이사야 20:1-22:25

 이사야는 삼 년 동안 벗은 몸과 벗은 발로 행하며, 앗수르의 공격으로 애굽과 구스가 당할 치욕을 몸소 보여 주었다. 바벨론, 두마, 아라비아, 게달이 멸망을 당하게 될 것이고, 하나님을 존경하지 않은 예루살렘에는 심판이 임할 것이라고 하였다. 또한 하나님의 집에 수치를 끼친 셉나를 관직에서 쫓아내고 대신에 엘리아김을 세웠지만, 후에 그도 부패하게 될 것이라고 예언하였다.
  
  애굽, 구스, 바벨론의 멸망(20:1-21:17)    
 
  1. In the year that the supreme commander, sent by Sargon king of Assyria, came to Ashdod and attacked and captured it-
  2. at that time the LORD spoke through Isaiah son of Amoz. He said to him, "Take off the sackcloth from your body and the sandals from your feet." And he did so, going around stripped and barefoot.
  3. Then the LORD said, "Just as my servant Isaiah has gone stripped and barefoot for three years, as a sign and portent against Egypt and Cush,
  4. so the king of Assyria will lead away stripped and barefoot the Egyptian captives and Cushite exiles, young and old, with buttocks bared--to Egypt's shame.
  5. Those who trusted in Cush and boasted in Egypt will be afraid and put to shame.
  1. アッシリア の 王 サルゴン に 派遣された 將軍が アシュドド を 襲った 年のことである． 彼は アシュドド と 戰い， これを 占領した．
  2. それに 先立って， 主は アモツ の 子 イザヤ を 通して， 命じられた． 「腰から 粗布を 取り 去り， 足から 履物を 脫いで 步け． 」彼はそのとおりにして， 裸， はだしで 步き 回った．

  1. In that day the people who live on this coast will say, 'See what has happened to those we relied on, those we fled to for help and deliverance from the king of Assyria! How then can we escape?' "
  1. その 日には， この 海邊の 住民は 言う． 「見よ， アッシリア の 王から 救われようと 助けを 求めて 逃げ， 望みをかけていたものがこの 有樣なら， 我¿はどうして 逃げ 延びえようか． 」
 
 
  1. An oracle concerning the Desert by the Sea: Like whirlwinds sweeping through the southland, an invader comes from the desert, from a land of terror.
  2. A dire vision has been shown to me: The traitor betrays, the looter takes loot. Elam, attack! Media, lay siege! I will bring to an end all the groaning she caused.
  3. At this my body is racked with pain, pangs seize me, like those of a woman in labor; I am staggered by what I hear, I am bewildered by what I see.
  4. My heart falters, fear makes me tremble; the twilight I longed for has become a horror to me.
  5. They set the tables, they spread the rugs, they eat, they drink! Get up, you officers, oil the shields!
  1. 海の 荒れ 野についての 託宣． ネゲブ に 吹き 荒れるつむじ 風のように 彼は 來る ／荒れ 野から， 恐ろしい 地から．
  2. 嚴しい 幻が， わたしに 示された． 「欺く 者は 欺き 續け ／荒らす 者は 荒らし 續けている． 上れ， エラム よ ／包圍せよ， メディア よ ／わたしは 呻きをすべて 終わらせる． 」
  3. それゆえ， わたしの 腰は 激しくもだえ ／産婦の 痛みのような 痛みにとらえられた． わたしは 驚きのあまり， 聞くこともできず ／恐れのあまり， 見ることもできない．
  4. わが 心は 亂れ， おののきが， わたしを 打ちのめす． 樂しみにしていた 夕暮れは ／かえって， わたしを 恐怖に 突き 落とした．
  5. 宴は 廣げられ， 座は 整えられ ／人¿は 飮み 食いしていた． 「立て， 武將たちよ ／盾に， 油を 塗れ． 」
  1. This is what the Lord says to me: "Go, post a lookout and have him report what he sees.
  2. When he sees chariots with teams of horses, riders on donkeys or riders on camels, let him be alert, fully alert."
  3. And the lookout shouted, "Day after day, my lord, I stand on the watchtower; every night I stay at my post.
  4. Look, here comes a man in a chariot with a team of horses. And he gives back the answer: 'Babylon has fallen, has fallen! All the images of its gods lie shattered on the ground!' "
  5. O my people, crushed on the threshing floor, I tell you what I have heard from the LORD Almighty, from the God of Israel.
  1. わが 主はわたしにこう 言われた． 「さあ， 見張りを 立てよ． 見るところを 報告させよ．
  2. 彼は 見るであろう． 二頭立ての 戰車を ／ろばに 乘る 者， らくだに 乘る 者を． 耳をそばだてて 聞け， 油斷するな． 」
  3. 見張りは 叫んだ． 「わが 主よ， 見張り 台に ／わたしは 一日中立ち 盡くし ／步哨の 部署に ／わたしは 夜通しついていた．
  4. 見よ， あそこにやって 來た ／二頭立ての 戰車を 驅る 者が． 」その 人は 叫んで， 言った． 「倒れた， 倒れた， バビロン が． 神¿の 像はすべて ¿かれ， 地に 落ちた． 」
  5. 打たれ， 踏みにじられたわたしの 民よ ／わたしは， あなたたちに 告げた ／ イスラエル の 神， 万軍の 主から ／わたしが 聞いたことを．
  1. An oracle concerning Dumah : Someone calls to me from Seir, "Watchman, what is left of the night? Watchman, what is left of the night?"
  2. The watchman replies, "Morning is coming, but also the night. If you would ask, then ask; and come back yet again."
  3. An oracle concerning Arabia: You caravans of Dedanites, who camp in the thickets of Arabia,
  4. bring water for the thirsty; you who live in Tema, bring food for the fugitives.
  5. They flee from the sword, from the drawn sword, from the bent bow and from the heat of battle.
  1. ドマ についての 託宣． セイル から， わたしを 呼ぶ 者がある． 「見張りの 者よ， 今は 夜の 何どきか ／見張りの 者よ， 夜の 何どきなのか． 」
  2. 見張りの 者は 言った． 「夜明けは 近づいている， しかしまだ 夜なのだ． どうしても 尋ねたいならば， 尋ねよ ／もう 一度來るがよい． 」
  3. 荒れ 地についての 託宣． 荒れ 地の 茂みで 夜を 明かせ ／ デダン の 隊商よ．
  4. 渴いた 者を 迎えるために ／水を 持って 來るがよい． テマ の 地の 住民よ ／ パン をもって， 逃れてきた 者を 出迎えよ．
  5. 彼らは 劍， 拔き 身の 劍 ／引き 絞られた 弓 ／戰いの 苦しみを 逃れてきたのだから．
  1. This is what the Lord says to me: "Within one year, as a servant bound by contract would count it, all the pomp of Kedar will come to an end.
  2. The survivors of the bowmen, the warriors of Kedar, will be few." The LORD, the God of Israel, has spoken.
  1. まことに， 主はわたしにこう 言われた． 雇い 人の 年期のように， 一年たてば ／ ケダル の 榮光はすべて 盡きる．
  2. ケダル の 勇士らの 弓も 殘り 少なくなる． イスラエル の 神， 主が 語られた．
 
  셉나와 엘리아김(22:1-22:25)    
 
  1. An oracle concerning the Valley of Vision: What troubles you now, that you have all gone up on the roofs,
  2. O town full of commotion, O city of tumult and revelry? Your slain were not killed by the sword, nor did they die in battle.
  3. All your leaders have fled together; they have been captured without using the bow. All you who were caught were taken prisoner together, having fled while the enemy was still far away.
  4. Therefore I said, "Turn away from me; let me weep bitterly. Do not try to console me over the destruction of my people."
  5. The Lord, the LORD Almighty, has a day of tumult and trampling and terror in the Valley of Vision, a day of battering down walls and of crying out to the mountains.
  1. 幻の 谷についての 託宣． どうしたのか， お 前たちが 皆， 屋上にいるのは．
  2. ¿音に 滿たされ， どよめく 都 ／喜びに 浮かれた 町よ． お 前の 死者たちは， 劍に 倒れたのではない ／戰って 死んだのではない．
  3. お 前の 將校たちはすべて 逃げ 出したが ／弓を 引くこともなく 捕らえられた． 遠くに 逃げた 者も 皆 ／見つけられ， 共に 捕らえられた．
  4. それゆえ， わたしは 言う． 「わたしから 目をそらしてくれ． わたしは 激しく 泣く． あえてわたしを 慰めるな． 娘なるわが 民が 滅びたのだ． 」
  5. 混亂と ··と 崩壞の 日が ／万軍の 主なる 神から 來る． 幻の 谷に， ¿音が 響き 渡り ／山に 向かって 叫ぶ 聲がある．
  1. Elam takes up the quiver, with her charioteers and horses; Kir uncovers the shield.
  2. Your choicest valleys are full of chariots, and horsemen are posted at the city gates;
  3. the defenses of Judah are stripped away. And you looked in that day to the weapons in the Palace of the Forest;
  4. you saw that the City of David had many breaches in its defenses; you stored up water in the Lower Pool.
  5. You counted the buildings in Jerusalem and tore down houses to strengthen the wall.
  1. エラム は 矢筒を 取り 上げ ／戰車には 人が 乘り， 馬がつながれた． また， キル は 盾の 覆いをはずした．
  2. お 前の 最も 豊かな 平野は ／戰車と 馬で 滿たされ ／彼らは 城門の 前に 陣取り

  1. You built a reservoir between the two walls for the water of the Old Pool, but you did not look to the One who made it, or have regard for the One who planned it long ago.
  2. The Lord, the LORD Almighty, called you on that day to weep and to wail, to tear out your hair and put on sackcloth.
  3. But see, there is joy and revelry, slaughtering of cattle and killing of sheep, eating of meat and drinking of wine! "Let us eat and drink," you say, "for tomorrow we die!"
  4. The LORD Almighty has revealed this in my hearing: "Till your dying day this sin will not be atoned for," says the Lord, the LORD Almighty.
  5. This is what the Lord, the LORD Almighty, says: "Go, say to this steward, to Shebna, who is in charge of the palace:
  1. 二つの 城壁の 間に 水溜めを 造り ／古い 池の 水を 入れた． しかし， お 前たちは， 都を 造られた 方に 目を 向けず ／遠い 昔に 都を 形づくられた 方を ／見ようとしなかった．
  2. その 日には， 万軍の 主なる 神が 布告された． 嘆くこと， 泣くこと ／髮をそり， 粗布をまとうことを．
  3. しかし， 見よ， 彼らは 喜び 祝い ／牛を 殺し， 羊を 屠り ／肉を 食らい， 酒を 飮んで 言った． 「食らえ， 飮め， 明日は 死ぬのだから 」と．
  4. 万軍の 主はわたしの 耳に 告げられた． 「お 前たちが 死ぬまで ／この 罪は 決して 赦されることがない 」と ／万軍の 主なる 神が 言われた．
  5. 万軍の 主なる 神はこう 言われた． 「さあ 行け， あの 家令のところへ． 宮廷を 支配している シェブナ のところへ． 」
  1. What are you doing here and who gave you permission to cut out a grave for yourself here, hewing your grave on the height and chiseling your resting place in the rock?
  2. "Beware, the LORD is about to take firm hold of you and hurl you away, O you mighty man.
  3. He will roll you up tightly like a ball and throw you into a large country. There you will die and there your splendid chariots will remain-- you disgrace to your master's house!
  4. I will depose you from your office, and you will be ousted from your position.
  5. "In that day I will summon my servant, Eliakim son of Hilkiah.
  1. ここでお 前は 何をしているのか ／ここでお 前は 何者だというのか． ここに 自分の 墓を 掘るとは 何事か． 高い 所に 墓を 掘り ／岩をえぐって 住みかを 造ろうとする 者よ．
  2. 見よ， 主はお 前を 放り 出される． 人よ， 主はお 前を 衣のように 卷き
  3. タ ― バン のように 丸めてまりを 作り ／廣大な 地へ 放り 出される． そこでお 前は 死に ／そこに， お 前の 誇る 馬車も 捨てられる． 主人の 家に 恥をもたらす 者よ．
  4. わたしは， お 前をその 地位から 追う． お 前はその 職務から 退けられる．
  5. その 日には， わたしは， わが 僕， ヒルキヤ の 子 エルヤキム を 呼び，
  1. I will clothe him with your robe and fasten your sash around him and hand your authority over to him. He will be a father to those who live in Jerusalem and to the house of Judah.
  2. I will place on his shoulder the key to the house of David; what he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open.
  3. I will drive him like a peg into a firm place; he will be a seat of honor for the house of his father.
  4. All the glory of his family will hang on him: its offspring and offshoots--all its lesser vessels, from the bowls to all the jars.
  5. "In that day," declares the LORD Almighty, "the peg driven into the firm place will give way; it will be sheared off and will fall, and the load hanging on it will be cut down." The LORD has spoken.
  1. 彼にお 前の 衣を 着せ， お 前の 飾り 帶を 締めさせ， お 前に 與えられていた 支配權を 彼の 手に 渡す． 彼は エルサレム の 住民と ユダ の 家の 父となる．
  2. わたしは 彼の 肩に， ダビデ の 家の 鍵を 置く． 彼が 開けば， 閉じる 者はなく， 彼が 閉じれば， 開く 者はないであろう．
  3. わたしは， 彼を 確かなところに 打ち ¿み， かなめとする． 彼は， 父の 家にとって 榮光の 座に 着く．
  4. 彼の 父の 家の 榮光はすべて， 彼の 上に 掛けられる． 木の 芽から 葉に 至るまで， また， 小さな 器もすべて， 鉢からあらゆる 壺に 至るまで．
  5. だが， その 日には， と 万軍の 主は 言われる． 確かなところに 打ち ¿まれていたかなめは 拔け 落ち， それに 掛けられていた 重荷は， 壞され， 落ち， 斷たれる， と 主が 語られた．
