이사야 6:1-8:22

 예언자의 소명을 받은 이사야는 유다가 바벨론의 포로가 될 때까지 하나님의 심판이 계속될 것을 알았다. 이사야는 근심하는 유다 왕 아하스에게 하나님의 승리가 보장되었으나 그의 불신앙으로 인해 심판이 임할 것이라고 예언하였다. 또한, 유다가 심판을 받은 후에 앗수르는 멸망되고 유다는 구원될 것이라고 예언하였다.
  
  이사야의 소명(6:1-6:13)    
 
  1. In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord seated on a throne, high and exalted, and the train of his robe filled the temple.
  2. Above him were seraphs, each with six wings: With two wings they covered their faces, with two they covered their feet, and with two they were flying.
  3. And they were calling to one another: "Holy, holy, holy is the LORD Almighty; the whole earth is full of his glory."
  4. At the sound of their voices the doorposts and thresholds shook and the temple was filled with smoke.
  5. "Woe to me!" I cried. "I am ruined! For I am a man of unclean lips, and I live among a people of unclean lips, and my eyes have seen the King, the LORD Almighty."
  1. ウジヤ 王の 死んだ 年， わたしは 主が 高くあげられたみくらに 座し， その 衣のすそが 神殿に 滿ちているのを 見た．
  2. その 上に セラピム が 立ち， おのおの 六つの 翼をもっていた． その 二つをもって 顔をおおい， 二つをもって 足をおおい， 二つをもって 飛びかけり，
  3. 互に 呼びかわして 言った． 「聖なるかな， 聖なるかな， 聖なるかな， 万軍の 主， その 榮光は 全地に 滿つ 」．
  4. その 呼ばわっている 者の 聲によって 敷居の 基が 震い 動き， 神殿の 中に 煙が 滿ちた．
  5. その 時わたしは 言った， 「わざわいなるかな， わたしは 滅びるばかりだ． わたしは 汚れたくちびるの 者で， 汚れたくちびるの 民の 中に 住む 者であるのに， わたしの 目が 万軍の 主なる 王を 見たのだから 」．
  1. Then one of the seraphs flew to me with a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with tongs from the altar.
  2. With it he touched my mouth and said, "See, this has touched your lips; your guilt is taken away and your sin atoned for."
  3. Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Whom shall I send? And who will go for us?" And I said, "Here am I. Send me!"
  4. He said, "Go and tell this people: " 'Be ever hearing, but never understanding; be ever seeing, but never perceiving.'
  5. Make the heart of this people calloused; make their ears dull and close their eyes. Otherwise they might see with their eyes, hear with their ears, understand with their hearts, and turn and be healed."
  1. この 時 セラピム のひとりが 火ばしをもって， 祭壇の 上から 取った 燃えている 炭を 手に 携え， わたしのところに 飛んできて，
  2. わたしの 口に 觸れて 言った， 「見よ， これがあなたのくちびるに 觸れたので， あなたの 惡は 除かれ， あなたの 罪はゆるされた 」．
  3. わたしはまた 主の 言われる 聲を 聞いた， 「わたしはだれをつかわそうか． だれがわれわれのために 行くだろうか 」． その 時わたしは 言った， 「ここにわたしがおります． わたしをおつかわしください 」．
  4. 主は 言われた， 「あなたは 行って， この 民にこう 言いなさい， 『あなたがたはくりかえし 聞くがよい， しかし 悟ってはならない． あなたがたはくりかえし 見るがよい， しかしわかってはならない 』と．
  5. あなたはこの 民の 心を 鈍くし， その 耳を 聞えにくくし， その 目を 閉ざしなさい． これは 彼らがその 目で 見， その 耳で 聞き， その 心で 悟り， 悔い 改めていやされることのないためである 」．
  1. Then I said, "For how long, O Lord?" And he answered: "Until the cities lie ruined and without inhabitant, until the houses are left deserted and the fields ruined and ravaged,
  2. until the LORD has sent everyone far away and the land is utterly forsaken.
  3. And though a tenth remains in the land, it will again be laid waste. But as the terebinth and oak leave stumps when they are cut down, so the holy seed will be the stump in the land."
  1. そこで， わたしは 言った， 「主よ， いつまでですか 」． 主は 言われた， 「町¿は 荒れすたれて， 住む 者もなく， 家には 人かげもなく， 國は 全く 荒れ 地となり，
  2. 人¿は 主によって 遠くへ 移され， 荒れはてた 所が 國の 中に 多くなる 時まで， こうなっている．
  3. その 中に 十分の 一の 殘る 者があっても， これもまた 燒き 滅ぼされる． テレビン の 木またはかしの 木が 切り 倒されるとき， その 切り 株が 殘るように 」． 聖なる 種族はその 切り 株である．
 
  임마누엘의 징표(7:1-7:25)    
 
  1. When Ahaz son of Jotham, the son of Uzziah, was king of Judah, King Rezin of Aram and Pekah son of Remaliah king of Israel marched up to fight against Jerusalem, but they could not overpower it.
  2. Now the house of David was told, "Aram has allied itself with Ephraim"; so the hearts of Ahaz and his people were shaken, as the trees of the forest are shaken by the wind.
  3. Then the LORD said to Isaiah, "Go out, you and your son Shear-Jashub, to meet Ahaz at the end of the aqueduct of the Upper Pool, on the road to the Washerman's Field.
  4. Say to him, 'Be careful, keep calm and don't be afraid. Do not lose heart because of these two smoldering stubs of firewood--because of the fierce anger of Rezin and Aram and of the son of Remaliah.
  5. Aram, Ephraim and Remaliah's son have plotted your ruin, saying,
  1. ユダ の 王， ウジヤ の 子 ヨタム ， その 子 アハズ の 時， スリヤ の 王 レヂン と レマリヤ の 子である イスラエル の 王 ペカ とが 上ってきて， エルサレム を 攻めたが 勝つことができなかった．
  2. 時に「スリヤ が エフライム と 同盟している 」と ダビデ の 家に 告げる 者があったので， 王の 心と 民の 心とは 風に 動かされる 林の 木のように 動¿した．

  1. "Let us invade Judah; let us tear it apart and divide it among ourselves, and make the son of Tabeel king over it."
  2. Yet this is what the Sovereign LORD says: " 'It will not take place, it will not happen,
  3. for the head of Aram is Damascus, and the head of Damascus is only Rezin. Within sixty-five years Ephraim will be too shattered to be a people.
  4. The head of Ephraim is Samaria, and the head of Samaria is only Remaliah's son. If you do not stand firm in your faith, you will not stand at all.' "
  5. Again the LORD spoke to Ahaz,
  1. 「われわれは ユダ に 攻め 上って， これを 脅かし， われわれのためにこれを 破り 取り， タビエル の 子をそこの 王にしよう 」と．
  2. 主なる 神はこう 言われる， この 事は 決して 行われない， また 起ることはない．
  3. スリヤ のかしらは ダマスコ ， ダマスコ のかしらは レヂン である． （六十五年のうちに エフライム は 敗れて， 國をなさないようになる． ）
  4. エフライム のかしらは サマリヤ ， サマリヤ のかしらは レマリヤ の 子である． もしあなたがたが 信じないならば， 立つことはできない 』」．
  5. 主は 再び アハズ に 告げて 言われた，
  1. "Ask the LORD your God for a sign, whether in the deepest depths or in the highest heights."
  2. But Ahaz said, "I will not ask; I will not put the LORD to the test."
  3. Then Isaiah said, "Hear now, you house of David! Is it not enough to try the patience of men? Will you try the patience of my God also?
  4. Therefore the Lord himself will give you a sign: The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and will call him Immanuel.
  5. He will eat curds and honey when he knows enough to reject the wrong and choose the right.
  1. 「あなたの 神， 主に 一つのしるしを 求めよ， 陰府のように 深い 所に， あるいは 天のように 高い 所に 求めよ 」．
  2. しかし アハズ は 言った， 「わたしはそれを 求めて， 主を 試みることをいたしません 」．
  3. そこで イザヤ は 言った， 「ダビデ の 家よ， 聞け． あなたがたは 人を 煩わすことを 小さい 事とし， またわが 神をも 煩わそうとするのか．
  4. それゆえ， 主はみずから 一つのしるしをあなたがたに 與えられる． 見よ， おとめがみごもって 男の 子を 産む． その 名は インマヌエル ととなえられる．
  5. その 子が 惡を 捨て， 善を 選ぶことを 知るころになって， 凝乳と， 蜂蜜とを 食べる．
  1. But before the boy knows enough to reject the wrong and choose the right, the land of the two kings you dread will be laid waste.
  2. The LORD will bring on you and on your people and on the house of your father a time unlike any since Ephraim broke away from Judah--he will bring the king of Assyria."
  3. In that day the LORD will whistle for flies from the distant streams of Egypt and for bees from the land of Assyria.
  4. They will all come and settle in the steep ravines and in the crevices in the rocks, on all the thornbushes and at all the water holes.
  5. In that day the Lord will use a razor hired from beyond the River --the king of Assyria--to shave your head and the hair of your legs, and to take off your beards also.
  1. それはこの 子が 惡を 捨て， 善を 選ぶことを 知る 前に， あなたが 恐れているふたりの 王の 地は 捨てられるからである．
  2. 主は エフライム が ユダ から 分れた 時からこのかた， 臨んだことのないような 日をあなたと， あなたの 民と， あなたの 父の 家とに 臨ませられる． それは アッスリヤ の 王である 」．
  3. その 日， 主は エジプト の 川¿の 源にいる， はえを 招き， アッスリヤ の 地にいる 蜂を 呼ばれる．

  1. In that day, a man will keep alive a young cow and two goats.
  2. And because of the abundance of the milk they give, he will have curds to eat. All who remain in the land will eat curds and honey.
  3. In that day, in every place where there were a thousand vines worth a thousand silver shekels, there will be only briers and thorns.
  4. Men will go there with bow and arrow, for the land will be covered with briers and thorns.
  5. As for all the hills once cultivated by the hoe, you will no longer go there for fear of the briers and thorns; they will become places where cattle are turned loose and where sheep run.
  1. その 日， 人は 若い 雌牛一頭と 羊二頭を 飼い，
  2. それから 出る 乳が 多いので， 凝乳を 食べることができ， すべて 國のうちに 殘された 者は 凝乳と， 蜂蜜とを 食べることができる．
  3. その 日， 銀一千 シケル の 價ある 千株のぶどうの 木のあった 所も， ことごとくいばらと， おどろの 生える 所となり，
  4. いばらと， おどろとが 地にはびこるために， 人¿は 弓と 矢をもってそこへ 行く．
  5. くわをもって 掘り 耕したすべての 山¿にも， あなたは， いばらと， おどろとを 恐れて， そこへ 行くことができない． その 地はただ 牛を 放ち， 羊の 踏むところとなる．
 
  거치는 돌(8:1-8:22)    
 
  1. The LORD said to me, "Take a large scroll and write on it with an ordinary pen: Maher-Shalal-Hash-Baz.
  2. And I will call in Uriah the priest and Zechariah son of Jeberekiah as reliable witnesses for me."
  3. Then I went to the prophetess, and she conceived and gave birth to a son. And the LORD said to me, "Name him Maher-Shalal-Hash-Baz.
  4. Before the boy knows how to say 'My father' or 'My mother,' the wealth of Damascus and the plunder of Samaria will be carried off by the king of Assyria."
  5. The LORD spoke to me again:
  1. 主はわたしに 言われた， 「一枚の 大きな 札を 取って， その 上に 普通の 文字で， 『マヘル · シャラル · ハシ · バズ 』と 書きなさい 」．
  2. そこで， わたしは 確かな 證人として， 祭司 ウリヤ および エベレキヤ の 子 ゼカリヤ を 立てた．
  3. わたしが 預言者の 妻に 近づくと， 彼女はみごもって 男の 子を 産んだ． その 時， 主はわたしに 言われた， 「その 名を マヘル · シャラル · ハシ · バズ と 呼びなさい．
  4. それはこの 子がまだ『おとうさん， おかあさん 』と 呼ぶことを 知らないうちに， ダマスコ の 富と， サマリヤ のぶんどり 品とが， アッスリヤ 王の 前に 奪い 去られるからである 」．
  5. 主はまた 重ねてわたしに 言われた，
  1. "Because this people has rejected the gently flowing waters of Shiloah and rejoices over Rezin and the son of Remaliah,
  2. therefore the Lord is about to bring against them the mighty floodwaters of the River -- the king of Assyria with all his pomp. It will overflow all its channels, run over all its banks
  3. and sweep on into Judah, swirling over it, passing through it and reaching up to the neck. Its outspread wings will cover the breadth of your land, O Immanuel !"
  4. Raise the war cry, you nations, and be shattered! Listen, all you distant lands. Prepare for battle, and be shattered! Prepare for battle, and be shattered!
  5. Devise your strategy, but it will be thwarted; propose your plan, but it will not stand, for God is with us.
  1. 「この 民はゆるやかに 流れる シロア の 水を 捨てて， レヂン と レマリヤ の 子の 前に 恐れくじける．
  2. それゆえ 見よ， 主は 勢いたけく， みなぎりわたる 大川の 水を 彼らにむかってせき 入れられる． これは アッスリヤ の 王と， そのもろもろの 威勢とであって， そのすべての 支流にはびこり， すべての 岸を 越え，
  3. ユダ に 流れ 入り， あふれみなぎって， 首にまで 及ぶ． インマヌエル よ， その 廣げた 翼はあまねく， あなたの 國に 滿ちわたる 」．
  4. もろもろの 民よ， 打ち 破られて， 驚きあわてよ． 遠き 國¿のものよ， 耳を 傾けよ． 腰に 帶して， 驚きあわてよ． 腰に 帶して， 驚きあわてよ．
  5. ともに 計れ， しかし， 成らない． 言葉を 出せ， しかし， 行われない． 神がわれわれと 共におられるからである．
  1. The LORD spoke to me with his strong hand upon me, warning me not to follow the way of this people. He said:
  2. "Do not call conspiracy everything that these people call conspiracy ; do not fear what they fear, and do not dread it.
  3. The LORD Almighty is the one you are to regard as holy, he is the one you are to fear, he is the one you are to dread,
  4. and he will be a sanctuary; but for both houses of Israel he will be a stone that causes men to stumble and a rock that makes them fall. And for the people of Jerusalem he will be a trap and a snare.
  5. Many of them will stumble; they will fall and be broken, they will be snared and captured."
  1. 主は 强いみ 手をもって， わたしを 捕え， わたしに 語り， この 民の 道に 步まないように， さとして 言われた，
  2. 「この 民がすべて 陰謀ととなえるものを 陰謀ととなえてはならない． 彼らの 恐れるものを 恐れてはならない． またおののいてはならない．
  3. あなたがたは， ただ 万軍の 主を 聖として， 彼をかしこみ， 彼を 恐れなければならない．
  4. 主は イスラエル の 二つの 家には 聖所となり， またさまたげの 石， つまずきの 岩となり， エルサレム の 住民には 網となり， わなとなる．
  5. 多くの 者はこれにつまずき， かつ 倒れ， 破られ， わなにかけられ， 捕えられる 」．
  1. Bind up the testimony and seal up the law among my disciples.
  2. I will wait for the LORD, who is hiding his face from the house of Jacob. I will put my trust in him.
  3. Here am I, and the children the LORD has given me. We are signs and symbols in Israel from the LORD Almighty, who dwells on Mount Zion.
  4. When men tell you to consult mediums and spiritists, who whisper and mutter, should not a people inquire of their God? Why consult the dead on behalf of the living?
  5. To the law and to the testimony! If they do not speak according to this word, they have no light of dawn.
  1. わたしは， あかしを 一つにまとめ， 敎をわが 弟子たちのうちに 封じておこう．
  2. 主はいま， ヤコブ の 家に， み 顔をかくしておられるとはいえ， わたしはその 主を 待ち， 主を 望みまつる．
  3. 見よ， わたしと， 主のわたしに 賜わった 子たちとは， シオン の 山にいます 万軍の 主から 與えられた イスラエル のしるしであり， 前ぶれである．
  4. 人¿があなたがたにむかって「さえずるように， ささやくように 語る 巫子および 魔術者に 求めよ 」という 時， 民は 自分たちの 神に 求むべきではないか． 生ける 者のために 死んだ 者に 求めるであろうか．
  5. ただ 敎とあかしとに 求めよ． まことに 彼らはこの 言葉によって 語るが， そこには 夜明けがない．
  1. Distressed and hungry, they will roam through the land; when they are famished, they will become enraged and, looking upward, will curse their king and their God.
  2. Then they will look toward the earth and see only distress and darkness and fearful gloom, and they will be thrust into utter darkness.
  1. 彼らはしえたげられ， 飢えて 國の 中を 經あるく． その 飢えるとき 怒りを 放ち， 自分たちの 王， 自分たちの 神をのろい， かつその 顔を 天に 向ける．
  2. また 地を 見ると， 見よ， 惱みと 暗きと， 苦しみのやみとがあり， 彼らは 暗黑に 追いやられる．
