- The LORD is my shepherd, I shall not be in want.
- He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters,
- he restores my soul. He guides me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
- Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
- You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.

- (다윗의 시) 여호와는 나의 목자시니 내가 부족함이 없으리라.
- 그가 나를 푸른 풀밭에 쉬게 하시고 잔잔한 물가로 인도하시며
- 내 영혼을 소생시키시고 자기 이름을 위하여 나를 의로운 길로 인도하시는구나.
- 내가 죽음의 음산한 계곡을 걸어가도 두려워하지 않을 것은 주께서 나와 함께 하심이라. 주의 지팡이와 막대기가 나를 지키시니 내가 안심하리라.
- 주께서 내 원수들이 보는 가운데 나를 위해 잔치를 베푸시고 나를 귀한 손님으로 맞아 주셨으니 내 잔이 넘치는구나.
