요엘 2:18-3:21

 요엘은 회개한 자에게는 물질의 복을 풍성히 부어 주시고 환난에서 구원하여 평안을 누리게 해주신다는 하나님의 약속을 전하였다. 그리고 하나님의 신을 만민에게 부어 주실 것과 누구든지 야웨의 이름을 부르는 자를 구원해 주시겠다는 하나님의 약속을 전하였다. 또한 그는 하나님과 이스라엘을 대적했던 열국이 심판을 받게 되며 이스라엘은 최후의 승리와 영원한 축복을 얻게 될 것이라고 예언하였다.
  
  축복과 승리의 약속(2:18-3:21)    
 
  1. Then the LORD will be jealous for his land and take pity on his people.
  2. The LORD will reply to them: "I am sending you grain, new wine and oil, enough to satisfy you fully; never again will I make you an object of scorn to the nations.
  3. "I will drive the northern army far from you, pushing it into a parched and barren land, with its front columns going into the eastern sea and those in the rear into the western sea. And its stench will go up; its smell will rise." Surely he has done great things.
  4. Be not afraid, O land; be glad and rejoice. Surely the LORD has done great things.
  5. Be not afraid, O wild animals, for the open pastures are becoming green. The trees are bearing their fruit; the fig tree and the vine yield their riches.
  1. 主はご 自分の 地をねたむほど 愛し， ご 自分の 民をあわれまれた．
  2. 主は 民に 答えて 仰せられた． 「今， わたしは 穀物と 新しいぶどう 酒と 油とをあなたがたに 送る． あなたがたは， それで 滿足する． わたしは， 二度とあなたがたを， 諸國の 民の 間で， そしりとしない．
  3. わたしは 北から 來るものを， あなたがたから 遠ざけ， それを 荒廢した 砂漠の 地へ 追いやり， その 前衛を 東の 海に， その 後衛を 西の 海に 追いやる． その 惡臭が 立ち 上り， その 腐ったにおいが 立ち 上る． 主が 大いなることをしたからだ． 」
  4. 地よ． 恐れるな． 樂しみ 喜べ． 主が 大いなることをされたからだ．
  5. 野の ¿たちよ． 恐れるな． 荒野の 牧草はもえ 出る． 木はその 實をみのらせ， いちじくの 木と， ぶどうの 木とは 豊かにみのる．
  1. Be glad, O people of Zion, rejoice in the LORD your God, for he has given you the autumn rains in righteousness. He sends you abundant showers, both autumn and spring rains, as before.
  2. The threshing floors will be filled with grain; the vats will overflow with new wine and oil.
  3. "I will repay you for the years the locusts have eaten-- the great locust and the young locust, the other locusts and the locust swarm -- my great army that I sent among you.
  4. You will have plenty to eat, until you are full, and you will praise the name of the LORD your God, who has worked wonders for you; never again will my people be shamed.
  5. Then you will know that I am in Israel, that I am the LORD your God, and that there is no other; never again will my people be shamed.
  1. シオン の 子らよ． あなたがたの 神， 主にあって， 樂しみ 喜べ． 主は， あなたがたを 義とするために， 初めの 雨を 賜わり， 大雨を 降らせ， 前のように， 初めの 雨と 後の 雨とを 降らせてくださるからだ．
  2. 打ち 場は 穀物で 滿ち， 石がめは 新しいぶどう 酒と 油とであふれる．
  3. いなご， ばった， 食い 荒らすいなご， かみつくいなご， わたしがあなたがたの 間に 送った 大軍勢が， 食い 盡くした 年¿を， わたしはあなたがたに 償おう．
  4. あなたがたは 飽きるほど 食べて 滿足し， あなたがたに 不思議なことをしてくださったあなたがたの 神， 主の 名をほめたたえよう． わたしの 民は 永遠に 恥を 見ることはない．
  5. あなたがたは， イスラエル の 眞中にわたしがいることを 知り， わたしがあなたがたの 神， 主であり， ほかにはないことを 知る． わたしの 民は 永遠に 恥を 見ることはない．
  1. "And afterward, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your old men will dream dreams, your young men will see visions.
  2. Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days.
  3. I will show wonders in the heavens and on the earth, blood and fire and billows of smoke.
  4. The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD.
  5. And everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved; for on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem there will be deliverance, as the LORD has said, among the survivors whom the LORD calls.
  1. その 後， わたしは， わたしの 靈をすべての 人に 注ぐ． あなたがたの 息子や 娘は 預言し， 年寄りは 夢を 見， 若い 男は 幻を 見る．
  2. その 日， わたしは， しもべにも， はしためにも， わたしの 靈を 注ぐ．
  3. わたしは 天と 地に， 不思議なしるしを 現わす． 血と 火と 煙の 柱である．
  4. 主の 大いなる 恐るべき 日が 來る 前に， 太陽はやみとなり， 月は 血に 變わる．
  5. しかし， 主の 名を 呼ぶ 者はみな 救われる． 主が 仰せられたように， シオン の 山， エルサレム に， のがれる 者があるからだ． その 生き 殘った 者のうちに， 主が 呼ばれる 者がいる．
 
 
  1. "In those days and at that time, when I restore the fortunes of Judah and Jerusalem,
  2. I will gather all nations and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat. There I will enter into judgment against them concerning my inheritance, my people Israel, for they scattered my people among the nations and divided up my land.
  3. They cast lots for my people and traded boys for prostitutes; they sold girls for wine that they might drink.
  4. "Now what have you against me, O Tyre and Sidon and all you regions of Philistia? Are you repaying me for something I have done? If you are paying me back, I will swiftly and speedily return on your own heads what you have done.
  5. For you took my silver and my gold and carried off my finest treasures to your temples.
  1. 見よ． わたしが ユダ と エルサレム の 捕われ 人を 返す， その 日， その 時，
  2. わたしはすべての 國民を 集め， 彼らを ヨシャパテ の 谷に 連れ 下り， その 所で， 彼らがわたしの 民， わたしのゆずりの 地 イスラエル にしたことで 彼らをさばく． 彼らはわたしの 民を 諸國の 民の 間に 散らし， わたしの 地を 自分たちの 間で 分け 取ったからだ．

  1. You sold the people of Judah and Jerusalem to the Greeks, that you might send them far from their homeland.
  2. "See, I am going to rouse them out of the places to which you sold them, and I will return on your own heads what you have done.
  3. I will sell your sons and daughters to the people of Judah, and they will sell them to the Sabeans, a nation far away." The LORD has spoken.
  4. Proclaim this among the nations: Prepare for war! Rouse the warriors! Let all the fighting men draw near and attack.
  5. Beat your plowshares into swords and your pruning hooks into spears. Let the weakling say, "I am strong!"
  1. しかも， ユダ の 人¿と エルサレム の 人¿を， ギリシヤ 人に 賣って， 彼らの 國から 遠く 離れさせたからだ．
  2. 見よ． わたしは， おまえたちが 彼らを 賣ったその 所から， 彼らを 呼び 戾して， おまえたちの 報いを， おまえたちの 頭上に 返し，
  3. おまえたちの 息子， 娘たちを， ユダ の 人¿に 賣り 渡そう． 彼らはこれを， 遠くの 民， シェバ 人に 賣る， と 主は 仰せられる．
  4. 諸國の 民の 間で， こう 叫べ． 聖戰をふれよ． 勇士たちを 奮い 立たせよ． すべての 戰士たちを 集めて 上らせよ．
  5. あなたがたの ¿を 劍に， あなたがたのかまを 槍に， 打ち 直せ． 弱い 者に「私は 勇士だ． 」と 言わせよ．
  1. Come quickly, all you nations from every side, and assemble there. Bring down your warriors, O LORD!
  2. "Let the nations be roused; let them advance into the Valley of Jehoshaphat, for there I will sit to judge all the nations on every side.
  3. Swing the sickle, for the harvest is ripe. Come, trample the grapes, for the winepress is full and the vats overflow-- so great is their wickedness!"
  4. Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision! For the day of the LORD is near in the valley of decision.
  5. The sun and moon will be darkened, and the stars no longer shine.
  1. 回りのすべての 國¿よ． 急いで 來て， そこに 集まれ． ··主よ． あなたの 勇士たちを 下してください． ··
  2. 諸國の 民は 起き 上がり， ヨシャパテ の 谷に 上って 來い． わたしが， そこで， 回りのすべての 國¿をさばくために， さばきの 座に 着くからだ．
  3. かまを 入れよ． 刈り 入れの 時は 熟した． 來て， 踏め． 酒ぶねは 滿ち， 石がめはあふれている． 彼らの 惡がひどいからだ．
  4. さばきの 谷には， 群集また 群集． 主の 日がさばきの 谷に 近づくからだ．
  5. 太陽も 月も 暗くなり， 星もその 光を 失う．
  1. The LORD will roar from Zion and thunder from Jerusalem; the earth and the sky will tremble. But the LORD will be a refuge for his people, a stronghold for the people of Israel.
  2. "Then you will know that I, the LORD your God, dwell in Zion, my holy hill. Jerusalem will be holy; never again will foreigners invade her.
  3. "In that day the mountains will drip new wine, and the hills will flow with milk; all the ravines of Judah will run with water. A fountain will flow out of the LORD's house and will water the valley of acacias.
  4. But Egypt will be desolate, Edom a desert waste, because of violence done to the people of Judah, in whose land they shed innocent blood.
  5. Judah will be inhabited forever and Jerusalem through all generations.
  1. 主は シオン から 叫び， エルサレム から 聲を 出される． 天も 地も 震える． だが， 主は， その 民の 避け 所， イスラエル の 子らのとりでである．
  2. あなたがたは， わたしがあなたがたの 神， 主であり， わたしの 聖なる 山， シオン に 住むことを 知ろう． エルサレム は 聖地となり， 他國人はもう， そこを 通らない．
  3. その 日， 山¿には 甘いぶどう 酒がしたたり， 丘¿には 乳が 流れ， ユダ のすべての 谷川には 水が 流れ， 主の 宮から 泉がわきいで， シティム の 溪流を 潤す．
  4. エジプト は 荒れ 果てた 地となり， エドム は 荒れ 果てた 荒野となる． 彼らの ユダ の 人¿への 暴虐のためだ． 彼らが 彼らの 地で， 罪のない 血を 流したためだ．
  5. だが， ユダ は 永遠に 人の 住む 所となり， エルサレム は 代¿にわたって 人の 住む 所となる．
  1. Their bloodguilt, which I have not pardoned, I will pardon." The LORD dwells in Zion!
