시편 107:10-107:22

 시인은 사람이 고통당하는 이유가 하나님의 말씀을 거역했기 때문이라고 지적하면서, 그럴지라도 하나님께서는 그들의 신음을 외면치 않으시고 구원하신다고 노래하고 있다.
  
 
  1. Some sat in darkness and the deepest gloom, prisoners suffering in iron chains,
  2. for they had rebelled against the words of God and despised the counsel of the Most High.
  3. So he subjected them to bitter labor; they stumbled, and there was no one to help.
  4. Then they cried to the LORD in their trouble, and he saved them from their distress.
  5. He brought them out of darkness and the deepest gloom and broke away their chains.
  1. やみと 死の 陰に 座す 者， 惱みと 鐵のかせとに 縛られている 者，
  2. 彼らは， 神のことばに 逆らい， いと 高き 方のさとしを 侮ったのである．
  3. それゆえ 主は 苦役をもって 彼らの 心を 低くされた． 彼らはよろけたが， だれも 助けなかった．
  4. この 苦しみのときに， 彼らが 主に 向かって 叫ぶと， 主は 彼らを 苦惱から 救われた．
  5. 主は 彼らをやみと 死の 陰から 連れ 出し， 彼らのかせを 打ち ¿かれた．
  1. Let them give thanks to the LORD for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for men,
  2. for he breaks down gates of bronze and cuts through bars of iron.
  3. Some became fools through their rebellious ways and suffered affliction because of their iniquities.
  4. They loathed all food and drew near the gates of death.
  5. Then they cried to the LORD in their trouble, and he saved them from their distress.
  1. 彼らは， 主の 惠みと， 人の 子らへの 奇しいわざを 主に 感謝せよ．
  2. まことに 主は 靑銅のとびらを 打ち ¿き， 鐵のかんぬきを 粉¿に ¿かれた．
  3. 愚か 者は， 自分のそむきの 道のため， また， その 咎のために 惱んだ．
  4. 彼らのたましいは， あらゆる 食物を 忌みきらい， 彼らは 死の 門にまで 着いていた．
  5. この 苦しみのときに， 彼らが 主に 向かって 叫ぶと， 主は 彼らを 苦惱から 救われた．
  1. He sent forth his word and healed them; he rescued them from the grave.
  2. Let them give thanks to the LORD for his unfailing love and his wonderful deeds for men.
  3. Let them sacrifice thank offerings and tell of his works with songs of joy.
  1. 主はみことばを 送って 彼らをいやし， その 滅びの 穴から 彼らを 助け 出された．
  2. 彼らは， 主の 惠みと， 人の 子らへの 奇しいわざを 主に 感謝せよ．
  3. 彼らは， 感謝のいけにえをささげ， 喜び 叫びながら 主のみわざを 語れ．
