- イスラエル が エジプト をいで， ヤコブ の 家が 異言の 民を 離れたとき，
- ユダ は 主の 聖所となり， イスラエル は 主の 所領となった．
- 海はこれを 見て 逃げ， ヨルダン はうしろに 退き，
- 山は 雄羊のように 踊り， 小山は 小羊のように 踊った．
- 海よ， おまえはどうして 逃げるのか， ヨルダン よ， おまえはどうしてうしろに 退くのか．

- Tremble, O earth, at the presence of the Lord, at the presence of the God of Jacob,
- who turned the rock into a pool, the hard rock into springs of water.
