마태복음 8:23-9:8

 예수님은 풍랑을 잔잔케 하시고 귀신을 내어 쫓으시는 능력을 행하심으로 만물의 주인되심을 선포하셨다. 또한 중풍병자의 죄를 용서하고 병을 치료하심으로 죄 문제의 해결자이심을 나타내셨다.
  
  그리스도의 권능(8:23-8:34)    
 
  1. Then he got into the boat and his disciples followed him.
  2. Without warning, a furious storm came up on the lake, so that the waves swept over the boat. But Jesus was sleeping.
  3. The disciples went and woke him, saying, "Lord, save us! We're going to drown!"
  4. He replied, "You of little faith, why are you so afraid?" Then he got up and rebuked the winds and the waves, and it was completely calm.
  5. The men were amazed and asked, "What kind of man is this? Even the winds and the waves obey him!"
  1. イエス が 舟に 乘り ¿まれると， 弟子たちも 從った．
  2. そのとき， 湖に 激しい 嵐が 起こり， 舟は 波にのまれそうになった． イエス は 眠っておられた．
  3. 弟子たちは 近寄って 起こし， 「主よ， 助けてください． おぼれそうです 」と 言った．
  4. イエス は 言われた． 「なぜ 怖がるのか． 信仰の 薄い 者たちよ． 」そして， 起き 上がって 風と 湖とをお 叱りになると， すっかり ¿になった．
  5. 人¿は 驚いて， 「いったい， この 方はどういう 方なのだろう． 風や 湖さえも 從うではないか 」と 言った．
  1. When he arrived at the other side in the region of the Gadarenes, two demon-possessed men coming from the tombs met him. They were so violent that no one could pass that way.
  2. "What do you want with us, Son of God?" they shouted. "Have you come here to torture us before the appointed time?"
  3. Some distance from them a large herd of pigs was feeding.
  4. The demons begged Jesus, "If you drive us out, send us into the herd of pigs."
  5. He said to them, "Go!" So they came out and went into the pigs, and the whole herd rushed down the steep bank into the lake and died in the water.
  1. イエス が 向こう 岸の ガダラ 人の 地方に 着かれると， 惡靈に 取りつかれた 者が 二人， 墓場から 出て イエス のところにやって 來た． 二人は 非常に 狂暴で， だれもその 邊りの 道を 通れないほどであった．
  2. 突然， 彼らは 叫んだ． 「神の 子， かまわないでくれ． まだ， その 時ではないのにここに 來て， 我¿を 苦しめるのか． 」
  3. はるかかなたで 多くの 豚の 群れがえさをあさっていた．
  4. そこで， 惡靈どもは イエス に， 「我¿を 追い 出すのなら， あの 豚の 中にやってくれ 」と 願った．
  5. イエス が， 「行け 」と 言われると， 惡靈どもは 二人から 出て， 豚の 中に 入った． すると， 豚の 群れはみな 崖を 下って 湖になだれ ¿み， 水の 中で 死んだ．
  1. Those tending the pigs ran off, went into the town and reported all this, including what had happened to the demon-possessed men.
  2. Then the whole town went out to meet Jesus. And when they saw him, they pleaded with him to leave their region.
  1. 豚飼いたちは 逃げ 出し， 町に 行って， 惡靈に 取りつかれた 者のことなど 一切を 知らせた．
  2. すると， 町中の 者が イエス に 會おうとしてやって 來た． そして， イエス を 見ると， その 地方から 出て 行ってもらいたいと 言った．
 
  중풍병자의 치유(9:1-9:8)    
 
  1. Jesus stepped into a boat, crossed over and came to his own town.
  2. Some men brought to him a paralytic, lying on a mat. When Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, "Take heart, son; your sins are forgiven."
  3. At this, some of the teachers of the law said to themselves, "This fellow is blaspheming!"
  4. Knowing their thoughts, Jesus said, "Why do you entertain evil thoughts in your hearts?
  5. Which is easier: to say, 'Your sins are forgiven,' or to say, 'Get up and walk'?
  1. イエス は 舟に 乘って 湖を 渡り， 自分の 町に 歸って 來られた．
  2. すると， 人¿が 中風の 人を 床に 寢かせたまま， イエス のところへ 連れて 來た． イエス はその 人たちの 信仰を 見て， 中風の 人に， 「子よ， 元氣を 出しなさい． あなたの 罪は 赦される 」と 言われた．
  3. ところが， 律法學者の 中に， 「この 男は 神を 冒瀆している 」と 思う 者がいた．
  4. イエス は， 彼らの 考えを 見拔いて 言われた． 「なぜ， 心の 中で 惡いことを 考えているのか．
  5. 『あなたの 罪は 赦される 』と 言うのと， 『起きて 步け 』と 言うのと， どちらが 易しいか．
  1. But so that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins...." Then he said to the paralytic, "Get up, take your mat and go home."
  2. And the man got up and went home.
  3. When the crowd saw this, they were filled with awe; and they praised God, who had given such authority to men.
  1. 人の 子が 地上で 罪を 赦す 權威を 持っていることを 知らせよう． 」そして， 中風の 人に， 「起き 上がって 床を 擔ぎ， 家に 歸りなさい 」と 言われた．
  2. その 人は 起き 上がり， 家に 歸って 行った．
  3. 群衆はこれを 見て 恐ろしくなり， 人間にこれほどの 權威をゆだねられた 神を 贊美した．
