behold, the Egyptians were marching after them, and they became very frightened; so the sons of Israel cried out to the LORD.
  1. ファラオ は 戰車に 馬をつなぎ， 自ら 軍勢を 率い，
  2. えり 拔きの 戰車六百をはじめ， エジプト の 戰車すべてを 動員し， それぞれに 士官を 乘り ¿ませた．
  3. 主が エジプト 王 ファラオ の 心をかたくなにされたので， 王は イスラエル の 人¿の 後を 追った． イスラエル の 人¿は， 意氣揚¿と 出て 行ったが，
  4. エジプト 軍は 彼らの 後を 追い， ファラオ の 馬と 戰車， 騎兵と 步兵は， ピ · ハヒロト の 傍らで， バアル · ツェフォン の 前の 海邊に 宿營している 彼らに 追いついた．

  1. Then they said to Moses, "Is it because there were no graves in Egypt that you have taken us away to die in the wilderness? Why have you dealt with us in this way, bringing us out of Egypt?
  2. "Is this not the word that we spoke to you in Egypt, saying, 'Leave us alone that we may serve the Egyptians'? For it would have been better for us to serve the Egyptians than to die in the wilderness."
  3. But Moses said to the people, "Do not fear! Stand by and see the salvation of the LORD which He will accomplish for you today; for the Egyptians whom you have seen today, you will never see them again forever.
  4. "The LORD will fight for you while you keep silent."
  5. Then the LORD said to Moses, "Why are you crying out to Me? Tell the sons of Israel to go forward.
  1. また， モ ― セ に 言った． 「我¿を 連れ 出したのは， エジプト に 墓がないからですか． 荒れ 野で 死なせるためですか． 一體， 何をするために エジプト から 導き 出したのですか．
  2. 我¿は エジプト で， 『ほうっておいてください． 自分たちは エジプト 人に 仕えます． 荒れ 野で 死ぬより エジプト 人に 仕える 方がましです 』と 言ったではありませんか． 」
  3. モ ― セ は 民に 答えた． 「恐れてはならない． 落ち 着いて， 今日， あなたたちのために 行われる 主の 救いを 見なさい． あなたたちは 今日， エジプト 人を 見ているが， もう 二度と， 永久に 彼らを 見ることはない．
  4. 主があなたたちのために 戰われる． あなたたちは 靜かにしていなさい． 」
  5. 主は モ ― セ に 言われた． 「なぜ， わたしに 向かって 叫ぶのか． イスラエル の 人¿に 命じて 出發させなさい．
  1. "As for you, lift up your staff and stretch out your hand over the sea and divide it, and the sons of Israel shall go through the midst of the sea on dry land.
  2. "As for Me, behold, I will harden the hearts of the Egyptians so that they will go in after them; and I will be honored through Pharaoh and all his army, through his chariots and his horsemen.
  3. "Then the Egyptians will know that I am the LORD, when I am honored through Pharaoh, through his chariots and his horsemen."
  4. The angel of God, who had been going before the camp of Israel, moved and went behind them; and the pillar of cloud moved from before them and stood behind them.
  5. So it came between the camp of Egypt and the camp of Israel; and there was the cloud along with the darkness, yet it gave light at night. Thus the one did not come near the other all night.
  1. 杖を 高く 上げ， 手を 海に 向かって 差し 伸べて， 海を 二つに 分けなさい． そうすれば， イスラエル の 民は 海の 中の 乾いた 所を 通ることができる．
  2. しかし， わたしは エジプト 人の 心をかたくなにするから， 彼らはお 前たちの 後を 追って 來る． そのとき， わたしは ファラオ とその 全軍， 戰車と 騎兵を 破って 榮光を 現す．
  3. わたしが ファラオ とその 戰車， 騎兵を 破って 榮光を 現すとき， エジプト 人は， わたしが 主であることを 知るようになる． 」

  1. Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea; and the LORD swept the sea back by a strong east wind all night and turned the sea into dry land, so the waters were divided.
  2. The sons of Israel went through the midst of the sea on the dry land, and the waters were like a wall to them on their right hand and on their left.
  3. Then the Egyptians took up the pursuit, and all Pharaoh's horses, his chariots and his horsemen went in after them into the midst of the sea.
  4. At the morning watch, the LORD looked down on the army of the Egyptians through the pillar of fire and cloud and brought the army of the Egyptians into confusion.
  5. He caused their chariot wheels to swerve, and He made them drive with difficulty; so the Egyptians said, "Let us flee from Israel, for the LORD is fighting for them against the Egyptians."
  1. モ ― セ が 手を 海に 向かって 差し 伸べると， 主は 夜もすがら 激しい 東風をもって 海を 押し 返されたので， 海は 乾いた 地に 變わり， 水は 分かれた．
  2. イスラエル の 人¿は 海の 中の 乾いた 所を 進んで 行き， 水は 彼らの 右と 左に 壁のようになった．
  3. エジプト 軍は 彼らを 追い， ファラオ の 馬， 戰車， 騎兵がことごとく 彼らに 從って 海の 中に 入って 來た．
  4. 朝の 見張りのころ， 主は 火と 雲の 柱から エジプト 軍を 見下ろし， エジプト 軍をかき 亂された．
  5. 戰車の 車輪をはずし， 進みにくくされた． エジプト 人は 言った． 「イスラエル の 前から 退却しよう． 主が 彼らのために エジプト と 戰っておられる． 」
  1. Then the LORD said to Moses, "Stretch out your hand over the sea so that the waters may come back over the Egyptians, over their chariots and their horsemen."
  2. So Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and the sea returned to its normal state at daybreak, while the Egyptians were fleeing right into it; then the LORD overthrew the Egyptians in the midst of the sea.
  3. The waters returned and covered the chariots and the horsemen, even Pharaoh's entire army that had gone into the sea after them; not even one of them remained.
  4. But the sons of Israel walked on dry land through the midst of the sea, and the waters were like a wall to them on their right hand and on their left.
  5. Thus the LORD saved Israel that day from the hand of the Egyptians, and Israel saw the Egyptians dead on the seashore.
  1. 主は モ ― セ に 言われた． 「海に 向かって 手を 差し 伸べなさい． 水が エジプト 軍の 上に， 戰車， 騎兵の 上に 流れ 返るであろう． 」
  2. モ ― セ が 手を 海に 向かって 差し 伸べると， 夜が 明ける 前に 海は 元の 場所へ 流れ 返った． エジプト 軍は 水の 流れに 逆らって 逃げたが， 主は 彼らを 海の 中に 投げ ¿まれた．
  3. 水は 元に 戾り， 戰車と 騎兵， 彼らの 後を 追って 海に 入った ファラオ の 全軍を 覆い， 一人も 殘らなかった．
  4. イスラエル の 人¿は 海の 中の 乾いた 所を 進んだが， そのとき， 水は 彼らの 右と 左に 壁となった．
  5. 主はこうして， その 日， イスラエル を エジプト 人の 手から 救われた． イスラエル は エジプト 人が 海邊で 死んでいるのを 見た．
  1. When Israel saw the great power which the LORD had used against the Egyptians, the people feared the LORD, and they believed in the LORD and in His servant Moses.
  1. イスラエル は， 主が エジプト 人に 行われた 大いなる 御業を 見た． 民は 主を 畏れ， 主とその 僕 モ ― セ を 信じた．
