이사야 34:1-36:22

 이사야는 하나님께서 만국을 향해 진노하셔서 그들을 진멸하시고 에돔 땅에서 큰 살륙을 행하실 것이라고 하였다. 그러나 구속함을 입은 자들은 시온에 이르러 기쁨과 즐거움을 얻을 것이라고 예언하였다.
앗수르 왕 산헤립이 유다를 침공하여 하나님과 애굽을 의지하던 히스기야 왕과 그의 백성들을 욕되게 하였다.
  
  열국에 대한 심판(34:1-34:17)    
 
  1. Come near, you nations, and listen; pay attention, you peoples! Let the earth hear, and all that is in it, the world, and all that comes out of it!
  2. The LORD is angry with all nations; his wrath is upon all their armies. He will totally destroy them, he will give them over to slaughter.
  3. Their slain will be thrown out, their dead bodies will send up a stench; the mountains will be soaked with their blood.
  4. All the stars of the heavens will be dissolved and the sky rolled up like a scroll; all the starry host will fall like withered leaves from the vine, like shriveled figs from the fig tree.
  5. My sword has drunk its fill in the heavens; see, it descends in judgment on Edom, the people I have totally destroyed.
  1. 國¿よ． 近づいて 聞け． 諸國の 民よ． 耳を 傾けよ． 地と， それに 滿ちるもの， 世界と， そこから 生え 出たすべてのものよ． 聞け．
  2. 主がすべての 國に 向かって 怒り， すべての 軍勢に 向かって 憤り， 彼らを 聖絶し， 彼らが 虐殺されるままにされたからだ．
  3. 彼らの 殺された 者は 投げやられ， その 死體は 惡臭を 放ち， 山¿は， その 血によって 溶ける．

  1. The sword of the LORD is bathed in blood, it is covered with fat-- the blood of lambs and goats, fat from the kidneys of rams. For the LORD has a sacrifice in Bozrah and a great slaughter in Edom.
  2. And the wild oxen will fall with them, the bull calves and the great bulls. Their land will be drenched with blood, and the dust will be soaked with fat.
  3. For the LORD has a day of vengeance, a year of retribution, to uphold Zion's cause.
  4. Edom's streams will be turned into pitch, her dust into burning sulfur; her land will become blazing pitch!
  5. It will not be quenched night and day; its smoke will rise forever. From generation to generation it will lie desolate; no one will ever pass through it again.
  1. 主の 劍は 血で 滿ち， 脂肪で 肥えている． 子羊ややぎの 血と， 雄羊の 腎臟の 脂肪で 肥えている． 主が ボツラ でいけにえをほふり， エドム の 地で 大虐殺をされるからだ．

  2. Her nobles will have nothing there to be called a kingdom, all her princes will vanish away.
  3. Thorns will overrun her citadels, nettles and brambles her strongholds. She will become a haunt for jackals, a home for owls.
  4. Desert creatures will meet with hyenas, and wild goats will bleat to each other; there the night creatures will also repose and find for themselves places of rest.
  5. The owl will nest there and lay eggs, she will hatch them, and care for her young under the shadow of her wings; there also the falcons will gather, each with its mate.
  1. ペリカン と 針ねずみがそこをわがものとし， みみずくと 烏がそこに 住む． 主はその 上に 虛空の 測りなわを 張り， 虛無のおもりを 下げられる．
  2. そのおもだった 人たちのうち， 王權を 宣言する 者が， だれもそこにはいない． すべての 首長たちもいなくなる．
  3. そこの 宮殿にはいばらが 生え， 要塞にはいらくさやあざみが 生え， ジャッカル の 住みか， だちょうの 住む 所となる．
  4. 荒野の ¿は 山犬に 會い， 野やぎはその 友を 呼ぶ． そこにはこうもりもいこい， 自分の 休み 場を 見つける．
  5. 蛇もそこに 巢を 作って 卵を 産み， それをかえして， 自分の 陰に 集める． とびもそれぞれ 自分の 連れ 合いとそこに 集まる．
  1. Look in the scroll of the LORD and read: None of these will be missing, not one will lack her mate. For it is his mouth that has given the order, and his Spirit will gather them together.
  2. He allots their portions; his hand distributes them by measure. They will possess it forever and dwell there from generation to generation.
  1. 主の 書物を 調べて 讀め． これらのもののうちどれも 失われていない． それぞれ 自分の 連れ 合いを 欠くものはいない． それは， 主の 口がこれを 命じ， 主の 御靈が， これらを 集めたからである．
  2. 主はこれらのもののために 受ける 割當てをくじで 定め， 御手が 測りなわで 測ってこれを 分け 與えたので， とこしえまでも 彼らはこれを 所有し， 代¿にわたって， ここに 住む．
 
  구속받은 자의 기쁨(35:1-35:10)    
 
  1. The desert and the parched land will be glad; the wilderness will rejoice and blossom. Like the crocus,
  2. it will burst into bloom; it will rejoice greatly and shout for joy. The glory of Lebanon will be given to it, the splendor of Carmel and Sharon; they will see the glory of the LORD, the splendor of our God.
  3. Strengthen the feeble hands, steady the knees that give way;
  4. say to those with fearful hearts, "Be strong, do not fear; your God will come, he will come with vengeance; with divine retribution he will come to save you."
  5. Then will the eyes of the blind be opened and the ears of the deaf unstopped.
  1. 荒野と 砂漠は 樂しみ， 荒地は 喜び， サフラン のように 花を ¿かせる．
  2. 盛んに 花を ¿かせ， 喜び 喜んで 歌う． レバノン の 榮光と， カルメル や シャロン の 威光をこれに 賜わるので， 彼らは 主の 榮光， 私たちの 神の 威光を 見る．
  3. 弱った 手を 强め， よろめくひざをしっかりさせよ．

  1. Then will the lame leap like a deer, and the mute tongue shout for joy. Water will gush forth in the wilderness and streams in the desert.
  2. The burning sand will become a pool, the thirsty ground bubbling springs. In the haunts where jackals once lay, grass and reeds and papyrus will grow.
  3. And a highway will be there; it will be called the Way of Holiness. The unclean will not journey on it; it will be for those who walk in that Way; wicked fools will not go about on it.
  4. No lion will be there, nor will any ferocious beast get up on it; they will not be found there. But only the redeemed will walk there,
  5. and the ransomed of the LORD will return. They will enter Zion with singing; everlasting joy will crown their heads. Gladness and joy will overtake them, and sorrow and sighing will flee away.
  1. そのとき， 足なえは 鹿のようにとびはね， おしの 舌は 喜び 歌う． 荒野に 水がわき 出し， 荒地に 川が 流れるからだ．
  2. 燒けた 地は 澤となり 潤いのない 地は 水のわく 所となり， ジャッカル の 伏したねぐらは， 葦や パピルス の 茂みとなる．
  3. そこに 大路があり， その 道は 聖なる 道と 呼ばれる． 汚れた 者はそこを 通れない． これは， ·われた 者たちのもの． 旅人も 愚か 者も， これに 迷い ¿むことはない．
  4. そこには 獅子もおらず， 猛¿もそこに 上って 來ず， そこで 出會うこともない． ただ， ·われた 者たちがそこを 步む．
  5. 主に ·われた 者たちは 歸って 來る． 彼らは 喜び 歌いながら シオン にはいり， その 頭にはとこしえの 喜びをいただく． 樂しみと 喜びがついて 來， 嘆きと 悲しみとは 逃げ 去る．
 
  랍사게의 조롱(36:1-36:22)    
 
  1. In the fourteenth year of King Hezekiah's reign, Sennacherib king of Assyria attacked all the fortified cities of Judah and captured them.
  2. Then the king of Assyria sent his field commander with a large army from Lachish to King Hezekiah at Jerusalem. When the commander stopped at the aqueduct of the Upper Pool, on the road to the Washerman's Field,
  3. Eliakim son of Hilkiah the palace administrator, Shebna the secretary, and Joah son of Asaph the recorder went out to him.
  4. The field commander said to them, "Tell Hezekiah, " 'This is what the great king, the king of Assyria, says: On what are you basing this confidence of yours?
  5. You say you have strategy and military strength--but you speak only empty words. On whom are you depending, that you rebel against me?
  1. ヒゼキヤ 王の 第十四年に， アッシリヤ の 王 セナケリブ が， ユダ のすべての 城壁のある 町¿を 攻めて， これを 取った．
  2. アッシリヤ の 王は， ラブ · シャケ に 大軍をつけて， ラキシュ から エルサレム に， ヒゼキヤ 王のところへ 送った． ラブ · シャケ は 布さらしの 野への 大路にある 上の 池の 水道のそばに 立った．

  1. Look now, you are depending on Egypt, that splintered reed of a staff, which pierces a man's hand and wounds him if he leans on it! Such is Pharaoh king of Egypt to all who depend on him.
  2. And if you say to me, "We are depending on the LORD our God"-isn't he the one whose high places and altars Hezekiah removed, saying to Judah and Jerusalem, "You must worship before this altar"?
  3. " 'Come now, make a bargain with my master, the king of Assyria: I will give you two thousand horses--if you can put riders on them!
  4. How then can you repulse one officer of the least of my master's officials, even though you are depending on Egypt for chariots and horsemen?
  5. Furthermore, have I come to attack and destroy this land without the LORD ? The LORD himself told me to march against this country and destroy it.' "
  1. おまえは， あのいたんだ 葦の 杖， エジプト に 據り 賴んでいるが， これは， それに 寄りかかる 者の 手を 刺し 通すだけだ． エジプト の 王， パロ は， すべて 彼に 據り 賴む 者たちにそうするのだ．
  2. おまえは 私に『われわれは， われわれの 神， 主に 據り 賴む． 』と 言う． その 主とは， ヒゼキヤ が 高き 所と 祭壇を 取り 除いておいて， ユダ と エルサレム に 向かい『この 祭壇の 前で 拜め． 』と 言ったそういう 主ではないか， と．
  3. さあ， 今， 私の 主君， アッシリヤ の 王と， かけをしないか． もしおまえのほうで 乘り 手をそろえることができれば， 私はおまえに 二千頭の 馬を 與えよう．
  4. おまえは 戰車と 騎兵のことで エジプト に 據り 賴んでいるが， 私の 主君の 最も 小さい 家來のひとりの 總督をさえ 擊退することはできないのだ．
  5. 今， 私がこの 國を 滅ぼすために 上って 來たのは， 主をさしおいてのことであろうか． 主が 私に『この 國に 攻め 上って， これを 滅ぼせ． 』と 言われたのだ． 」
  1. Then Eliakim, Shebna and Joah said to the field commander, "Please speak to your servants in Aramaic, since we understand it. Don't speak to us in Hebrew in the hearing of the people on the wall."
  2. But the commander replied, "Was it only to your master and you that my master sent me to say these things, and not to the men sitting on the wall--who, like you, will have to eat their own filth and drink their own urine?"
  3. Then the commander stood and called out in Hebrew, "Hear the words of the great king, the king of Assyria!
  4. This is what the king says: Do not let Hezekiah deceive you. He cannot deliver you!
  5. Do not let Hezekiah persuade you to trust in the LORD when he says, 'The LORD will surely deliver us; this city will not be given into the hand of the king of Assyria.'
  1. エルヤキム と シェブナ と ヨアフ とは， ラブ · シャケ に 言った． 「どうかしもべたちには， アラム 語で 話してください． われわれは アラム 語がわかりますから． 城壁の 上にいる 民の 聞いている 所では， われわれに ユダ のことばで 話さないでください． 」
  2. すると， ラブ · シャケ は 言った． 「私の 主君がこれらのことを 告げに 私を 遣わされたのは， おまえの 主君や， おまえのためだろうか． むしろ， 城壁の 上にすわっている 者たちのためではないか． 彼らはおまえたちといっしょに， 自分の 糞を 食らい， 自分の 尿を 飮むようになるのだ． 」
  3. こうして， ラブ · シャケ はつっ 立って， ユダ のことばで 大聲に 呼ばわって， 言った． 「大王， アッシリヤ の 王のことばを 聞け．
  4. 王はこう 言われる． ヒゼキヤ にごまかされるな． あれはおまえたちを 救い 出すことはできない．
  5. ヒゼキヤ が， 主は 必ずわれわれを 救い 出してくださる， この 町は 決して アッシリヤ の 王の 手に 渡されることはない， と 言って， おまえたちに 主を 信賴させようとするが， そうはさせない．
  1. "Do not listen to Hezekiah. This is what the king of Assyria says: Make peace with me and come out to me. Then every one of you will eat from his own vine and fig tree and drink water from his own cistern,
  2. until I come and take you to a land like your own--a land of grain and new wine, a land of bread and vineyards.
  3. "Do not let Hezekiah mislead you when he says, 'The LORD will deliver us.' Has the god of any nation ever delivered his land from the hand of the king of Assyria?
  4. Where are the gods of Hamath and Arpad? Where are the gods of Sepharvaim? Have they rescued Samaria from my hand?
  5. Who of all the gods of these countries has been able to save his land from me? How then can the LORD deliver Jerusalem from my hand?"
  1. ヒゼキヤ の 言うことを 聞くな． アッシリヤ の 王はこう 言っておられるからだ． 私と 和を 結び， 私に 降參せよ． そうすれば， おまえたちはみな， 自分のぶどうと 自分のいちじくを 食べ， また， 自分の 井戶の 水を 飮めるのだ．
  2. その 後， 私が 來て， おまえたちの 國と 同じような 國におまえたちを 連れて 行こう． そこは 穀物とぶどう 酒の 地， パン とぶどう 畑の 地である．
  3. おまえたちは， ヒゼキヤ が， 主がわれわれを 救い 出してくださると 言っているのに， そそのかされないようにせよ． 國¿の 神¿が， だれか， 自分の 國を アッシリヤ の 王の 手から 救い 出しただろうか．
  4. ハマテ や アルパデ の 神¿は 今， どこにいるのか． セファルワイム の 神¿はどこにいるのか． 彼らは サマリヤ を 私の 手から 救い 出したか．
  5. これらの 國¿のすべての 神¿のうち， だれが 自分たちの 國を 私の 手から 救い 出しただろうか． 主が エルサレム を 私の 手から 救い 出すとでもいうのか． 」
  1. But the people remained silent and said nothing in reply, because the king had commanded, "Do not answer him."
  2. Then Eliakim son of Hilkiah the palace administrator, Shebna the secretary, and Joah son of Asaph the recorder went to Hezekiah, with their clothes torn, and told him what the field commander had said.
  1. しかし 人¿は 默っており， 彼に 一言も 答えなかった． 「彼に 答えるな． 」というのが， 王の 命令だったからである．
  2. ヒルキヤ の 子である 宮內長官 エルヤキム ， 書記 シェブナ ， アサフ の 子である 參議 ヨアフ は， 自分たちの 衣を 裂いて ヒゼキヤ のもとに 行き， ラブ · シャケ のことばを 告げた．
