이사야 46:1-48:22

 하나님께서는 바벨론이 숭배하는 우상의 무력함을 보여 주시며 이 우상이 파괴될 것을 말씀하셨는데, 이는 바벨론의 멸망에 대한 선언이었다. 하나님께서는 징계의 도구인 바벨론이 이스라엘을 너무 잔인하게 학대했기 때문에 멸망하게 된 것이라고 지적하셨다. 그리고 이스라엘을 바벨론의 포로 생활로부터 다시 구원해 주시겠다고 약속하셨다.
  
  헛된 우상(46:1-46:13)    
 
  1. Bel has bowed down, Nebo stoops over; Their images are consigned to the beasts and the cattle. The things that you carry are burdensome, A load for the weary beast.
  2. They stooped over, they have bowed down together; They could not rescue the burden, But have themselves gone into captivity.
  3. "Listen to Me, O house of Jacob, And all the remnant of the house of Israel, You who have been borne by Me from birth And have been carried from the womb;
  4. Even to your old age I will be the same, And even to your graying years I will bear you! I have done it, and I will carry you; And I will bear you and I will deliver you.
  5. "To whom would you liken Me And make Me equal and compare Me, That we would be alike?
  1. ベル はかがみ ¿み， ネボ は 倒れ 伏す． 彼らの 像は ¿や 家畜に 負わされ ／お 前たちの 擔いでいたものは 重荷となって ／疲れた 動物に 負わされる．
  2. 彼らも 共にかがみ ¿み， 倒れ 伏す． その 重荷を 救い 出すことはできず ／彼ら 自身も 捕らわれて 行く．
  3. わたしに 聞け， ヤコブ の 家よ ／ イスラエル の 家の 殘りの 者よ， 共に． あなたたちは 生まれた 時から 負われ ／胎を 出た 時から 擔われてきた．
  4. 同じように， わたしはあなたたちの 老いる 日まで ／白髮になるまで， 背負って 行こう． わたしはあなたたちを 造った． わたしが 擔い， 背負い， 救い 出す．
  5. お 前たちはわたしを 誰に 似せ ／誰に 等しくしようとするのか． 誰にわたしをなぞらえ， 似せようというのか．
  1. "Those who lavish gold from the purse And weigh silver on the scale Hire a goldsmith, and he makes it into a god; They bow down, indeed they worship it.
  2. "They lift it upon the shoulder and carry it; They set it in its place and it stands there It does not move from its place Though one may cry to it, it cannot answer; It cannot deliver him from his distress.
  3. "Remember this, and be assured; Recall it to mind, you transgressors.
  4. "Remember the former things long past, For I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is no one like Me,
  5. Declaring the end from the beginning, And from ancient times things which have not been done, Saying, 'My purpose will be established, And I will accomplish all My good pleasure';
  1. 袋の 金を 注ぎ 出し， 銀を 秤で 量る 者は ／鑄物師を 雇って， 神を 造らせ ／これにひれ 伏して 拜む．
  2. 彼らはそれを 肩に 擔ぎ， 背負って 行き ／据え 付ければそれは 立つが ／そこから 動くことはできない． それに 助けを 求めて 叫んでも 答えず ／惱みから 救ってはくれない．
  3. 背く 者よ， 反省せよ ／思い 起こし， 力を 出せ．
  4. 思い 起こせ， 初めからのことを． わたしは 神， ほかにはいない． わたしは 神であり， わたしのような 者はいない．
  5. わたしは 初めから 旣に， 先のことを 告げ ／まだ 成らないことを， 旣に 昔から 約束しておいた． わたしの 計畵は 必ず 成り ／わたしは 望むことをすべて 實行する．
  1. Calling a bird of prey from the east, The man of My purpose from a far country Truly I have spoken; truly I will bring it to pass. I have planned it, surely I will do it.
  2. "Listen to Me, you stubborn-minded, Who are far from righteousness.
  3. "I bring near My righteousness, it is not far off; And My salvation will not delay And I will grant salvation in Zion, And My glory for Israel.
  1. 東から 猛禽を 呼び 出し ／遠い 國からわたしの 計畵に 從う 者を 呼ぶ． わたしは 語ったことを 必ず 實現させ ／形づくったことを 必ず 完成させる．
  2. わたしに 聞け， 心のかたくなな 者よ ／惠みの 業から 遠く 離れている 者よ．
  3. わたしの 惠みの 業を， わたしは 近く 成し 遂げる． もはや 遠くはない갃わたしは 遲れることなく 救いをもたらす． わたしは シオン に 救いを ／ イスラエル にわたしの 輝きを 與えることにした．
 
  바벨론의 멸망(47:1-47:15)    
 
  1. "Come down and sit in the dust, O virgin daughter of Babylon; Sit on the ground without a throne, O daughter of the Chaldeans! For you shall no longer be called tender and delicate.
  2. "Take the millstones and grind meal Remove your veil, strip off the skirt, Uncover the leg, cross the rivers.
  3. "Your nakedness will be uncovered, Your shame also will be exposed; I will take vengeance and will not spare a man."
  4. Our Redeemer, the LORD of hosts is His name, The Holy One of Israel.
  5. "Sit silently, and go into darkness, O daughter of the Chaldeans, For you will no longer be called The queen of kingdoms.
  1. 身を 低くして 塵の 中に 座れ ／おとめである， 娘 バビロン よ． 王座を 離れ， 地に 座れ， 娘 カルデア よ． 柔らかでぜいたくな 娘と 呼ばれることは ／二度とない．
  2. 石臼を 取って 粉をひけ． ベ ― ル を 脫ぎ， 衣の ¿をたくし 上げ ／すねをあらわにして 川を 渡れ．
  3. お 前は 裸にされ， 恥はあらわになる． わたしは 報復し， ひとりも 容赦しない．
  4. わたしたちの ·い 主， その 御名は 万軍の 主 ／ イスラエル の 聖なる 神．
  5. 沈默して 座り， 闇の 中に 入れ， 娘 カルデア よ． 諸國の 女王と 呼ばれることは 二度とない．
  1. "I was angry with My people, I profaned My heritage And gave them into your hand. You did not show mercy to them, On the aged you made your yoke very heavy.
  2. "Yet you said, 'I will be a queen forever ' These things you did not consider Nor remember the outcome of them.
  3. "Now, then, hear this, you sensual one, Who dwells securely, Who says in your heart, 'I am, and there is no one besides me I will not sit as a widow, Nor know loss of children.'
  4. "But these two things will come on you suddenly in one day: Loss of children and widowhood They will come on you in full measure In spite of your many sorceries, In spite of the great power of your spells.
  5. "You felt secure in your wickedness and said, 'No one sees me,' Your wisdom and your knowledge, they have deluded you; For you have said in your heart, 'I am, and there is no one besides me.'
  1. わたしは 自分の 民に 對して 怒り ／わたしの 嗣業の 民を 汚し， お 前の 手に 渡した． お 前は 彼らに 憐れみをかけず ／老人にも 阿を 負わせ， 甚だしく 重くした．
  2. わたしは 永遠に 女王だ， とお 前は 言い ／何事も 心に 留めず， 終わりの 事を 思わなかった．
  3. 今， これを 聞くがよい ／快樂に 浸り， 安んじて 座る 女よ． わたしだけ ／わたしのほかにはだれもいない， と 言い ／わたしはやもめになることなく ／子を 失うこともない， と 心に 言う 者よ．
  4. その 二つのことが ／一日のうちに， 瞬く 間にお 前に 起こり ／子を 失いやもめとなる 苦しみが ／すべてお 前に 臨む． どれほど 呪文を 唱え ／どれほど 强いまじないをしても 無馱だ．
  5. お 前は 平然と 惡事をし ／「見ている 者はない 」と 言っていた． お 前の 知惠と 知識がお 前を 誤らせ ／お 前は 心に 言っていた ／わたしだけ ／わたしのほかにはだれもいない， と．
  1. "But evil will come on you Which you will not know how to charm away; And disaster will fall on you For which you cannot atone; And destruction about which you do not know Will come on you suddenly.
  2. "Stand fast now in your spells And in your many sorceries With which you have labored from your youth; Perhaps you will be able to profit, Perhaps you may cause trembling.
  3. "You are wearied with your many counsels; Let now the astrologers, Those who prophesy by the stars, Those who predict by the new moons, Stand up and save you from what will come upon you.
  4. "Behold, they have become like stubble, Fire burns them; They cannot deliver themselves from the power of the flame; There will be no coal to warm by Nor a fire to sit before!
  5. "So have those become to you with whom you have labored, Who have trafficked with you from your youth; Each has wandered in his own way; There is none to save you.
  1. だが， 災いがお 前を 襲うと ／それに 對するまじないを 知らず ／災難がふりかかっても， 拂いのけられない． 思いもかけない 時， 突然， 破滅がお 前を 襲う．
  2. まじないと 呪文の 數¿をもって 立ち 向かえ． 若い 時から 勞して 身につけたものが ／あるいは 役に 立ち ／それを 追い 拂うことができるかもしれない．
  3. 助言が 多すぎて， お 前は 弱ってしまった． 天にしるしを 見る 者， 星によって 占う 者 ／新月によってお 前の 運命を 告げる 者などを ／立ち 向かわせ， お 前を 救わせてみよ．
  4. 見よ， 彼らはわらにすぎず， 火が 彼らを 燒き 盡くし ／炎の 力から 自分の 命を 救い 出しえない． この 火は 體を 溫める 炭火でも ／傍らに 座るための 火でもない．
  5. 呪文を 若い 時から 勞して 身につけ ／賣り 物としてきた 者すら， この 樣だ． 彼らはおのおの 勝手に 迷って 行き ／お 前を 救う 者はひとりもいない．
 
  패역한 이스라엘의 구원(48:1-48:22)    
 
  1. "Hear this, O house of Jacob, who are named Israel And who came forth from the loins of Judah, Who swear by the name of the LORD And invoke the God of Israel, But not in truth nor in righteousness.
  2. "For they call themselves after the holy city And lean on the God of Israel; The LORD of hosts is His name.
  3. "I declared the former things long ago And they went forth from My mouth, and I proclaimed them Suddenly I acted, and they came to pass.
  4. "Because I know that you are obstinate, And your neck is an iron sinew And your forehead bronze,
  5. Therefore I declared them to you long ago, Before they took place I proclaimed them to you, So that you would not say, 'My idol has done them, And my graven image and my molten image have commanded them.'
  1. ヤコブ の 家よ， これを 聞け． ユダ の 水に 源を 發し ／ イスラエル の 名をもって 呼ばれる 者よ． まこともなく， 惠みの 業をすることもないのに ／主の 名をもって 誓い ／ イスラエル の 神の 名を 唱える 者よ．
  2. 聖なる 都に 屬する 者と 稱され ／その 御名を 万軍の 主と 呼ぶ イスラエル の 神に ／依りすがる 者よ．
  3. 初めからのことをわたしは 旣に 告げてきた． わたしの 口から 出た 事をわたしは 知らせた． 突如， わたしは 事を 起こし， それは 實現した．
  4. お 前が 頑固で， 鐵の 首筋をもち ／靑銅の 額をもつことを 知っているから
  5. わたしはお 前に 昔から 知らせ ／事が 起こる 前に 告げておいた． これらのことを 起こしたのは， わたしの 偶像だ ／これを 命じたのは， わたしの 木像と 鑄像だと ／お 前に 言わせないためだ．
  1. "You have heard; look at all this. And you, will you not declare it? I proclaim to you new things from this time, Even hidden things which you have not known.
  2. "They are created now and not long ago; And before today you have not heard them, So that you will not say, 'Behold, I knew them.'
  3. "You have not heard, you have not known Even from long ago your ear has not been open, Because I knew that you would deal very treacherously; And you have been called a rebel from birth.
  4. "For the sake of My name I delay My wrath, And for My praise I restrain it for you, In order not to cut you off.
  5. "Behold, I have refined you, but not as silver; I have tested you in the furnace of affliction.
  1. お 前の 聞いていたこと， そのすべての 事を 見よ． 自分でもそれを 告げうるではないか． これから 起こる 新しいことを 知らせよう ／隱されていたこと， お 前の 知らぬことを．
  2. それは 今， 創造された． 昔にはなかったもの， 昨日もなかったこと． それをお 前に 聞かせたことはない． 見よ， わたしは 知っていたと ／お 前に 言わせないためだ．
  3. お 前は 聞いたこともなく， 知ってもおらず ／耳も 開かれたことはなかった． お 前は 裏切りを 重ねる 者 ／生まれたときから 背く 者と 呼ばれていることを ／わたしは 知っていたから．
  4. わたしは， わたしの 名のために 怒りを 抑え ／わたしの 榮譽のために 耐えて ／お 前を 滅ぼさないようにした．
  5. 見よ， わたしは 火をもってお 前を 練るが ／銀としてではない． わたしは 苦しみの 爐でお 前を 試みる．
  1. "For My own sake, for My own sake, I will act; For how can My name be profaned? And My glory I will not give to another.
  2. "Listen to Me, O Jacob, even Israel whom I called; I am He, I am the first, I am also the last.
  3. "Surely My hand founded the earth, And My right hand spread out the heavens; When I call to them, they stand together.
  4. "Assemble, all of you, and listen! Who among them has declared these things? The LORD loves him; he will carry out His good pleasure on Babylon, And His arm will be against the Chaldeans.
  5. "I, even I, have spoken; indeed I have called him, I have brought him, and He will make his ways successful.
  1. わたし 自身のために， わたし 自身のために ／わたしは 事を 起こす． わたしの 榮光が 汚されてよいであろうか． わたしはそれをほかの 者には 與えない．
  2. ヤコブ よ， わたしに 耳を 傾けよ． わたしが 呼び 出した イスラエル ． わたしは 神， 初めでありまた 終わりであるもの．
  3. わたしの 手は 地の 基を 据え ／わたしの 右の 手は 天を 延べた． わたしが 彼らに 呼びかけると， 共に 立ち 上がる．
  4. 皆， 集まって 聞くがよい． 彼らのうちに， これを 告げた 者があろうか． 主の 愛される 者が， 主の 御旨を バビロン に 行い ／主の 御腕となる 人が， カルデア 人に 行うことを．
  5. わたしが 宣言し， わたしが 彼を 呼んだ． 彼を 連れて 來て， その 道を 成し 遂げさせる．
  1. "Come near to Me, listen to this: From the first I have not spoken in secret, From the time it took place, I was there And now the Lord GOD has sent Me, and His Spirit."
  2. Thus says the LORD, your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel, "I am the LORD your God, who teaches you to profit, Who leads you in the way you should go.
  3. "If only you had paid attention to My commandments! Then your well-being would have been like a river, And your righteousness like the waves of the sea.
  4. "Your descendants would have been like the sand, And your offspring like its grains; Their name would never be cut off or destroyed from My presence."
  5. Go forth from Babylon! Flee from the Chaldeans! Declare with the sound of joyful shouting, proclaim this, Send it out to the end of the earth; Say, "The LORD has redeemed His servant Jacob."
  1. わたしのもとに 近づいて， 聞くがよい． わたしは 初めから， ひそかに 語ったことはない． 事の 起こるとき， わたしは 常にそこにいる． 今， 主である 神はわたしを 遣わし ／その 靈を 與えてくださった．
  2. イスラエル の 聖なる 神 ／あなたを ·う 主はこう 言われる． わたしは 主， あなたの 神 ／わたしはあなたを 敎えて 力をもたせ ／あなたを 導いて 道を 行かせる．
  3. わたしの 戒めに 耳を 傾けるなら ／あなたの 平和は 大河のように ／惠みは 海の 波のようになる．
  4. あなたの 子孫は 砂のように ／あなたから 出る 子らは 砂の 粒のように 增え ／その 名はわたしの 前から ／斷たれることも， 滅ぼされることもない．
  5. バビロン を 出よ， カルデア を 逃げ 去るがよい． 喜びの 聲をもって 告げ 知らせ ／地の 果てまで 響かせ， 屆かせよ． 主は 僕 ヤコブ を ·われた， と 言え．
  1. They did not thirst when He led them through the deserts He made the water flow out of the rock for them; He split the rock and the water gushed forth.
  2. "There is no peace for the wicked," says the LORD.
  1. 主が 彼らを 導いて 乾いた 地を 行かせるときも ／彼らは 渴くことがない． 主は 彼らのために 岩から 水を 流れ 出させる． 岩は 裂け， 水がほとばしる．
  2. 神に 逆らう 者に 平和はない， と 主は 言われる．
