창세기 45:1-46:34

 요셉은 형제들에게 자기의 신분을 밝히고 그들을 위로하였다. 요셉의 형제들이 왔다는 소식을 들은 바로는 그들을 환대하였고, 야곱의 가족이 애굽에 이주하여 살도록 배려했다. 야곱은 그의 가족들을 데리고 애굽으로 이주하여 요셉과 눈물의 재회를 하고 고센 땅에 정착하였다.
  
  요셉과 형제들의 화해(45:1-45:28)    
 
  1. 요셉이 시종하는 자들 앞에서 그 정을 억제하지 못하여 소리질러 모든 사람을 자기에게서 물러가라 하고 그 형제에게 자기를 알리니 때에 그와 함께한 자가 없었더라
  2. 요셉이 방성대곡하니 애굽 사람에게 들리며 바로의 궁중에 들리더라
  3. 요셉이 그 형들에게 이르되 나는 요셉이라 내 아버지께서 아직 살아 계시니이까 형들이 그 앞에서 놀라서 능히 대답하지 못하는지라
  4. 요셉이 형들에게 이르되 내게로 가까이 오소서 그들이 가까이 가니 가로되 나는 당신들의 아우 요셉이니 당신들이 애굽에 판 자라
  5. 당신들이 나를 이곳에 팔았으므로 근심하지 마소서 한탄하지 마소서 하나님이 생명을 구원하시려고 나를 당신들 앞서 보내셨나이다
  1. Then Joseph could no longer control himself before all his attendants, and he cried out, "Have everyone leave my presence!" So there was no one with Joseph when he made himself known to his brothers.
  2. And he wept so loudly that the Egyptians heard him, and Pharaoh's household heard about it.
  3. Joseph said to his brothers, "I am Joseph! Is my father still living?" But his brothers were not able to answer him, because they were terrified at his presence.
  4. Then Joseph said to his brothers, "Come close to me." When they had done so, he said, "I am your brother Joseph, the one you sold into Egypt!
  5. And now, do not be distressed and do not be angry with yourselves for selling me here, because it was to save lives that God sent me ahead of you.
  1. 이 땅에 이년 동안 흉년이 들었으나 아직 오년은 기경도 못하고 추수도 못할찌라
  2. 하나님이 큰 구원으로 당신들의 생명을 보존하고 당신들의 후손을 세상에 두시려고 나를 당신들 앞서 보내셨나니
  3. 그런즉 나를 이리로 보낸 자는 당신들이 아니요 하나님이시라 하나님이 나로 바로의 아비를 삼으시며 그 온 집의 주를 삼으시며 애굽 온 땅의 치리자를 삼으셨나이다
  4. 당신들은 속히 아버지께로 올라가서 고하기를 아버지의 아들 요셉의 말에 하나님이 나를 애굽 전국의 주로 세우셨으니 내게로 지체말고 내려오사
  5. 아버지의 아들들과 아버지의 손자들과 아버지의 양과 소와 모든 소유가 고센 땅에 있어서 나와 가깝게 하소서
  1. For two years now there has been famine in the land, and for the next five years there will not be plowing and reaping.
  2. But God sent me ahead of you to preserve for you a remnant on earth and to save your lives by a great deliverance.
  3. "So then, it was not you who sent me here, but God. He made me father to Pharaoh, lord of his entire household and ruler of all Egypt.
  4. Now hurry back to my father and say to him, 'This is what your son Joseph says: God has made me lord of all Egypt. Come down to me; don't delay.
  5. You shall live in the region of Goshen and be near me--you, your children and grandchildren, your flocks and herds, and all you have.
  1. 흉년이 아직 다섯해가 있으니 내가 거기서 아버지를 봉양하리이다 아버지와 아버지의 가속과 아버지의 모든 소속이 결핍할까 하나이다 하더라 하소서
  2. 당신들의 눈과 내 아우 베냐민의 눈이 보는바 당신들에게 이 말을 하는 것은 내 입이라
  3. 당신들은 나의 애굽에서의 영화와 당신들의 본 모든 것을 다 내 아버지께 고하고 속히 모시고 내려오소서 하며
  4. 자기 아우 베냐민의 목을 안고 우니 베냐민도 요셉의 목을 안고 우니라
  5. 요셉이 또 형들과 입맞추며 안고 우니 형들이 그제야 요셉과 말하니라
  1. I will provide for you there, because five years of famine are still to come. Otherwise you and your household and all who belong to you will become destitute.'
  2. "You can see for yourselves, and so can my brother Benjamin, that it is really I who am speaking to you.
  3. Tell my father about all the honor accorded me in Egypt and about everything you have seen. And bring my father down here quickly."
  4. Then he threw his arms around his brother Benjamin and wept, and Benjamin embraced him, weeping.
  5. And he kissed all his brothers and wept over them. Afterward his brothers talked with him.
  1. 요셉의 형들이 왔다는 소문이 바로의 궁에 들리매 바로와 그 신복이 기뻐하고
  2. 바로는 요셉에게 이르되 네 형들에게 명하기를 너희는 이렇게 하여 너희 양식을 싣고 가서 가나안 땅에 이르거든
  3. 너희 아비와 너희 가속을 이끌고 내게로 오라 내가 너희에게 애굽 땅 아름다운 것을 주리니 너희가 나라의 기름진 것을 먹으리라
  4. 이제 명을 받았으니 이렇게 하라 너희는 애굽 땅에서 수레를 가져다가 너희 자녀와 아내를 태우고 너희 아비를 데려오라
  5. 또 너희의 기구를 아끼지 말라 온 애굽 땅의 좋은 것이 너희 것임이니라 하라
  1. When the news reached Pharaoh's palace that Joseph's brothers had come, Pharaoh and all his officials were pleased.
  2. Pharaoh said to Joseph, "Tell your brothers, 'Do this: Load your animals and return to the land of Canaan,
  3. and bring your father and your families back to me. I will give you the best of the land of Egypt and you can enjoy the fat of the land.'
  4. "You are also directed to tell them, 'Do this: Take some carts from Egypt for your children and your wives, and get your father and come.
  5. Never mind about your belongings, because the best of all Egypt will be yours.' "
  1. 이스라엘의 아들들이 그대로 할쌔 요셉이 바로의 명대로 그들에게 수레를 주고 길 양식을 주며
  2. 또 그들에게 다 각기 옷 한벌씩 주되 베냐민에게는 은 삼백과 옷 다섯벌을 주고
  3. 그가 또 이와 같이 그 아비에게 보내되 수나귀 열 필에 애굽의 아름다운 물품을 실리고 암나귀 열 필에는 아비에게 길에서 공궤할 곡식과 떡과 양식을 실리고
  4. 이에 형들을 돌려 보내며 그들에게 이르되 당신들은 노중에서 다투지 말라 하였더라
  5. 그들이 애굽에서 올라와 가나안 땅으로 들어가서 아비 야곱에게 이르러
  1. So the sons of Israel did this. Joseph gave them carts, as Pharaoh had commanded, and he also gave them provisions for their journey.
  2. To each of them he gave new clothing, but to Benjamin he gave three hundred shekels of silver and five sets of clothes.
  3. And this is what he sent to his father: ten donkeys loaded with the best things of Egypt, and ten female donkeys loaded with grain and bread and other provisions for his journey.
  4. Then he sent his brothers away, and as they were leaving he said to them, "Don't quarrel on the way!"
  5. So they went up out of Egypt and came to their father Jacob in the land of Canaan.
  1. 고하여 가로되 요셉이 지금까지 살아 있어 애굽 땅 총리가 되었더이다 야곱이 그들을 믿지 아니하므로 기색하더니
  2. 그들이 또 요셉이 자기들에게 부탁한 모든 말로 그 아비에게 고하매 그 아비 야곱이 요셉의 자기를 태우려고 보낸 수레를 보고야 기운이 소생한지라
  3. 이스라엘이 가로되 족하도다 내 아들 요셉이 지금까지 살았으니 내가 죽기 전에 가서 그를 보리라
  1. They told him, "Joseph is still alive! In fact, he is ruler of all Egypt." Jacob was stunned; he did not believe them.
  2. But when they told him everything Joseph had said to them, and when he saw the carts Joseph had sent to carry him back, the spirit of their father Jacob revived.
  3. And Israel said, "I'm convinced! My son Joseph is still alive. I will go and see him before I die."
 
  애굽으로 이주한 야곱(46:1-46:34)    
 
  1. 이스라엘이 모든 소유를 이끌고 발행하여 브엘세바에 이르러 그 아비 이삭의 하나님께 희생을 드리니
  2. 밤에 하나님이 이상 중에 이스라엘에게 나타나시고 불러 가라사대 야곱아 야곱아 하시는지라 야곱이 가로되 내가 여기 있나이다 하매
  3. 하나님이 가라사대 나는 하나님이라 네 아비의 하나님이니 애굽으로 내려가기를 두려워 말라 내가 거기서 너로 큰 민족을 이루게 하리라
  4. 내가 너와 함께 애굽으로 내려가겠고 정녕 너를 인도하여 다시 올라올 것이며 요셉이 그 손으로 네 눈을 감기리라 하셨더라
  5. 야곱이 브엘세바에서 발행할쌔 이스라엘의 아들들이 바로의 태우려고 보낸 수레에 자기들의 아비 야곱과 자기들의 처자들을 태웠고
  1. So Israel set out with all that was his, and when he reached Beersheba, he offered sacrifices to the God of his father Isaac.
  2. And God spoke to Israel in a vision at night and said, "Jacob! Jacob!" "Here I am," he replied.
  3. "I am God, the God of your father," he said. "Do not be afraid to go down to Egypt, for I will make you into a great nation there.
  4. I will go down to Egypt with you, and I will surely bring you back again. And Joseph's own hand will close your eyes."
  5. Then Jacob left Beersheba, and Israel's sons took their father Jacob and their children and their wives in the carts that Pharaoh had sent to transport him.
  1. 그 생축과 가나안 땅에서 얻은 재물을 이끌었으며 야곱과 그 자손들이 다함께 애굽으로 갔더라
  2. 이와 같이 야곱이 그 아들들과 손자들과 딸들과 손녀들 곧 그 모든 자손을 데리고 애굽으로 갔더라
  3. 애굽으로 내려간 이스라엘 가족의 이름이 이러하니 야곱과 그 아들들 곧 야곱의 맏아들 르우벤과
  4. 르우벤의 아들 하녹과 발루와 헤스론과 갈미요
  5. 시므온의 아들 곧 여무엘과 야민과 오핫과 야긴과 스할과 가나안 여인의 소생 사울이요
  1. They also took with them their livestock and the possessions they had acquired in Canaan, and Jacob and all his offspring went to Egypt.
  2. He took with him to Egypt his sons and grandsons and his daughters and granddaughters--all his offspring.
  3. These are the names of the sons of Israel (Jacob and his descendants) who went to Egypt: Reuben the firstborn of Jacob.
  4. The sons of Reuben: Hanoch, Pallu, Hezron and Carmi.
  5. The sons of Simeon: Jemuel, Jamin, Ohad, Jakin, Zohar and Shaul the son of a Canaanite woman.
  1. 레위의 아들 곧 게르손과 그핫과 므라리요
  2. 유다의 아들 곧 엘과 오난과 셀라와 베레스와 세라니 엘과 오난은 가나안 땅에서 죽었고 또 베레스의 아들 곧 헤스론과 하물이요
  3. 잇사갈의 아들 곧 돌라와 부와와 욥과 시므론이요
  4. 스불론의 아들 곧 세렛과 엘론과 얄르엘이니
  5. 이들은 레아가 밧단아람에서 야곱에게 낳은 자손들이라 그 딸 디나를 합하여 남자와 여자가 삼십 삼명이며
  1. The sons of Levi: Gershon, Kohath and Merari.
  2. The sons of Judah: Er, Onan, Shelah, Perez and Zerah (but Er and Onan had died in the land of Canaan). The sons of Perez: Hezron and Hamul.
  3. The sons of Issachar: Tola, Puah, Jashub and Shimron.
  4. The sons of Zebulun: Sered, Elon and Jahleel.
  5. These were the sons Leah bore to Jacob in Paddan Aram, besides his daughter Dinah. These sons and daughters of his were thirty-three in all.
  1. 갓의 아들 곧 시뵨과 학기와 수니와 에스본과 에리와 아로디와 아렐리요
  2. 아셀의 아들 곧 임나와 이스와와 이스위와 브리아와 그들의 누이 세라며 또 브리아의 아들 곧 헤벨과 말기엘이니
  3. 이들은 라반이 그 딸 레아에게 준 실바가 야곱에게 낳은 자손들이라 합 십 륙명이요
  4. 야곱의 아내 라헬의 아들 곧 요셉과 베냐민이요
  5. 애굽 땅에서 온 제사장 보디베라의 딸 아스낫이 요셉에게 낳은 므낫세와 에브라임이요
  1. The sons of Gad: Zephon, Haggi, Shuni, Ezbon, Eri, Arodi and Areli.
  2. The sons of Asher: Imnah, Ishvah, Ishvi and Beriah. Their sister was Serah. The sons of Beriah: Heber and Malkiel.
  3. These were the children born to Jacob by Zilpah, whom Laban had given to his daughter Leah--sixteen in all.
  4. The sons of Jacob's wife Rachel: Joseph and Benjamin.
  5. In Egypt, Manasseh and Ephraim were born to Joseph by Asenath daughter of Potiphera, priest of On.
  1. 베냐민의 아들 곧 벨라와 베겔과 아스벨과 게라와 나아만과 에히와 로스와 뭅빔과 훕빔（후ㅂ빔）과 아릇이니
  2. 이들은 라헬이 야곱에게 낳은 자손이라 합 십 사명이요
  3. 단의 아들 후심이요
  4. 납달리의 아들 곧 야스엘과 구니와 예셀과 실렘이라
  5. 이들은 라반이 그 딸 라헬에게 준 빌하가 야곱에게 낳은 자손이니 합이 칠명이라
  1. The sons of Benjamin: Bela, Beker, Ashbel, Gera, Naaman, Ehi, Rosh, Muppim, Huppim and Ard.
  2. These were the sons of Rachel who were born to Jacob--fourteen in all.
  3. The son of Dan: Hushim.
  4. The sons of Naphtali: Jahziel, Guni, Jezer and Shillem.
  5. These were the sons born to Jacob by Bilhah, whom Laban had given to his daughter Rachel--seven in all.
  1. 야곱과 함께 애굽에 이른 자는 야곱의 자부 외에 육십 륙명이니 이는 다 야곱의 몸에서 나온 자며
  2. 애굽에서 요셉에게 낳은 아들이 두 명이니 야곱의 집 사람으로 애굽에 이른 자의 도합이 칠십명이었더라
  3. 야곱이 유다를 요셉에게 미리 보내어 자기를 고센으로 인도하게 하고 다 고센 땅에 이르니
  4. 요셉이 수레를 갖추고 고센으로 올라가서 아비 이스라엘을 맞으며 그에게 보이고 그 목을 어긋맞겨 안고 얼마 동안 울매
  5. 이스라엘이 요셉에게 이르되 네가 지금까지 살아 있고 내가 네 얼굴을 보았으니 지금 죽어도 가하도다
  1. All those who went to Egypt with Jacob--those who were his direct descendants, not counting his sons' wives--numbered sixty-six persons.
  2. With the two sons who had been born to Joseph in Egypt, the members of Jacob's family, which went to Egypt, were seventy in all.
  3. Now Jacob sent Judah ahead of him to Joseph to get directions to Goshen. When they arrived in the region of Goshen,
  4. Joseph had his chariot made ready and went to Goshen to meet his father Israel. As soon as Joseph appeared before him, he threw his arms around his father and wept for a long time.
  5. Israel said to Joseph, "Now I am ready to die, since I have seen for myself that you are still alive."
  1. 요셉이 그 형들과 아비의 권속에게 이르되 내가 올라가서 바로에게 고하여 이르기를 가나안 땅에 있던 내 형들과 내 아비의 권속이 내게로 왔는데
  2. 그들은 목자라 목축으로 업을 삼으므로 그 양과 소와 모든 소유를 이끌고 왔나이다 하리니
  3. 바로가 당신들을 불러서 너희의 업이 무엇이냐 묻거든
  4. 당신들은 고하기를 주의 종들은 어렸을 때부터 지금까지 목축하는 자이온데 우리와 우리 선조가 다 그러하니이다 하소서 애굽 사람은 다 목축을 가증히 여기나니 당신들이 고센 땅에 거하게 되리이다
  1. Then Joseph said to his brothers and to his father's household, "I will go up and speak to Pharaoh and will say to him, 'My brothers and my father's household, who were living in the land of Canaan, have come to me.
  2. The men are shepherds; they tend livestock, and they have brought along their flocks and herds and everything they own.'
  3. When Pharaoh calls you in and asks, 'What is your occupation?'
  4. you should answer, 'Your servants have tended livestock from our boyhood on, just as our fathers did.' Then you will be allowed to settle in the region of Goshen, for all shepherds are detestable to the Egyptians."
