- Whoever says to the guilty, "You are innocent"-- peoples will curse him and nations denounce him.
- But it will go well with those who convict the guilty, and rich blessing will come upon them.
- An honest answer is like a kiss on the lips.
- Finish your outdoor work and get your fields ready; after that, build your house.

- これらもまた， 知惠ある 者による． さばくときに， 人をかたより 見るのはよくない．
- 惡者に 向かって， 「あなたは 正しい． 」と 言う 者を， 人¿はののしり， 民はのろう．
- しかし， 惡者を 責める 者は 喜ばれ， 彼らにはしあわせな 祝福が 與えられる．
- 正しい 答えをする 者は， そのくちびるに 口づけされる．

- Do not testify against your neighbor without cause, or use your lips to deceive.

- and poverty will come on you like a bandit and scarcity like an armed man.
