민수기 3:21-4:33

 하나님께서는 고핫 자손들에게 성소의 임무인 증거궤, 떡상, 등대, 분향단과 번제단, 휘장, 성소에서 봉사하는 데 쓰는 기구들을 관리하도록 하셨다. 므라리 자손들은 성막의 널판, 띠, 기둥, 받침, 말뚝과 줄들을 관리하는 임무를 맡았다. 부주의로 지성물을 만지는 자는 하나님께 죽임을 당하였다,
  
  레위인의 직무(3:21-4:33)    
 
  1. To Gershon belonged the clans of the Libnites and Shimeites; these were the Gershonite clans.
  2. The number of all the males a month old or more who were counted was 7,500.
  3. The Gershonite clans were to camp on the west, behind the tabernacle.
  4. The leader of the families of the Gershonites was Eliasaph son of Lael.
  5. At the Tent of Meeting the Gershonites were responsible for the care of the tabernacle and tent, its coverings, the curtain at the entrance to the Tent of Meeting,
  1. 게르손에게서는 리브니 갈래와 시므이 갈래가 생겨 게르손의 갈래를 이루었다.
  2. 그들 가운데서 난 지 한 달 이상 되는 남자를 등록시키니 모두 칠천오백 명이었다.
  3. 게르손의 갈래들은 성막 뒤인 서쪽에 진을 치게 되어 있다.
  4. 게르손 가문의 책임자는 라엘의 아들 엘랴삽이었다.
  5. 게르손 후손들이 만남의 장막에서 맡은 일은 성막과 그 덮개와 만남의 장막 문간 휘장과
  1. the curtains of the courtyard, the curtain at the entrance to the courtyard surrounding the tabernacle and altar, and the ropes--and everything related to their use.
  2. To Kohath belonged the clans of the Amramites, Izharites, Hebronites and Uzzielites; these were the Kohathite clans.
  3. The number of all the males a month old or more was 8,600. The Kohathites were responsible for the care of the sanctuary.
  4. The Kohathite clans were to camp on the south side of the tabernacle.
  5. The leader of the families of the Kohathite clans was Elizaphan son of Uzziel.
  1. 성막과 제단을 두르는 울의 휘장과 울 정문 휘장과 이 모든 것을 매는 줄을 건사하는 것이었다.
  2. 크핫에게서 아므람 갈래, 이스할 갈래, 헤브론 갈래와 우찌엘 갈래가 나와 크핫 가문의 갈래를 이루었다.

  1. They were responsible for the care of the ark, the table, the lampstand, the altars, the articles of the sanctuary used in ministering, the curtain, and everything related to their use.
  2. The chief leader of the Levites was Eleazar son of Aaron, the priest. He was appointed over those who were responsible for the care of the sanctuary.
  3. To Merari belonged the clans of the Mahlites and the Mushites; these were the Merarite clans.
  4. The number of all the males a month old or more who were counted was 6,200.
  5. The leader of the families of the Merarite clans was Zuriel son of Abihail; they were to camp on the north side of the tabernacle.
  1. 그들이 맡은 일은 계약궤와 제사 상과 등잔대와 제단들, 예식에 쓰이는 거룩한 도구들, 휘장과 거기에 딸린 모든 부속품을 건사하는 것이었다.
  2. 레위인들의 최고 책임자는 아론 사제의 아들 엘르아잘인데, 그는 성소를 맡아 보살피는 사람들을 감독하는 책임을 졌다.
  3. 므라리에게서 마흘리 갈래와 무시 갈래가 나와 므라리 갈래를 이루었다.
  4. 한 달 이상 되는 남자로서 등록된 자의 총수는 육천이백 명이었다.
  5. 므라리 갈래들의 가문 책임자는 아비하일의 아들 수리엘이었다. 이들은 성막 북쪽 가에 진을 치게 되어 있었다.
  1. The Merarites were appointed to take care of the frames of the tabernacle, its crossbars, posts, bases, all its equipment, and everything related to their use,
  2. as well as the posts of the surrounding courtyard with their bases, tent pegs and ropes.
  3. Moses and Aaron and his sons were to camp to the east of the tabernacle, toward the sunrise, in front of the Tent of Meeting. They were responsible for the care of the sanctuary on behalf of the Israelites. Anyone else who approached the sanctuary was to be put to death.
  4. The total number of Levites counted at the LORD's command by Moses and Aaron according to their clans, including every male a month old or more, was 22,000.
  5. The LORD said to Moses, "Count all the firstborn Israelite males who are a month old or more and make a list of their names.
  1. 므라리 후손들이 맡은 일은 성막의 널빤지, 가로다지, 기둥, 밑받침과 거기에 딸린 기구들과 부속품,
  2. 또 울에 돌아가며 세운 기둥과 밑받침, 말뚝, 줄을 모두 건사하는 일이었다.
  3. 만남의 장막 동쪽인 성막 앞 정면에 진을 칠 사람들은 모세와 아론과 그 아들들이었다. 이들이 이스라엘 백성이 할 일을 맡아서 성소에서 대신 해주는 자들이었다. 여느 사람이 가까이하다가는 죽었다.
  4. 모세와 아론이 야훼의 말씀을 따라 레위인들을 각 갈래별로 등록시키니, 난 지 한 달 이상 되는 남자가 모두 이만 이천 명이었다.
  5. 야훼께서 모세에게 말씀하셨다. "너는 이스라엘 백성 중에서 난 지 한 달 이상 되는 맏아들을 모두 등록시키고 일일이 호명하여 그 수를 세어라.
  1. Take the Levites for me in place of all the firstborn of the Israelites, and the livestock of the Levites in place of all the firstborn of the livestock of the Israelites. I am the LORD."
  2. So Moses counted all the firstborn of the Israelites, as the LORD commanded him.
  3. The total number of firstborn males a month old or more, listed by name, was 22,273.
  4. The LORD also said to Moses,
  5. "Take the Levites in place of all the firstborn of Israel, and the livestock of the Levites in place of their livestock. The Levites are to be mine. I am the LORD.
  1. 이스라엘 백성의 모든 맏아들 대신 레위인들을 구별하여 세우고 이스라엘 백성의 가축의 모든 맏배 대신 레위인들의 가축을 구별하여 세워 나 야훼의 것으로 삼아라."
  2. 모세는 야훼께 지시받은 대로 이스라엘 백성의 맏아들을 모두 등록시켰다.
  3. 그들 가운데서 맏아들로 태어나 한 달 이상 되는 남자를 등록시키고 일일이 호명하여 그 수를 세어보니, 모두 이만 이천이백칠십삼 명이었다.
  4. 야훼께서 모세에게 말씀하셨다.
  5. "너는 레위인들을 이스라엘 백성의 모든 맏아들 대신으로 받아들여라. 또 레위인들의 가축을 이스라엘 백성들의 가축 대신으로 받아들여라. 레위인들은 나의 것이다. 나는 야훼이다.
  1. To redeem the 273 firstborn Israelites who exceed the number of the Levites,
  2. collect five shekels for each one, according to the sanctuary shekel, which weighs twenty gerahs.
  3. Give the money for the redemption of the additional Israelites to Aaron and his sons."
  4. So Moses collected the redemption money from those who exceeded the number redeemed by the Levites.
  5. From the firstborn of the Israelites he collected silver weighing 1,365 shekels, according to the sanctuary shekel.
  1. 이스라엘 백성의 맏아들 수에서 레위인들의 수를 빼면 이백칠십삼 명이 남는데, 그들은 물어내는 값으로
  2. 한 사람에 오 세겔씩 물게 하되, 성소 세겔로 물게 하여라. 한 세겔은 이십 게라이다.
  3. 이렇게 남은 사람을 물어내기 위하여 치른 돈은 아론과 그의 아들들에게 주도록 하여라."
  4. 그래서 모세는 레위인들의 수를 빼고 남은 사람들만큼 물어내는 돈을 받았다.
  5. 이 이스라엘 백성의 맏아들들에게서 받은 돈이 성소의 세겔로 천삼백육십오 세겔이 되었다.
  1. Moses gave the redemption money to Aaron and his sons, as he was commanded by the word of the LORD.
  1. 야훼의 말씀대로 모세는 돈을 아론과 그의 아들들에게 내어주었다. 그는 이렇게 야훼께 지시받은 대로 하였다.
 
 
  1. The LORD said to Moses and Aaron:
  2. "Take a census of the Kohathite branch of the Levites by their clans and families.
  3. Count all the men from thirty to fifty years of age who come to serve in the work in the Tent of Meeting.
  4. "This is the work of the Kohathites in the Tent of Meeting: the care of the most holy things.
  5. When the camp is to move, Aaron and his sons are to go in and take down the shielding curtain and cover the ark of the Testimony with it.
  1. 야훼께서 모세와 아론에게 말씀하셨다.
  2. "너는 레위 후손들 가운데 크핫 후손들의 인구를 각 갈래와 가문별로 조사하여라.
  3. 서른 살에서 쉰 살까지, 만남의 장막에서 일할 사람으로서 전장에 나갈 만한 사람을 모두 조사하여라.
  4. 크핫 후손들이 만남의 장막에서 맡아볼 일은 더없이 거룩한 것을 보살피는 일이다.
  5. 진지를 옮길 때마다 아론과 그의 아들들은 안으로 들어가서 칸막이 휘장을 내려 증거궤를 싼 다음,
  1. Then they are to cover this with hides of sea cows, spread a cloth of solid blue over that and put the poles in place.
  2. "Over the table of the Presence they are to spread a blue cloth and put on it the plates, dishes and bowls, and the jars for drink offerings; the bread that is continually there is to remain on it.
  3. Over these they are to spread a scarlet cloth, cover that with hides of sea cows and put its poles in place.
  4. "They are to take a blue cloth and cover the lampstand that is for light, together with its lamps, its wick trimmers and trays, and all its jars for the oil used to supply it.
  5. Then they are to wrap it and all its accessories in a covering of hides of sea cows and put it on a carrying frame.
  1. 그 위를 돌고래 가죽 덮개를 덮고 또 그 위에다가 자줏빛 천을 펴고 채를 꿰어라.
  2. 제사 상 위에는 자줏빛 천을 펴고 그 위에 대접, 종지, 술잔, 제주 병들을 얹어놓고 떡도 거르지 말고 차려놓아라.
  3. 그 위에 진홍빛 천을 펴고, 돌고래 가죽 덮개로 덮은 다음 채를 꿰어라.
  4. 또 자줏빛 천으로 불 켜는 등잔대, 등잔, 불집게, 불똥 접시와 거기에 쓰이는 모든 기름 그릇들을 싼 다음,
  5. 그 등잔대와 모든 기구를 돌고래 가죽 덮개로 덮어서 들것에 얹어라.
  1. "Over the gold altar they are to spread a blue cloth and cover that with hides of sea cows and put its poles in place.
  2. "They are to take all the articles used for ministering in the sanctuary, wrap them in a blue cloth, cover that with hides of sea cows and put them on a carrying frame.
  3. "They are to remove the ashes from the bronze altar and spread a purple cloth over it.
  4. Then they are to place on it all the utensils used for ministering at the altar, including the firepans, meat forks, shovels and sprinkling bowls. Over it they are to spread a covering of hides of sea cows and put its poles in place.
  5. "After Aaron and his sons have finished covering the holy furnishings and all the holy articles, and when the camp is ready to move, the Kohathites are to come to do the carrying. But they must not touch the holy things or they will die. The Kohathites are to carry those things that are in the Tent of Meeting.
  1. 그리고 금제단 위에 자줏빛 천을 펴고, 돌고래 가죽 덮개로 덮은 다음에 채를 꿰어라.
  2. 성소에서 예식에 쓰이는 그 밖의 모든 기구를 가져다가 자줏빛 천으로 싸고 돌고래 가죽 덮개를 씌워 들것에 얹어라.
  3. 제단의 그을음을 닦아내고 그 위에 붉은 천을 펴고
  4. 예식에 쓰이는 향로, 집게, 부삽, 쟁반 등 모든 기구와 제단의 모든 기구를 얹고, 돌고래 가죽 덮개로 덮은 다음 채를 꿰어라.
  5. 진을 옮길 때에는 아론과 그의 아들들이 거룩한 것과 그 거룩한 것에 딸린 모든 기구를 다 싼 다음에 크핫의 후손들이 나아가 그것을 든다. 그러나 그 거룩한 것에 몸이 닿았다가는 죽을 것이다. 이것이 크핫의 후손들이 만남의 장막에서 맡은 일이다.
  1. "Eleazar son of Aaron, the priest, is to have charge of the oil for the light, the fragrant incense, the regular grain offering and the anointing oil. He is to be in charge of the entire tabernacle and everything in it, including its holy furnishings and articles."
  2. The LORD said to Moses and Aaron,
  3. "See that the Kohathite tribal clans are not cut off from the Levites.
  4. So that they may live and not die when they come near the most holy things, do this for them: Aaron and his sons are to go into the sanctuary and assign to each man his work and what he is to carry.
  5. But the Kohathites must not go in to look at the holy things, even for a moment, or they will die."
  1. 불 켜는 기름, 향기 좋은 향, 거르지 않고 드리는 곡식예물, 성별하는 기름은 물론 온 성막과 그 안에 있는 모든 것, 거룩한 것과 거기에 딸린 기구들은 아론 사제의 아들 엘르아잘이 맡는다."
  2. 야훼께서 모세와 아론에게 말씀하셨다.
  3. "너희는 크핫 갈래를 레위인들 가운데서 끊어지지 않게 하여라.
  4. 그들이 가장 거룩한 것에 가까이 갈 때 죽지 않고 살게 하려면 너희가 이렇게 해주어야 한다. 아론과 그의 아들들이 함께 들어가서 그들이 할 일, 그들이 질 짐을 하나하나 정해 주어야 한다.
  5. 들어가서 거룩한 것이 눈에 스치기만 해도 그들은 죽을 터이니, 그런 일이 없도록 하여라."
  1. The LORD said to Moses,
  2. "Take a census also of the Gershonites by their families and clans.
  3. Count all the men from thirty to fifty years of age who come to serve in the work at the Tent of Meeting.
  4. "This is the service of the Gershonite clans as they work and carry burdens:
  5. They are to carry the curtains of the tabernacle, the Tent of Meeting, its covering and the outer covering of hides of sea cows, the curtains for the entrance to the Tent of Meeting,
  1. 야훼께서 모세에게 말씀하셨다.
  2. "너는 게르손 후손도 각 가문과 갈래별로 인구를 조사하여라.
  3. 서른 살에서 쉰 살까지 군대에 나갈 수 있는 사람을 모두 등록시켜 만남의 장막에서 일하게 하여라.
  4. 게르손의 각 갈래가 맡아서 할 일과 질 짐은 이렇다.
  5. 그들이 질 짐은 성막에 치는 천, 만남의 장막과 그 덮개, 그 위에 씌울 돌고래 가죽 덮개, 만남의 장막 문 휘장,
  1. the curtains of the courtyard surrounding the tabernacle and altar, the curtain for the entrance, the ropes and all the equipment used in its service. The Gershonites are to do all that needs to be done with these things.
  2. All their service, whether carrying or doing other work, is to be done under the direction of Aaron and his sons. You shall assign to them as their responsibility all they are to carry.
  3. This is the service of the Gershonite clans at the Tent of Meeting. Their duties are to be under the direction of Ithamar son of Aaron, the priest.
  4. "Count the Merarites by their clans and families.
  5. Count all the men from thirty to fifty years of age who come to serve in the work at the Tent of Meeting.
  1. 울 휘장, 성막과 제단을 둘러싼 울의 문에 칠 천막 줄, 그들이 일하는 데 필요한 모든 기구, 그리고 이런 것을 다루는 데 필요한 모든 것이다. 이들을 운반하는 것이 그들의 할 일이다.
  2. 게르손의 후손은 이런 일을 할 때, 어떤 짐을 지거나 어떤 일을 하거나 아론과 그 아들들의 말을 따라야 한다. 너는 그들이 운반하는 일을 제대로 하는지 감독해야 한다.
  3. 이것이 게르손 후손의 각 갈래가 만남의 장막에서 맡은 일이다. 그들은 이런 일을 아론 사제의 아들 이다말의 지휘 아래 해야 한다.
  4. 너는 므라리 후손을 각 갈래와 가문별로 그 인구를 조사하여라.
  5. 서른 살에서 쉰 살까지 군대에 나갈 수 있는 사람을 모두 등록시켜 만남의 장막에서 일하게 하여라.
  1. This is their duty as they perform service at the Tent of Meeting: to carry the frames of the tabernacle, its crossbars, posts and bases,
  2. as well as the posts of the surrounding courtyard with their bases, tent pegs, ropes, all their equipment and everything related to their use. Assign to each man the specific things he is to carry.
  3. This is the service of the Merarite clans as they work at the Tent of Meeting under the direction of Ithamar son of Aaron, the priest."
  1. 그들이 만남의 장막에서 할 모든 일은 다음과 같은 것을 맡아서 운반하는 일이다. 그것은 성막 널빤지, 가로다지, 기둥, 밑받침,
  2. 울 주위에 세울 기둥, 밑받침, 말뚝, 줄, 거기에 딸린 모든 기구, 그리고 그들이 일하는 데 필요한 모든 것들이다. 너희는 그들이 운반해야 할 물건을 지명해서 맡겨야 한다.
  3. 이것이 므라리 후손 각 갈래가 만남의 장막에서 맡아 할 모든 일이다. 그들은 이 일을 아론 사제의 아들 이다말의 지휘 아래 해야 한다."
