- 柔らかな 應答は 憤りを 靜め ／傷つける 言葉は 怒りをあおる．
- 知惠ある 人の 舌は 知識を 明らかに 示し ／愚か 者の 口は 無知を 注ぎ 出す．
- どこにも 主の 目は 注がれ ／善人をも 惡人をも 見ておられる．
- 癒しをもたらす 舌は 命の 木． よこしまな 舌は 氣力を ¿く．
- 無知な 者は 父の 諭しをないがしろにする． 懲らしめを 守る 人は 賢明さを 增す．
