  1. "When the Son of Man comes in his glory, and all the angels with him, he will sit on his throne in heavenly glory.
  2. All the nations will be gathered before him, and he will separate the people one from another as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats.
  3. He will put the sheep on his right and the goats on his left.
  4. "Then the King will say to those on his right, 'Come, you who are blessed by my Father; take your inheritance, the kingdom prepared for you since the creation of the world.
  5. For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in,
  1. When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:
  2. And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:
  3. And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left.
  4. Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:
  5. For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:
  1. I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.'
  2. "Then the righteous will answer him, 'Lord, when did we see you hungry and feed you, or thirsty and give you something to drink?
  3. When did we see you a stranger and invite you in, or needing clothes and clothe you?
  4. When did we see you sick or in prison and go to visit you?'
  5. "The King will reply, 'I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me.'
  1. Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.
  2. Then shall the righteous answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, and fed thee? or thirsty, and gave thee drink?
  3. When saw we thee a stranger, and took thee in? or naked, and clothed thee?
  4. Or when saw we thee sick, or in prison, and came unto thee?
  5. And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me.
  1. "Then he will say to those on his left, 'Depart from me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels.
  2. For I was hungry and you gave me nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me nothing to drink,
  3. I was a stranger and you did not invite me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after me.'
  4. "They also will answer, 'Lord, when did we see you hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help you?'
  5. "He will reply, 'I tell you the truth, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these, you did not do for me.'
  1. Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels:
  2. For I was an hungred, and ye gave me no meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me no drink:
  3. I was a stranger, and ye took me not in: naked, and ye clothed me not: sick, and in prison, and ye visited me not.
  4. Then shall they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we thee an hungred, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister unto thee?
  5. Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.
  1. "Then they will go away to eternal punishment, but the righteous to eternal life."
  1. And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

  ÇâÀ¯ »ç°Ç(26:1-26:13)

  1. When Jesus had finished saying all these things, he said to his disciples,
  2. "As you know, the Passover is two days away--and the Son of Man will be handed over to be crucified."
  3. Then the chief priests and the elders of the people assembled in the palace of the high priest, whose name was Caiaphas,
  4. and they plotted to arrest Jesus in some sly way and kill him.
  5. "But not during the Feast," they said, "or there may be a riot among the people."
  1. And it came to pass, when Jesus had finished all these sayings, he said unto his disciples,
  2. Ye know that after two days is the feast of the passover, and the Son of man is betrayed to be crucified.
  3. Then assembled together the chief priests, and the scribes, and the elders of the people, unto the palace of the high priest, who was called Caiaphas,
  4. And consulted that they might take Jesus by subtilty, and kill him.
  5. But they said, Not on the feast day, lest there be an uproar among the people.
  1. While Jesus was in Bethany in the home of a man known as Simon the Leper,
  2. a woman came to him with an alabaster jar of very expensive perfume, which she poured on his head as he was reclining at the table.
  3. When the disciples saw this, they were indignant. "Why this waste?" they asked.
  4. "This perfume could have been sold at a high price and the money given to the poor."
  5. Aware of this, Jesus said to them, "Why are you bothering this woman? She has done a beautiful thing to me.
  1. Now when Jesus was in Bethany, in the house of Simon the leper,
  2. There came unto him a woman having an alabaster box of very precious ointment, and poured it on his head, as he sat at meat.
  3. But when his disciples saw it, they had indignation, saying, To what purpose is this waste?
  4. For this ointment might have been sold for much, and given to the poor.
  5. When Jesus understood it, he said unto them, Why trouble ye the woman? for she hath wrought a good work upon me.
  1. The poor you will always have with you, but you will not always have me.
  2. When she poured this perfume on my body, she did it to prepare me for burial.
  3. I tell you the truth, wherever this gospel is preached throughout the world, what she has done will also be told, in memory of her."
  1. For ye have the poor always with you; but me ye have not always.
  2. For in that she hath poured this ointment on my body, she did it for my burial.
  3. Verily I say unto you, Wheresoever this gospel shall be preached in the whole world, there shall also this, that this woman hath done, be told for a memorial of her.
