말라기 3:1-4:6

 말라기는 심판주 메시아의 도래를 예언하면서 하나님의 십일조와 헌물을 도적질한 이스라엘 백성의 죄를 지적하였다. 또한 그는 악인의 번성을 보고 하나님께 불평한 이스라엘 백성의 죄를 책망하면서, 기념책에 기록된 의인은 하나님의 날에 악인과 영원히 구별되어 하나님의 자녀가 될 것임을 예언하였다. 그리고 심판 전에 있을 엘리야의 출현을 예언하였다.
  
  최후의 심판(3:1-4:6)    
 
  1. "See, I will send my messenger, who will prepare the way before me. Then suddenly the Lord you are seeking will come to his temple; the messenger of the covenant, whom you desire, will come," says the LORD Almighty.
  2. But who can endure the day of his coming? Who can stand when he appears? For he will be like a refiner's fire or a launderer's soap.
  3. He will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver; he will purify the Levites and refine them like gold and silver. Then the LORD will have men who will bring offerings in righteousness,
  4. and the offerings of Judah and Jerusalem will be acceptable to the LORD, as in days gone by, as in former years.
  5. "So I will come near to you for judgment. I will be quick to testify against sorcerers, adulterers and perjurers, against those who defraud laborers of their wages, who oppress the widows and the fatherless, and deprive aliens of justice, but do not fear me," says the LORD Almighty.
  1. 「見よ． わたしは， わたしの 使者を 遣わす． 彼はわたしの 前に 道を 整える． あなたがたが 尋ね 求めている 主が， 突然， その 神殿に 來る． あなたがたが 望んでいる 契約の 使者が， 見よ， 來ている． 」と 万軍の 主は 仰せられる．
  2. だれが， この 方の 來られる 日に 耐えられよう． だれが， この 方の 現われるとき 立っていられよう． まことに， この 方は， 精練する 者の 火， 布をさらす 者の 灰汁のようだ．
  3. この 方は， 銀を 精練し， これをきよめる 者として 座に 着き， レビ の 子らをきよめ， 彼らを 金のように， 銀のように 純粹にする． 彼らは， 主に， 義のささげ 物をささげる 者となり，
  4. ユダ と エルサレム のささげ 物は， 昔の 日のように， ずっと 前の 年のように， 主を 喜ばせる．
  5. 「わたしは， さばきのため， あなたがたのところに 近づく． わたしは， ためらうことなく 證人となり， 呪術者， 姦淫を 行なう 者， 僞って 誓う 者， 不正な 賃金で 雇い 人をしいたげ， やもめやみなしごを 苦しめる 者， 在留異國人を 押しのけて， わたしを 恐れない 者たちに， 向かう． ··万軍の 主は 仰せられる． ··
  1. "I the LORD do not change. So you, O descendants of Jacob, are not destroyed.
  2. Ever since the time of your forefathers you have turned away from my decrees and have not kept them. Return to me, and I will return to you," says the LORD Almighty. "But you ask, 'How are we to return?'
  3. "Will a man rob God? Yet you rob me. "But you ask, 'How do we rob you?' "In tithes and offerings.
  4. You are under a curse--the whole nation of you--because you are robbing me.
  5. Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this," says the LORD Almighty, "and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it.
  1. 主であるわたしは 變わることがない． ヤコブ の 子らよ． あなたがたは， 滅ぼし 盡くされない．
  2. あなたがたの 先祖の 時代から， あなたがたは， わたしのおきてを 離れ， それを 守らなかった． わたしのところに 歸れ． そうすれば， わたしもあなたがたのところに 歸ろう． ··万軍の 主は 仰せられる． ··しかし， あなたがたは， 『どのようにして， 私たちは 歸ろうか． 』と 言う．
  3. 人は 神のものを 盜むことができようか． ところが， あなたがたはわたしのものを 盜んでいる． しかも， あなたがたは 言う． 『どのようにして， 私たちはあなたのものを 盜んだでしょうか． 』それは， 十分の 一と 奉納物によってである．
  4. あなたがたはのろいを 受けている． あなたがたは， わたしのものを 盜んでいる． この 民全體が 盜んでいる．
  5. 十分の 一をことごとく， 寶物倉に 携えて 來て， わたしの 家の 食物とせよ． こうしてわたしをためしてみよ． ··万軍の 主は 仰せられる． ··わたしがあなたがたのために， 天の 窓を 開き， あふれるばかりの 祝福をあなたがたに 注ぐかどうかをためしてみよ．
  1. I will prevent pests from devouring your crops, and the vines in your fields will not cast their fruit," says the LORD Almighty.
  2. "Then all the nations will call you blessed, for yours will be a delightful land," says the LORD Almighty.
  3. "You have said harsh things against me," says the LORD. "Yet you ask, 'What have we said against you?'
  4. "You have said, 'It is futile to serve God. What did we gain by carrying out his requirements and going about like mourners before the LORD Almighty?
  5. But now we call the arrogant blessed. Certainly the evildoers prosper, and even those who challenge God escape.' "
  1. わたしはあなたがたのために， いなごをしかって， あなたがたの 土地の 産物を 滅ぼさないようにし， 畑のぶどうの 木が 不作とならないようにする． ··万軍の 主は 仰せられる． ··
  2. すべての 國民は， あなたがたをしあわせ 者と 言うようになる． あなたがたが 喜びの 地となるからだ． 」と 万軍の 主は 仰せられる．
  3. 「あなたがたはわたしにかたくななことを 言う． 」と 主は 仰せられる． あなたがたは 言う． 「私たちはあなたに 對して， 何を 言いましたか． 」
  4. あなたがたは 言う． 「神に 仕えるのはむなしいことだ． 神の 戒めを 守っても， 万軍の 主の 前で 悲しんで 步いても， 何の 益になろう．
  5. 今， 私たちは， 高ぶる 者をしあわせ 者と 言おう． 惡を 行なっても 榮え， 神を 試みても 罰を 免れる． 」と．
  1. Then those who feared the LORD talked with each other, and the LORD listened and heard. A scroll of remembrance was written in his presence concerning those who feared the LORD and honored his name.
  2. "They will be mine," says the LORD Almighty, "in the day when I make up my treasured possession. I will spare them, just as in compassion a man spares his son who serves him.
  3. And you will again see the distinction between the righteous and the wicked, between those who serve God and those who do not.
  1. そのとき， 主を 恐れる 者たちが， 互いに 語り 合った． 主は 耳を 傾けて， これを 聞かれた． 主を 恐れ， 主の 御名を 尊ぶ 者たちのために， 主の 前で， 記憶の 書がしるされた．
  2. 「彼らは， わたしのものとなる． ··万軍の 主は 仰せられる． ··わたしが 事を 行なう 日に， わたしの 寶となる． 人が 自分に 仕える 子をあわれむように， わたしは 彼らをあわれむ．
  3. あなたがたは 再び， 正しい 人と 惡者， 神に 仕える 者と 仕えない 者との 違いを 見るようになる．
 
 
  1. "Surely the day is coming; it will burn like a furnace. All the arrogant and every evildoer will be stubble, and that day that is coming will set them on fire," says the LORD Almighty. "Not a root or a branch will be left to them.
  2. But for you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its wings. And you will go out and leap like calves released from the stall.
  3. Then you will trample down the wicked; they will be ashes under the soles of your feet on the day when I do these things," says the LORD Almighty.
  4. "Remember the law of my servant Moses, the decrees and laws I gave him at Horeb for all Israel.
  5. "See, I will send you the prophet Elijah before that great and dreadful day of the LORD comes.
  1. 見よ． その 日が 來る． かまどのように 燃えながら． その 日， すべて 高ぶる 者， すべて 惡を 行なう 者は， わらとなる． 來ようとしているその 日は， 彼らを 燒き 盡くし， 根も 枝も 殘さない． ··万軍の 主は 仰せられる． ··
  2. しかし， わたしの 名を 恐れるあなたがたには， 義の 太陽が 上り， その 翼には， 癒しがある． あなたがたは 外に 出て， 牛舍の 子牛のようにはね 回る．
  3. あなたがたはまた， 惡者どもを 踏みつける． 彼らは， わたしが 事を 行なう 日に， あなたがたの 足の 下で 灰となるからだ． ··万軍の 主は 仰せられる． ··
