- 복되어라! 거역한 죄 용서받고 허물을 벗은 그 사람!
- 주님께서 죄 없는 자로 여겨주시는 그 사람! 마음에 속임수가 없는 그 사람! 그는 복되고 복되다!
- 내가 입을 다물고 죄를 고백하지 않았을 때에는, 온종일 끊임없는 신음으로 내 뼈가 녹아 내렸습니다.
- 주님께서 밤낮 손으로 나를 짓누르셨기에, 나의 혀가 여름 가뭄에 풀 마르듯 말라 버렸습니다. （셀라）
- 드디어 나는 내 죄를 주님께 아뢰며 내 잘못을 덮어두지 않고 털어놓았습니다. "내가 주님께 거역한 나의 죄를 고백합니다" 하였더니, 주님께서는 나의 죄악을 기꺼이 용서하셨습니다. （셀라）

- Blessed is he whose transgressions are forgiven, whose sins are covered.
- Blessed is the man whose sin the LORD does not count against him and in whose spirit is no deceit.
- When I kept silent, my bones wasted away through my groaning all day long.
- For day and night your hand was heavy upon me; my strength was sapped as in the heat of summer. Selah
- Then I acknowledged my sin to you and did not cover up my iniquity. I said, "I will confess my transgressions to the LORD "-- and you forgave the guilt of my sin. Selah

- 경건한 사람이 고난을 받을 때에, 모두 주님께 기도하게 해주십시오. 고난이 홍수처럼 밀어닥쳐도, 그에게는 미치지 못할 것입니다.
- 주님은 나의 피난처, 나를 재난에서 지켜 주실 분! 주님께서 나를 보호하시니, 나는 소리 높여 주님의 구원을 노래하렵니다. （셀라）
- 주님께서 말씀하신다. "네가 가야 할 길을 내가 너에게 지시하고 가르쳐 주마. 너를 눈여겨 보며 너의 조언자가 되어 주겠다."
- "너희는 재갈과 굴레를 씌워야만 잡아 둘 수 있는 분별없는 노새나 말처럼 되지 말아라."
- 악한 자에게는 고통이 많으나, 주님을 의지하는 사람에게는 한결같은 사랑이 넘친다.

- Therefore let everyone who is godly pray to you while you may be found; surely when the mighty waters rise, they will not reach him.
- You are my hiding place; you will protect me from trouble and surround me with songs of deliverance. Selah
- I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you and watch over you.
- Do not be like the horse or the mule, which have no understanding but must be controlled by bit and bridle or they will not come to you.
- Many are the woes of the wicked, but the LORD's unfailing love surrounds the man who trusts in him.
