욥기 23:1-26:14

 욥은 엘리바스의 답변에 탄식하면서, 하나님께서 결백한 자신의 호소에 답변해 주실 것을 간구하였다. 그리고 악인들의 최후에 관하여 말한 후, 그들을 놓아 두시는 하나님의 섭리에 의문을 표시하였다. 이에 대하여 빌닷은 하나님의 권능과 위엄을 말하면서 하나님 앞에서 의롭고 깨끗한 사람은 없다고 하였다.
  
  욥의 대답(23:1-24:25)    
 
  1. Then Job replied,
  2. "Even today my complaint is rebellion; His hand is heavy despite my groaning.
  3. "Oh that I knew where I might find Him, That I might come to His seat!
  4. "I would present my case before Him And fill my mouth with arguments.
  5. "I would learn the words which He would answer, And perceive what He would say to me.
  1. ヨブ は 答えた．
  2. 今日も， わたしは 苦しみ 嘆き ／呻きのために， わたしの 手は 重い．
  3. どうしたら， その 方を 見いだせるのか． おられるところに 行けるのか．
  4. その 方にわたしの 訴えを 差し 出し ／思う 存分わたしの 言い 分を 述べたいのに．
  5. 答えてくださるなら， それを 悟り ／話しかけてくださるなら， 理解しよう．
  1. "Would He contend with me by the greatness of His power? No, surely He would pay attention to me.
  2. "There the upright would reason with Him; And I would be delivered forever from my Judge.
  3. "Behold, I go forward but He is not there, And backward, but I cannot perceive Him;
  4. When He acts on the left, I cannot behold Him; He turns on the right, I cannot see Him.
  5. "But He knows the way I take; When He has tried me, I shall come forth as gold.
  1. その 方は 强い 力を 振るって ／わたしと 爭われるだろうか． いや， わたしを 顧みてくださるだろう．
  2. そうすれば， わたしは 神の 前に 正しいとされ ／わたしの 訴えはとこしえに 解決できるだろう．
  3. だが， 東に 行ってもその 方はおられず ／西に 行っても 見定められない．
  4. 北にひそんでおられて， とらえることはできず ／南に 身を 覆っておられて， 見いだせない．
  5. しかし， 神はわたしの 步む 道を ／知っておられるはずだ． わたしを 試してくだされば ／金のようであることが 分かるはずだ．
  1. "My foot has held fast to His path; I have kept His way and not turned aside.
  2. "I have not departed from the command of His lips; I have treasured the words of His mouth more than my necessary food.
  3. "But He is unique and who can turn Him? And what His soul desires, that He does.
  4. "For He performs what is appointed for me, And many such decrees are with Him.
  5. "Therefore, I would be dismayed at His presence; When I consider, I am terrified of Him.
  1. わたしの 足はその 方に 從って 步み ／その 道を 守って， 離れたことはない．
  2. その 唇が 與えた 命令に 背かず ／その 口が 語った 言葉を 胸に 納めた．
  3. 神がいったん 定められたなら ／だれも 飜すことはできない． 神は 望むがままに 行われる．
  4. わたしのために 定めたことを 實行し ／ほかにも 多くのことを 定めておられる．
  5. それゆえ， わたしは 御顔におびえ ／考えれば 考えるほど， 恐れる．
  1. "It is God who has made my heart faint, And the Almighty who has dismayed me,
  2. But I am not silenced by the darkness, Nor deep gloom which covers me.
  1. 神はわたしの 勇氣を 失わせ ／全能者はわたしをおびえさせる．
  2. わたしは 暗黑を 前にし ／目の 前には 闇が 立ちこめているのに ／なぜ， 滅ぼし 盡くされずにいるのか．
 
 
  1. "Why are times not stored up by the Almighty, And why do those who know Him not see His days?
  2. "Some remove the landmarks; They seize and devour flocks.
  3. "They drive away the donkeys of the orphans; They take the widow's ox for a pledge.
  4. "They push the needy aside from the road; The poor of the land are made to hide themselves altogether.
  5. "Behold, as wild donkeys in the wilderness They go forth seeking food in their activity, As bread for their children in the desert.
  1. なぜ， 全能者のもとには ／さまざまな 時が 蓄えられていないのか． なぜ， 神を 愛する 者が ／神の 日を 見ることができないのか．
  2. 人は 地境を 移し ／家畜の 群れを 奪って 自分のものとし
  3. みなしごのろばを 連れ 去り ／やもめの 牛を 質草に 取る．
  4. 乏しい 人¿は 道から 押しのけられ ／この 地の 貧しい 人¿は 身を 隱す．
  5. 彼らは 野ろばのように ／荒れ 野に 出て 勞し， 食べ 物を 求め ／荒れ 地で 子に 食べさせる パン を 搜す．
  1. "They harvest their fodder in the field And glean the vineyard of the wicked.
  2. "They spend the night naked, without clothing, And have no covering against the cold.
  3. "They are wet with the mountain rains And hug the rock for want of a shelter.
  4. "Others snatch the orphan from the breast, And against the poor they take a pledge.
  5. "They cause the poor to go about naked without clothing, And they take away the sheaves from the hungry.
  1. 自分のものでもない 畑で 刈り 入れをさせられ ／惡人のぶどう 畑で 殘った 房を 集める．
  2. 着る 物もなく 裸で 夜を 過ごし ／寒さを 防ぐための 覆いもない．
  3. 山で 激しい 雨にぬれても ／身を 避ける 所もなく， 岩にすがる．
  4. 父のない 子は 母の 胸から 引き 離され ／貧しい 人の 乳飮み 子は 人質に 取られる．
  5. 彼らは 身にまとう 物もなく， 裸で 步き ／麥束を 運びながらも 自分は 飢え
  1. "Within the walls they produce oil; They tread wine presses but thirst.
  2. "From the city men groan, And the souls of the wounded cry out; Yet God does not pay attention to folly.
  3. "Others have been with those who rebel against the light; They do not want to know its ways Nor abide in its paths.
  4. "The murderer arises at dawn; He kills the poor and the needy, And at night he is as a thief.
  5. "The eye of the adulterer waits for the twilight, Saying, 'No eye will see me.' And he disguises his face.
  1. ¿び 立つ オリ ― ブ の 間で 油を 搾り ／搾り 場でぶどうを 踏みながらも 渴く．
  2. 町では， 死にゆく 人¿が 呻き ／刺し 貫かれた 人¿があえいでいるが ／神はその 慘狀に 心を 留めてくださらない．
  3. 光に 背く 人¿がいる． 彼らは 光の 道を 認めず ／光の 射すところにとどまろうとしない．
  4. 人殺しは 夜明け 前に 起き ／貧しい 者， 乏しい 者を 殺し ／夜になれば 盜みを ¿く．
  5. 姦淫する 者の 目は， 夕暮れを 待ち ／だれにも 見られないように， と 言って 顔を 覆う．
  1. "In the dark they dig into houses, They shut themselves up by day; They do not know the light.
  2. "For the morning is the same to him as thick darkness, For he is familiar with the terrors of thick darkness.
  3. "They are insignificant on the surface of the water; Their portion is cursed on the earth They do not turn toward the vineyards.
  4. "Drought and heat consume the snow waters, So does Sheol those who have sinned.
  5. "A mother will forget him; The worm feeds sweetly till he is no longer remembered And wickedness will be broken like a tree.
  1. 暗黑に 紛れて 家¿に 忍び 入り ／日中は 閉じこもって， 光を 避ける．
  2. このような 者には， 朝が 死の 闇だ． 朝を 破滅の 死の 闇と 認めているのだ．
  3. 「大水に 遭えば 彼はたちまち 消え 去る． この 地で 彼の 嗣業は 呪われ ／そのぶどう 畑に 向かう 者もいなくなる．
  4. 暑さと 乾燥が 雪解け 水をも 消し 去るように ／陰府は 罪人を 消し 去るだろう．
  5. 母の 胎も 彼を 忘れ ／·が 彼を 好んで 食い ／彼を 思い 出す 者もなくなる ／不正な 行いは 木のように 折れ ¿ける．
  1. "He wrongs the barren woman And does no good for the widow.
  2. "But He drags off the valiant by His power; He rises, but no one has assurance of life.
  3. "He provides them with security, and they are supported; And His eyes are on their ways.
  4. "They are exalted a little while, then they are gone; Moreover, they are brought low and like everything gathered up; Even like the heads of grain they are cut off.
  5. "Now if it is not so, who can prove me a liar, And make my speech worthless?"
  1. 彼は 不妊の 女を 不幸に 落とし ／やもめに 幸福を 與えることはなかった．
  2. 權力者が 力を 振るい， 成功したとしても ／その 人生は 確かではない．
  3. 安穩に 生かされているようでも ／その 步む 道に 目を 注いでおられる 方がある．
  4. だから， しばらくは 榮えるが， 消え 去る． すべて 衰えてゆくものと 共に 倒され ／麥の 穗のように 刈り 取られるのだ． 」
  5. だが， そうなってはいないのだから ／誰が， わたしをうそつきと 呼び ／わたしの 言葉をむなしいものと ／斷じることができようか．
 
  빌닷의 세번째 충고(25:1-26:14)    
 
  1. Then Bildad the Shuhite answered,
  2. "Dominion and awe belong to Him Who establishes peace in His heights.
  3. "Is there any number to His troops? And upon whom does His light not rise?
  4. "How then can a man be just with God? Or how can he be clean who is born of woman?
  5. "If even the moon has no brightness And the stars are not pure in His sight,
  1. シュア 人 ビルダド は 答えた．
  2. 恐るべき 支配の 力を 神は 御もとにそなえ ／天の 最も 高いところに 平和を 打ち 立てられる．
  3. まことにその 軍勢は 數限りなく ／その 光はすべての 人の 上に 昇る．
  4. どうして， 人が 神の 前に 正しくありえよう． どうして， 女から 生まれた 者が 淸くありえよう．
  5. 月すらも 神の 前では 輝かず ／星も 神の 目には 淸らかではない．
  1. How much less man, that maggot, And the son of man, that worm!"
  1. まして 人間は ·蟲 ／人の 子は 蟲けらにすぎない．
 
 
  1. Then Job responded,
  2. "What a help you are to the weak! How you have saved the arm without strength!
  3. "What counsel you have given to one without wisdom! What helpful insight you have abundantly provided!
  4. "To whom have you uttered words? And whose spirit was expressed through you?
  5. "The departed spirits tremble Under the waters and their inhabitants.
  1. ヨブ は 答えた．
  2. あなた 自身はどんな 助けを 力のない 者に 與え ／どんな 救いを 無力な 腕にもたらしたというのか．
  3. どんな 忠告を 知惠のない 者に 與え ／どんな 策を 多くの 人に 授けたというのか．
  4. 誰の 言葉を 取り 次いで 語っているのか． 誰の 息吹があなたを 通して 吹いているのか．
  5. 亡者たち， 陰府の 淵に 住む 者たちは ／水の 底でのたうち 回る．
  1. "Naked is Sheol before Him, And Abaddon has no covering.
  2. "He stretches out the north over empty space And hangs the earth on nothing.
  3. "He wraps up the waters in His clouds, And the cloud does not burst under them.
  4. "He obscures the face of the full moon And spreads His cloud over it.
  5. "He has inscribed a circle on the surface of the waters At the boundary of light and darkness.
  1. 陰府も 神の 前ではあらわであり ／滅びの 國も 覆われてはいない．
  2. 神は 聖なる 山を ·漠としたさかいに 橫たわらせ ／大地を 空虛の 上につるされた．
  3. 密雲の 中に 水を 蓄えられても ／雲の 底は 裂けない．
  4. 神は 御自分の 雲を 廣げて ／玉座を 覆い 隱される．
  5. 原始の 海の 面に 円を 描いて ／光と 暗黑との 境とされる．
  1. "The pillars of heaven tremble And are amazed at His rebuke.
  2. "He quieted the sea with His power, And by His understanding He shattered Rahab.
  3. "By His breath the heavens are cleared; His hand has pierced the fleeing serpent.
  4. "Behold, these are the fringes of His ways; And how faint a word we hear of Him! But His mighty thunder, who can understand?"
  1. 天の 柱は ¿らぎ ／その 叱咤に 動轉する．
  2. 神は 御力をもって 海を 制し ／英知をもって ラハブ を 打たれた．
  3. 風をもって 天をぬぐい ／御手は 逃げる 大蛇を 刺し 貫いた．
  4. だが， これらは 神の 道のほんの 一端． 神についてわたしたちの 聞きえることは ／なんと 僅かなことか． その 雷鳴の 力强さを 誰が 悟りえよう．
