마태복음 9:27-10:15

 예수께서 소경과 벙어리를 고치시고 각 촌에 다니시며 천국 복음을 전파하셨다. 그리고 열두 제자를 불러 사도라 칭하시고 권능을 주어 각 고을에 다니며 전도하게 하셨다.
  
  소경과 벙어리를 고치심(9:27-9:38)    
 
  1. As Jesus went on from there, two blind men followed him, calling out, "Have mercy on us, Son of David!"
  2. When he had gone indoors, the blind men came to him, and he asked them, "Do you believe that I am able to do this?" "Yes, Lord," they replied.
  3. Then he touched their eyes and said, "According to your faith will it be done to you";
  4. and their sight was restored. Jesus warned them sternly, "See that no one knows about this."
  5. But they went out and spread the news about him all over that region.
  1. 예수께서 거기에서 떠나가시는데, 눈 먼 사람 둘이 "다윗의 자손이여, 우리를 불쌍히 여겨 주십시오" 하고 외치면서 예수를 뒤따라 왔다.
  2. 예수께서 집 안으로 들어가셨는데, 그 눈 먼 사람들이 그에게 나아왔다. 예수께서 그들에게 말씀하셨다. "너희는 내가 이 일을 할 수 있다고 믿느냐?" 그들이 "예, 주님!" 하고 대답하였다.
  3. 예수께서 그들의 눈에 손을 대시고 말씀하셨다. "너희 믿음대로 되어라."
  4. 그러자 그들의 눈이 열렸다. 예수께서 그들에게 엄중히 다짐하셨다. "이 일을 아무에게도 알리지 말아라."
  5. 그러나 그들은 나가서, 예수의 소문을 그 온 지역에 퍼뜨렸다.
  1. While they were going out, a man who was demon-possessed and could not talk was brought to Jesus.
  2. And when the demon was driven out, the man who had been mute spoke. The crowd was amazed and said, "Nothing like this has ever been seen in Israel."
  3. But the Pharisees said, "It is by the prince of demons that he drives out demons."
  4. Jesus went through all the towns and villages, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the good news of the kingdom and healing every disease and sickness.
  5. When he saw the crowds, he had compassion on them, because they were harassed and helpless, like sheep without a shepherd.
  1. 그들이 떠나간 뒤에, 귀신이 들려 말 못하는 한 사람을 사람들이 예수께 데리고 왔다.
  2. 귀신이 쫓겨나니, 말 못하는 그 사람이 말을 하게 되었다. 무리가 놀라서 말하였다. "이런 것은 이스라엘에서 처음 보는 일이다."
  3. 그러나 바리새파 사람들은 "그는 귀신의 두목의 힘을 빌어서 귀신을 쫓아낸다" 하고 말하였다.
  4. 예수께서는 모든 도시와 마을을 두루 다니시면서, 유대 사람의 여러 회당에서 가르치며, 하늘 나라의 복음을 선포하며, 온갖 질병과 온갖 아픔을 고쳐 주셨다.
  5. 예수께서 무리를 보시고, 그들을 불쌍히 여기셨다. 그들은 마치 목자 없는 양과 같이, 고생에 지쳐서 기운이 빠져 있었기 때문이다.
  1. Then he said to his disciples, "The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few.
  2. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field."
  1. 그래서 제자들에게 말씀하셨다. "추수할 것은 많은데, 일꾼이 적다.
  2. 그러므로 너희는 추수하는 주인에게 일꾼들을 그의 추수밭으로 보내시라고 청하여라."
 
  열두 제자(10:1-10:15)    
 
  1. He called his twelve disciples to him and gave them authority to drive out evil spirits and to heal every disease and sickness.
  2. These are the names of the twelve apostles: first, Simon (who is called Peter) and his brother Andrew; James son of Zebedee, and his brother John;
  3. Philip and Bartholomew; Thomas and Matthew the tax collector; James son of Alphaeus, and Thaddaeus;
  4. Simon the Zealot and Judas Iscariot, who betrayed him.
  5. These twelve Jesus sent out with the following instructions: "Do not go among the Gentiles or enter any town of the Samaritans.
  1. 예수께서 열두 제자를 부르셔서, 더러운 귀신을 제어하는 권능을 주시고, 그들이 더러운 귀신을 쫓아내고 온갖 질병과 온갖 허약함을 고치게 하셨다.
  2. 열두 사도의 이름은 이러하다. 첫째로 베드로라고 부르는 시몬과, 그의 동생 안드레와 세베대의 아들 야고보와 그의 동생 요한과
  3. 빌립과 바돌로매와 도마와 세리 마태와 알패오의 아들 야고보와 다대오와
  4. 열혈당원 시몬과 예수를 넘겨준 가룟 사람 유다이다.
  5. 예수께서 이들 열둘을 내보내실 때에, 그들에게 이렇게 명하셨다. "이방 사람의 길로도 가지 말고, 또 사마리아 사람의 고을에도 들어가지 말아라.
  1. Go rather to the lost sheep of Israel.
  2. As you go, preach this message: 'The kingdom of heaven is near.'
  3. Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse those who have leprosy,drive out demons. Freely you have received, freely give.
  4. Do not take along any gold or silver or copper in your belts;
  5. take no bag for the journey, or extra tunic, or sandals or a staff; for the worker is worth his keep.
  1. 오히려 길 잃은 양 떼인 이스라엘 백성에게로 가거라.
  2. 다니면서 '하늘 나라가 가까이 왔다'고 선포하여라.
  3. 앓는 사람을 고쳐 주며, 죽은 사람을 살리며, 나병 환자를 깨끗하게 하며, 귀신을 쫓아내어라. 거저 받았으니, 거저 주어라.
  4. 전대에 금화도 은화도 동전도 넣어 가지고 다니지 말아라.
  5. 여행용 자루도, 속옷 두 벌도, 신도, 지팡이도, 지니지 말아라. 일꾼이 자기 먹을 것을 얻는 것은 마땅하다.
  1. "Whatever town or village you enter, search for some worthy person there and stay at his house until you leave.
  2. As you enter the home, give it your greeting.
  3. If the home is deserving, let your peace rest on it; if it is not, let your peace return to you.
  4. If anyone will not welcome you or listen to your words, shake the dust off your feet when you leave that home or town.
  5. I tell you the truth, it will be more bearable for Sodom and Gomorrah on the day of judgment than for that town.
  1. 아무 고을이나 아무 마을에 들어가든지, 거기서 마땅한 사람을 찾아내서, 그 곳을 떠날 때까지 거기에 머물러 있어라.
  2. 너희가 그 집에 들어갈 때에, 평화를 빈다고 인사하여라.
  3. 그래서 그 집이 평화를 누리기에 알맞으면, 너희가 비는 평화가 그 집에 있게 하고, 알맞지 않으면 그 평화가 너희에게 되돌아오게 하여라.
  4. 누구든지 너희를 영접하지 않거나 너희의 말을 듣지 않거든, 그 집이나 그 고을을 떠날 때에, 너희 발에 묻은 먼지를 떨어 버려라.
  5. 내가 진정으로 너희에게 말한다. 심판 날에는 소돔과 고모라 땅이 그 고을보다는 견디기가 쉬울 것이다."
 
  사도(使徒, 10:2)  보냄을 받은 자, 대리자라는 뜻을 가진 직분
