	레위기 24:1-25:34 하나님께서는 모세에게 등불과 진설병에 관한 규례, 안식년과 희년에 관한 규례를 지시하셨다. 하나님의 이름을 훼방하고 저주한 슬로밋의 아들은 하나님의 명령에 따라 이스라엘 백성들이 던지는 돌에 맞아 죽었다.

	야웨 모독죄(24:1-24:23)

Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

"Command the sons of Israel that they bring to you clear oil from beaten olives for the light, to make a lamp burn continually.

"Outside the veil of testimony in the tent of meeting, Aaron shall keep it in order from evening to morning before the LORD continually; it shall be a perpetual statute throughout your generations.

"He shall keep the lamps in order on the pure gold lampstand before the LORD continually.

"Then you shall take fine flour and bake twelve cakes with it; two-tenths of an ephah shall be in each cake.

主はモ ― セに仰せになった．

イスラエルの人¿に命じて，オリ ― ブを ¿いて取った純粹の油をともし火に用いるために持って來させ，常夜燈にともさせ，

臨在の幕屋にある ¿の箱を隔てる垂れ幕の手前に備え付けさせなさい．アロンは主の御前に，夕暮れから朝まで絶やすことなく火をともしておく．これは代¿にわたってあなたたちの守るべき不變の定めである．

アロンは主の御前に絶やすことなく火をともすために，純金の燭台の上にともし火皿を備え付ける．

あなたは上等の小麥粉を用意し，それぞれ十分の二エファの分量の輪形のパンを十二個燒く．

"You shall set them in two rows, six to a row, on the pure gold table before the LORD.

"You shall put pure frankincense on each row that it may be a memorial portion for the bread, even an offering by fire to the LORD.

"Every sabbath day he shall set it in order before the LORD continually; it is an everlasting covenant for the sons of Israel.

"It shall be for Aaron and his sons, and they shall eat it in a holy place; for it is most holy to him from the LORD'S offerings by fire, his portion forever."

Now the son of an Israelite woman, whose father was an Egyptian, went out among the sons of Israel; and the Israelite woman's son and a man of Israel struggled with each other in the camp.

それを一列に六個ずつ二列に ¿べ，純金の机の上に置いて主の御前に供える．

各列に純粹の香料を添える．それはパンのしるしとして燃やして主にささげる．

アロンはイスラエルの人¿による供え物として，安息日ごとに主の御前に絶えることなく供える．これは永遠の契約である．

The son of the Israelite woman blasphemed the Name and cursed. So they brought him to Moses. (Now his mother's name was Shelomith, the daughter of Dibri, of the tribe of Dan.)

They put him in custody so that the command of the LORD might be made clear to them.

Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

"Bring the one who has cursed outside the camp, and let all who heard him lay their hands on his head; then let all the congregation stone him.

"You shall speak to the sons of Israel, saying, 'If anyone curses his God, then he will bear his sin.

イスラエル人を母に持つこの男が主の御名を口にして冒瀆した．人¿は彼をモ ― セのところに連行した．母の名はシェロミトといい，ダン族のディブリの娘であった．

人¿は彼を留置して，主御自身の判決が示されるのを待った．

主はモ ― セに仰せになった．

冒瀆した男を宿營の外に連れ出し，冒瀆の言葉を聞いた者全員が手を男の頭に置いてから，共同體全體が彼を石で打ち殺す．

あなたはイスラエルの人¿に告げなさい．神を冒瀆する者はだれでも，その罪を負う．

'Moreover, the one who blasphemes the name of the LORD shall surely be put to death; all the congregation shall certainly stone him. The alien as well as the native, when he blasphemes the Name, shall be put to death.

'If a man takes the life of any human being, he shall surely be put to death.

'The one who takes the life of an animal shall make it good, life for life.

'If a man injures his neighbor, just as he has done, so it shall be done to him:

fracture for fracture, eye for eye, tooth for tooth; just as he has injured a man, so it shall be inflicted on him.

主の御名を呪う者は死刑に處せられる．共同體全體が彼を石で打ち殺す．神の御名を呪うならば，寄留する者も土地に生まれた者も同じく，死刑に處せられる．

人を打ち殺した者はだれであっても，必ず死刑に處せられる．

家畜を打ち殺す者は，その償いをする．命には命をもって償う．

人に傷害を加えた者は，それと同一の傷害を受けねばならない．

骨折には骨折を，目には目を，齒には齒をもって人に與えたと同じ傷害を受けねばならない．

'Thus the one who kills an animal shall make it good, but the one who kills a man shall be put to death.

'There shall be one standard for you; it shall be for the stranger as well as the native, for I am the LORD your God.'"

Then Moses spoke to the sons of Israel, and they brought the one who had cursed outside the camp and stoned him with stones. Thus the sons of Israel did, just as the LORD had commanded Moses.

家畜を打ち殺す者は，それを償うことができるが，人を打ち殺す者は死刑に處せられる．

あなたたちに對する刑罰は寄留する者にも土地に生まれた者にも同樣に適用される．わたしはあなたたちの神，主である．

モ ― セがイスラエルの人¿に告げ終えると，彼らは神を冒瀆した男を宿營の外に連れ出して石で打ち殺した．イスラエルの人¿は主がモ ― セに命じられたとおりに行った．

	안식년과 희년(25:1-25:34)

The LORD then spoke to Moses at Mount Sinai, saying,

"Speak to the sons of Israel and say to them, 'When you come into the land which I shall give you, then the land shall have a sabbath to the LORD.

'Six years you shall sow your field, and six years you shall prune your vineyard and gather in its crop,

but during the seventh year the land shall have a sabbath rest, a sabbath to the LORD; you shall not sow your field nor prune your vineyard.

'Your harvest's aftergrowth you shall not reap, and your grapes of untrimmed vines you shall not gather; the land shall have a sabbatical year.

主はシナイ山でモ ― セに仰せになった．

イスラエルの人¿に告げてこう言いなさい．あなたたちがわたしの與える土地に入ったならば，主のための安息をその土地にも與えなさい．

六年の間は畑に種を蒔き，ぶどう畑の手入れをし，收穫することができるが，

七年目には全き安息を土地に與えねばならない．これは主のための安息である．畑に種を蒔いてはならない．ぶどう畑の手入れをしてはならない．

休閑中の畑に生じた穀物を收穫したり，手入れせずにおいたぶどう畑の實を集めてはならない．土地に全き安息を與えねばならない．

'All of you shall have the sabbath products of the land for food; yourself, and your male and female slaves, and your hired man and your foreign resident, those who live as aliens with you.

'Even your cattle and the animals that are in your land shall have all its crops to eat.

'You are also to count off seven sabbaths of years for yourself, seven times seven years, so that you have the time of the seven sabbaths of years, namely, forty-nine years.

'You shall then sound a ram's horn abroad on the tenth day of the seventh month; on the day of atonement you shall sound a horn all through your land.

'You shall thus consecrate the fiftieth year and proclaim a release through the land to all its inhabitants It shall be a jubilee for you, and each of you shall return to his own property, and each of you shall return to his family.

安息の年に畑に生じたものはあなたたちの食物となる．あなたをはじめ，あなたの男女の奴隷，雇い人やあなたのもとに宿っている滯在者，

更にはあなたの家畜や野生の動物のために，地の産物はすべて食物となる．

あなたは安息の年を七回，すなわち七年を七度數えなさい．七を七倍した年は四十九年である．

その年の第七の月の十日の ·罪日に，雄羊の角笛を鳴り響かせる．あなたたちは國中に角笛を吹き鳴らして，

この五十年目の年を聖別し，全住民に解放の宣言をする．それが，ヨベルの年である．あなたたちはおのおのその先祖傳來の所有地に歸り，家族のもとに歸る．

'You shall have the fiftieth year as a jubilee; you shall not sow, nor reap its aftergrowth, nor gather in from its untrimmed vines.

'For it is a jubilee; it shall be holy to you. You shall eat its crops out of the field.

'On this year of jubilee each of you shall return to his own property.

'If you make a sale, moreover, to your friend or buy from your friend's hand, you shall not wrong one another.

'Corresponding to the number of years after the jubilee, you shall buy from your friend; he is to sell to you according to the number of years of crops.

五十年目はあなたたちのヨベルの年である．種蒔くことも，休閑中の畑に生じた穀物を收穫することも，手入れせずにおいたぶどう畑の實を集めることもしてはならない．

この年は聖なるヨベルの年だからである．あなたたちは野に生じたものを食物とする．

ヨベルの年には，おのおのその所有地の返却を受ける．

あなたたちが人と土地を賣買するときは，互いに損害を與えてはならない．

あなたはヨベル以來の年數を數えて人から買う．すなわち，その人は殘る收穫年數に從ってあなたに賣る．

'In proportion to the extent of the years you shall increase its price, and in proportion to the fewness of the years you shall diminish its price, for it is a number of crops he is selling to you.

'So you shall not wrong one another, but you shall fear your God; for I am the LORD your God.

'You shall thus observe My statutes and keep My judgments, so as to carry them out, that you may live securely on the land.

'Then the land will yield its produce, so that you can eat your fill and live securely on it.

'But if you say, "What are we going to eat on the seventh year if we do not sow or gather in our crops?"

その年數が多ければそれだけ價格は高くなり，少なければそれだけ安くなる．その人は收穫できる年數によってあなたに賣るのである．

相手に損害を與えてはならない．あなたの神を畏れなさい．わたしはあなたたちの神，主だからである．

あなたたちはわたしの ¿を行い，わたしの法を忠實に守りなさい．そうすれば，この國で平穩に暮らすことができる．

土地は實りを生じ，あなたたちは十分に食べ，平穩に暮らすことができる．

「七年目に種も蒔いてはならない，收穫もしてはならないとすれば，どうして食べていけるだろうか」とあなたたちは言うか．

then I will so order My blessing for you in the sixth year that it will bring forth the crop for three years.

'When you are sowing the eighth year, you can still eat old things from the crop, eating the old until the ninth year when its crop comes in.

'The land, moreover, shall not be sold permanently, for the land is Mine; for you are but aliens and sojourners with Me.

'Thus for every piece of your property, you are to provide for the redemption of the land.

'If a fellow countryman of yours becomes so poor he has to sell part of his property, then his nearest kinsman is to come and buy back what his relative has sold.

わたしは六年目にあなたたちのために祝福を與え，その年に三年分の收穫を與える．

あなたたちは八年目になお古い收穫の中から種を蒔き，食べつなぎ，九年目に新しい收穫を得るまでそれに賴ることができる．

土地を賣らねばならないときにも，土地を買い戾す權利を放棄してはならない．土地はわたしのものであり，あなたたちはわたしの土地に寄留し，滯在する者にすぎない．

あなたたちの所有地においてはどこでも，土地を買い戾す權利を認めねばならない．

もし同胞の一人が貧しくなったため，自分の所有地の一部を賣ったならば，それを買い戾す義務を負う親戚が來て，賣った土地を買い戾さねばならない．

'Or in case a man has no kinsman, but so recovers his means as to find sufficient for its redemption,

then he shall calculate the years since its sale and refund the balance to the man to whom he sold it, and so return to his property.

'But if he has not found sufficient means to get it back for himself, then what he has sold shall remain in the hands of its purchaser until the year of jubilee; but at the jubilee it shall revert, that he may return to his property.

'Likewise, if a man sells a dwelling house in a walled city, then his redemption right remains valid until a full year from its sale; his right of redemption lasts a full year.

'But if it is not bought back for him within the space of a full year, then the house that is in the walled city passes permanently to its purchaser throughout his generations; it does not revert in the jubilee.

もしその人のために買い戾す人がいなかった場合，その人自身が後に豊かになって，自分で買い戾すことができるようになったならば，

その人は賣ってからの年數を數え，次のヨベルの年までに殘る年數に從って計算して，買った人に支拂えば，自分の所有地の返却を受けることができる．

しかし，買い戾す力がないならば，それはヨベルの年まで，買った人の手にあるが，ヨベルの年には手放されるので，その人は自分の所有地の返却を受けることができる．

もし，城壁で圍まれた町の中の家屋を賣った場合，その人はその年の終わりまでは，それを買い戾す權利を持つ．この權利はその期間だけのものである．

'The houses of the villages, however, which have no surrounding wall shall be considered as open fields; they have redemption rights and revert in the jubilee.

'As for cities of the Levites, the Levites have a permanent right of redemption for the houses of the cities which are their possession.

'What, therefore, belongs to the Levites may be redeemed and a house sale in the city of this possession reverts in the jubilee, for the houses of the cities of the Levites are their possession among the sons of Israel.

'But pasture fields of their cities shall not be sold, for that is their perpetual possession.

しかし，城壁で圍まれていない村の家屋は畑地と見なされるので，買い戾す權利が續き，ヨベルの年には手放されねばならない．

レビ人の町，すなわち彼らの所有する町の家屋については，レビ人はいつでも買い戾す權利を保有する．

レビ人が別のレビ人から家屋を買い戾す場合も，ヨベルの年にはその家を立ち去って，もとのレビ人の所有に戾る．レビ人の町の家屋はイスラエルの人¿の中にあって，レビ人の所有物だからである．

彼らの町の領域內にある牧草地は賣ることができない．それは彼らの永久の所有物だからである．
