이사야 9:1-10:34

 이사야는 하나님의 구원 역사를 이루시는 메시아의 도래와 그로 인한 해방의 기쁨을 묘사하였다. 메시아로 탄생할 한 아들은 곧 하나님이시며 다윗 왕국을 영원히 다스리실 평강의 왕이라고 예언하였다. 그리고 하나님의 경고에도 불구하고 완악한 이스라엘은 앗수르에 의해 심판을 받지만, 결국 교만해진 앗수르는 멸망하게 되고 하나님만 의지하는 자들은 보호를 받을 것이라고 예언하였다.
  
  메시아의 탄생과 사역(9:1-9:21)    
 
  1. Nevertheless, there will be no more gloom for those who were in distress. In the past he humbled the land of Zebulun and the land of Naphtali, but in the future he will honor Galilee of the Gentiles, by the way of the sea, along the Jordan-
  2. The people walking in darkness have seen a great light; on those living in the land of the shadow of death a light has dawned.
  3. You have enlarged the nation and increased their joy; they rejoice before you as people rejoice at the harvest, as men rejoice when dividing the plunder.
  4. For as in the day of Midian's defeat, you have shattered the yoke that burdens them, the bar across their shoulders, the rod of their oppressor.
  5. Every warrior's boot used in battle and every garment rolled in blood will be destined for burning, will be fuel for the fire.
  1. 闇の 中を 步む 民は， 大いなる 光を 見 ／死の 陰の 地に 住む 者の 上に， 光が 輝いた．
  2. あなたは 深い 喜びと ／大きな 樂しみをお 與えになり ／人¿は 御前に 喜び 祝った． 刈り 入れの 時を 祝うように ／戰利品を 分け 合って 樂しむように．
  3. 彼らの 負う 阿， 肩を 打つ 杖， 虐げる 者の 鞭を ／あなたは ミディアン の 日のように ／折ってくださった．
  4. 地を 踏み 鳴らした 兵士の 靴 ／血にまみれた 軍服はことごとく ／火に 投げ ¿まれ， 燒き 盡くされた．
  5. ひとりのみどりごがわたしたちのために 生まれた． ひとりの 男の 子がわたしたちに 與えられた． 權威が 彼の 肩にある． その 名は， 「驚くべき 指導者， 力ある 神 ／永遠の 父， 平和の 君 」と 唱えられる．
  1. For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
  2. Of the increase of his government and peace there will be no end. He will reign on David's throne and over his kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever. The zeal of the LORD Almighty will accomplish this.
  3. The Lord has sent a message against Jacob; it will fall on Israel.
  4. All the people will know it-- Ephraim and the inhabitants of Samaria-- who say with pride and arrogance of heart,
  5. "The bricks have fallen down, but we will rebuild with dressed stone; the fig trees have been felled, but we will replace them with cedars."
  1. ダビデ の 王座とその 王國に 權威は 增し ／平和は 絶えることがない． 王國は 正義と 惠みの 業によって ／今もそしてとこしえに， 立てられ 支えられる． 万軍の 主の 熱意がこれを 成し 遂げる．
  2. 主は 御言葉を ヤコブ に 對して 送り ／それは イスラエル にふりかかった．
  3. 民はだれもかれも ／ エフライム ， サマリア の 住民も ／それを 認めたが， なお 誇り， 梶る 心に 言った．
  4. 「れんがが 崩れるなら， 切り 石で 家を 築き ／桑の 木が 倒されるなら， 杉を 代わりにしよう． 」
  5. 主は 民に 對して， 苦しめる 者 レツィン を 興し ／敵を 奮い 立たせられた．
  1. But the LORD has strengthened Rezin's foes against them and has spurred their enemies on.
  2. Arameans from the east and Philistines from the west have devoured Israel with open mouth. Yet for all this, his anger is not turned away, his hand is still upraised.
  3. But the people have not returned to him who struck them, nor have they sought the LORD Almighty.
  4. So the LORD will cut off from Israel both head and tail, both palm branch and reed in a single day;
  5. the elders and prominent men are the head, the prophets who teach lies are the tail.
  1. アラム は 東から， ペリシテ は 西から ／大口を 開けて， イスラエル を 食らった． しかしなお， 主の 怒りはやまず ／御手は 伸ばされたままだ．
  2. 民は 自分たちを 打った 方に 立ち 歸らず ／万軍の 主を 求めようとしなかった．
  3. それゆえ 主は， イスラエル から 頭も 尾も ／しゅろの 枝も 葦の 莖も 一日のうちに 斷たれた．
  4. 長老や 尊敬される 者， これが 頭 ／僞りを 敎える 者， 預言者， これが 尾だ．
  5. この 民を 導くべき 者は， 迷わす 者となり ／導かれる 者は， 惑わされる 者となった．
  1. Those who guide this people mislead them, and those who are guided are led astray.
  2. Therefore the Lord will take no pleasure in the young men, nor will he pity the fatherless and widows, for everyone is ungodly and wicked, every mouth speaks vileness. Yet for all this, his anger is not turned away, his hand is still upraised.
  3. Surely wickedness burns like a fire; it consumes briers and thorns, it sets the forest thickets ablaze, so that it rolls upward in a column of smoke.
  4. By the wrath of the LORD Almighty the land will be scorched and the people will be fuel for the fire; no one will spare his brother.
  5. On the right they will devour, but still be hungry; on the left they will eat, but not be satisfied. Each will feed on the flesh of his own offspring :
  1. それゆえ， 主は 若者たちを 喜ばれず ／みなしごややもめすらも 憐れまれない． 民はすべて， 神を 無視する 者で， 惡を 行い ／どの 口も 不信心なことを 語るからだ． しかしなお， 主の 怒りはやまず ／御手は 伸ばされたままだ．
  2. まことに 惡は 火のように 燃え ／茨とおどろをなめ 盡くす． 森の 茂みに 燃えつき， 煙の 柱が 卷き 上がる．
  3. 万軍の 主の 燃える 怒りによって， 地は 燒かれ ／民は 火の 燃えくさのようになり ／だれもその 兄弟を 容赦しない．
  4. 右から 切り 取っても， 飢えている． 左に 食らいついても， 飽くことができない． だれも 皆， 自分の 同胞の 肉を 食らう．
  5. マナセ は エフライム を， エフライム は マナセ を ／そして 彼らは 共に ユダ を 襲う． しかしなお， 主の 怒りはやまず ／御手は 伸ばされたままだ．
  1. Manasseh will feed on Ephraim, and Ephraim on Manasseh; together they will turn against Judah. Yet for all this, his anger is not turned away, his hand is still upraised.
 
  앗수르의 심판(10:1-10:34)    
 
  1. Woe to those who make unjust laws, to those who issue oppressive decrees,
  2. to deprive the poor of their rights and withhold justice from the oppressed of my people, making widows their prey and robbing the fatherless.
  3. What will you do on the day of reckoning, when disaster comes from afar? To whom will you run for help? Where will you leave your riches?
  4. Nothing will remain but to cringe among the captives or fall among the slain. Yet for all this, his anger is not turned away, his hand is still upraised.
  5. "Woe to the Assyrian, the rod of my anger, in whose hand is the club of my wrath!
  1. 災いだ， 僞りの 判決を 下す 者 ／勞苦を 負わせる 宣告文を 記す 者は．
  2. 彼らは 弱い 者の 訴えを 退け ／わたしの 民の 貧しい 者から 權利を 奪い ／やもめを 餌食とし， みなしごを 略奪する．
  3. 刑罰の 日に 向かって ／襲って 來る 嵐に 對して ／お 前たちはどうするつもりか． 誰に 助けを 求めて 逃れるつもりか． どこにお 前たちは 榮光を 託そうとするのか．
  4. 捕らわれ 人としてかがみ ／殺された 者となって 倒れるだけではないか． しかしなお， 主の 怒りはやまず ／御手は 伸ばされたままだ．
  5. 災いだ， わたしの 怒りの 鞭となる アッシリア は． 彼はわたしの 手にある 憤りの 杖だ．
  1. I send him against a godless nation, I dispatch him against a people who anger me, to seize loot and snatch plunder, and to trample them down like mud in the streets.
  2. But this is not what he intends, this is not what he has in mind; his purpose is to destroy, to put an end to many nations.
  3. 'Are not my commanders all kings?' he says.
  4. 'Has not Calno fared like Carchemish? Is not Hamath like Arpad, and Samaria like Damascus?
  5. As my hand seized the kingdoms of the idols, kingdoms whose images excelled those of Jerusalem and Samaria-
  1. 神を 無視する 國に 向かって ／わたしはそれを 遣わし ／わたしの 激怒をかった 民に 對して， それに 命じる． 「戰利品を 取り， 略奪品を 取れ ／野の 土のように 彼を 踏みにじれ 」と．
  2. しかし， 彼はそのように 策を 立てず ／その 心はそのように 計らおうとしなかった． その 心にあるのはむしろ 滅ぼし 盡くすこと ／多くの 國を 斷ち 盡くすこと．
  3. 彼は 言う． 「王たちは， すべて， わたしの 役人ではないか．

  1. shall I not deal with Jerusalem and her images as I dealt with Samaria and her idols?' "
  2. When the Lord has finished all his work against Mount Zion and Jerusalem, he will say, "I will punish the king of Assyria for the willful pride of his heart and the haughty look in his eyes.
  3. For he says: " 'By the strength of my hand I have done this, and by my wisdom, because I have understanding. I removed the boundaries of nations, I plundered their treasures; like a mighty one I subdued their kings.
  4. As one reaches into a nest, so my hand reached for the wealth of the nations; as men gather abandoned eggs, so I gathered all the countries; not one flapped a wing, or opened its mouth to chirp.' "
  5. Does the ax raise itself above him who swings it, or the saw boast against him who uses it? As if a rod were to wield him who lifts it up, or a club brandish him who is not wood!
  1. そして， サマリア とその 偶像にしたように ／わたしは 必ず エルサレム と ／その 彫像に 對して 行う． 」
  2. 主は シオン の 山と エルサレム に 對する 御業をすべて 成就されるとき， アッシリア の 王の 梶った 心の 結ぶ 實， 高ぶる 目の 輝きを 罰せられる．
  3. なぜなら アッシリア の 王は 言った． 「自分の 手の 力によってわたしは 行った． 聰明なわたしは 自分の 知惠によって 行った． わたしは 諸民族の 境を 取り 拂い ／彼らの 蓄えた 物を 略奪し ／力ある 者と 共に 住民たちを 引きずり 落とした．
  4. わたしの 手は， 鳥の 巢を 奪うように ／諸民族の 富に 伸びた． 置き 去られた 卵をかき 集めるように ／わたしは 全世界をかき 集めた． そのとき， 翼を 動かす 者はなく ／くちばしを 開いて 鳴く 者もなかった． 」
  5. 斧がそれを 振るう 者に 對して 自分を 誇り ／のこぎりがそれを 使う 者に 向かって ／高ぶることができるだろうか． それは， 鞭が 自分を 振り 上げる 者を 動かし ／杖が 木でない 者を 持ち 上げようとするに 等しい．
  1. Therefore, the Lord, the LORD Almighty, will send a wasting disease upon his sturdy warriors; under his pomp a fire will be kindled like a blazing flame.
  2. The Light of Israel will become a fire, their Holy One a flame; in a single day it will burn and consume his thorns and his briers.
  3. The splendor of his forests and fertile fields it will completely destroy, as when a sick man wastes away.
  4. And the remaining trees of his forests will be so few that a child could write them down.
  5. In that day the remnant of Israel, the survivors of the house of Jacob, will no longer rely on him who struck them down but will truly rely on the LORD, the Holy One of Israel.
  1. それゆえ， 万軍の 主なる 神は ／太った 者の 中に 衰弱を 送り ／主の 榮光の 下に 炎を 燃え 上がらせ ／火のように 燃えさせられる．
  2. イスラエル の 光である 方は 火となり ／聖なる 方は 炎となって ／一日のうちに 茨とおどろを 燒き 盡くされる．
  3. 森も 牧場も 魂から 肉まで 燒き 盡くされ ／くずおれて， 倒れる．
  4. 森に 殘る 木は 數少なく ／幼子でもそれを 書き 留めうる．
  5. その 日には， イスラエル の 殘りの 者と ヤコブ の 家の 逃れた 者とは， 再び 自分たちを 擊った 敵に 賴ることなく， イスラエル の 聖なる 方， 主に 眞實をもって 賴る．
  1. A remnant will return, a remnant of Jacob will return to the Mighty God.
  2. Though your people, O Israel, be like the sand by the sea, only a remnant will return. Destruction has been decreed, overwhelming and righteous.
  3. The Lord, the LORD Almighty, will carry out the destruction decreed upon the whole land.
  4. Therefore, this is what the Lord, the LORD Almighty, says: "O my people who live in Zion, do not be afraid of the Assyrians, who beat you with a rod and lift up a club against you, as Egypt did.
  5. Very soon my anger against you will end and my wrath will be directed to their destruction."
  1. 殘りの 者が 歸って 來る． ヤコブ の 殘りの 者が， 力ある 神に．
  2. あなたの 民 イスラエル が 海の 砂のようであっても， そのうちの 殘りの 者だけが 歸って 來る． 滅びは 定められ， 正義がみなぎる．
  3. 万軍の 主なる 神が， 定められた 滅びを 全世界のただ 中で 行われるからだ．
  4. それゆえ， 万軍の 主なる 神はこう 言われる． 「シオン に 住むわが 民よ， アッシリア を 恐れるな． たとえ， エジプト がしたように ／彼らがあなたを 鞭で 打ち， 杖を 振り 上げても．
  5. やがて， わたしの 憤りの 盡きるときが 來る． わたしの 怒りは 彼らの 滅びに 向けられる．
  1. The LORD Almighty will lash them with a whip, as when he struck down Midian at the rock of Oreb; and he will raise his staff over the waters, as he did in Egypt.
  2. In that day their burden will be lifted from your shoulders, their yoke from your neck; the yoke will be broken because you have grown so fat.
  3. They enter Aiath; they pass through Migron; they store supplies at Micmash.
  4. They go over the pass, and say, "We will camp overnight at Geba." Ramah trembles; Gibeah of Saul flees.
  5. Cry out, O Daughter of Gallim! Listen, O Laishah! Poor Anathoth!
  1. 万軍の 主は， 彼らに 對して 鞭を 振るわれる ／かつて， オレブ の 岩で ／ ミディアン 人を 打たれたように． また エジプト でなされたように ／杖を 海の 上に 伸ばされる．
  2. その 日が 來れば ／あなたの 肩から 重荷は 取り 去られ ／首に 置かれた 阿は ¿かれる． 」彼らは リンモン の 前から 上って

  1. Madmenah is in flight; the people of Gebim take cover.
  2. This day they will halt at Nob; they will shake their fist at the mount of the Daughter of Zion, at the hill of Jerusalem.
  3. See, the Lord, the LORD Almighty, will lop off the boughs with great power. The lofty trees will be felled, the tall ones will be brought low.
  4. He will cut down the forest thickets with an ax; Lebanon will fall before the Mighty One.
  1. マドメナ は 逃げて 行き ／ ゲビム の 住民は 避難した．
  2. 更に 今日， 彼らは ノブ に 立ち ／娘 シオン の 山， エルサレム の 丘に 向かって ／進軍の 手を 振り 上げる．
