  2. °ð ÀÌ¾î ¼Ö·Î¸óÀº È÷¶÷¿¡°Ô¼­ ¾òÀº ¼ºÀ¾µéµµ ´Ù½Ã °ÇÃàÇÏ¿©, °Å±â¿¡ À̽º¶ó¿¤ ÀÚ¼ÕÀ» »ì°Ô ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

  1. At the end of twenty years, during which Solomon built the temple of the LORD and his own palace,
  2. Solomon rebuilt the villages that Hiram had given him, and settled Israelites in them.
  3. Solomon then went to Hamath Zobah and captured it.
  4. He also built up Tadmor in the desert and all the store cities he had built in Hamath.
  5. He rebuilt Upper Beth Horon and Lower Beth Horon as fortified cities, with walls and with gates and bars,

  2. À̽º¶ó¿¤ ÀÚ¼ÕÀÌ ¾Æ´Ñ Çò »ç¶÷°ú, ¾Æ¸ð¸® »ç¶÷°ú ºê¸®½º »ç¶÷°ú È÷À§ »ç¶÷°ú, ¿©ºÎ½º »ç¶÷ °¡¿îµ¥¼­ »ì¾Æ ³²Àº ¹é¼ºÀÌ ÀÖ¾ú´Ù.
  3. ¼Ö·Î¸óÀº ÀÌ »ç¶÷µéÀ» ³ë¿¹·Î »ï¾Æ °­Á¦³ëµ¿¿¡ µ¿¿øÇÏ¿´´Ù. ±×µéÀº, À̽º¶ó¿¤ ÀÚ¼ÕÀÌ ´Ù ¸êÇÏÁö ¾Ê°í ±× ¶¥¿¡ ³²°Ü µÐ »ç¶÷ÀÇ ÀÚ¼ÕÀÌ´Ù. ±×·¡¼­ ±×µéÀº ¿À´Ã³¯±îÁöµµ ³ë¿¹·Î ³²¾Æ ÀÖ´Ù.
  4. ±×·¯³ª ¼Ö·Î¸óÀº À̽º¶ó¿¤ »ç¶÷µé °¡¿îµ¥¼­´Â ¾î´À ´©±¸µµ, ³ë¿¹·Î »ï¾Æ ÀÏÀ» ½ÃÅ°Áö ¾Ê¾Ò´Ù. À̽º¶ó¿¤ »ç¶÷Àº ¼Ö·Î¸óÀÇ ±ºÀÎ, °ü¸®µéÀ» Åë¼ÖÇÏ´Â ÃÖ°í ÁöÈÖ°ü, º´°Å´ë ÁöÈÖ°ü°ú ±âº´´ë°¡ µÇ¾ú´Ù.
  5. ¼Ö·Î¸ó ¿ÕÀÇ ÀÏÀ» ÁöÈÖÇÑ °ü¸® Ã¥ÀÓÀÚµéÀº À̹é¿À½Ê ¸íÀ̾ú´Ù. ±×µéÀº ¹é¼ºÀ» °¨µ¶ÇÏ´Â ±ÇÇÑÀ» °¡Áø »ç¶÷µéÀÌ´Ù.
  1. as well as Baalath and all his store cities, and all the cities for his chariots and for his horses --whatever he desired to build in Jerusalem, in Lebanon and throughout all the territory he ruled.
  2. All the people left from the Hittites, Amorites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites (these peoples were not Israelites),
  3. that is, their descendants remaining in the land, whom the Israelites had not destroyed--these Solomon conscripted for his slave labor force, as it is to this day.
  4. But Solomon did not make slaves of the Israelites for his work; they were his fighting men, commanders of his captains, and commanders of his chariots and charioteers.
  5. They were also King Solomon's chief officials--two hundred and fifty officials supervising the men.

  5. Á¦»çÀåµé°ú ·¹À§ »ç¶÷µéÀº, °÷°£ °ü¸®¿¡ À̸£±â±îÁö ¿Â°® ÀÏ¿¡ À־, ´ÙÀ­ ¿ÕÀÌ ¸í·ÉÇÑ °ÍÀº ¾î´À °Í Çϳªµµ ¾î±âÁö ¾Ê°í µû¶ú´Ù.
  1. Solomon brought Pharaoh's daughter up from the City of David to the palace he had built for her, for he said, "My wife must not live in the palace of David king of Israel, because the places the ark of the LORD has entered are holy."
  2. On the altar of the LORD that he had built in front of the portico, Solomon sacrificed burnt offerings to the LORD,
  3. according to the daily requirement for offerings commanded by Moses for Sabbaths, New Moons and the three annual feasts--the Feast of Unleavened Bread, the Feast of Weeks and the Feast of Tabernacles.
  4. In keeping with the ordinance of his father David, he appointed the divisions of the priests for their duties, and the Levites to lead the praise and to assist the priests according to each day's requirement. He also appointed the gatekeepers by divisions for the various gates, because this was what David the man of God had ordered.
  5. They did not deviate from the king's commands to the priests or to the Levites in any matter, including that of the treasuries.

  3. È÷¶÷ÀÌ ½ÅÇϵéÀ» ½ÃÄѼ­ ¼Ö·Î¸ó¿¡°Ô »ó¼±µéÀ» º¸³»°í, ¹Ù´Ù¿¡ ³ë·ÃÇÑ ºÎÇϵ鵵 º¸³Â´Ù. ±×µéÀº ¼Ö·Î¸óÀÇ ºÎÇϵé°ú ÇÔ²² ¿Àºô·Î °¡¼­, °Å±â¿¡¼­ ±Ý »ç¹é¿À½Ê ´Þ¶õÆ®¸¦ ½Ç¾î´Ù°¡ ¼Ö·Î¸ó¿¡°Ô ¹ÙÃÆ´Ù.
  1. All Solomon's work was carried out, from the day the foundation of the temple of the LORD was laid until its completion. So the temple of the LORD was finished.
  2. Then Solomon went to Ezion Geber and Elath on the coast of Edom.
  3. And Hiram sent him ships commanded by his own officers, men who knew the sea. These, with Solomon's men, sailed to Ophir and brought back four hundred and fifty talents of gold, which they delivered to King Solomon.

  1. When the queen of Sheba heard of Solomon's fame, she came to Jerusalem to test him with hard questions. Arriving with a very great caravan--with camels carrying spices, large quantities of gold, and precious stones--she came to Solomon and talked with him about all she had on her mind.
  2. Solomon answered all her questions; nothing was too hard for him to explain to her.
  3. When the queen of Sheba saw the wisdom of Solomon, as well as the palace he had built,
  4. the food on his table, the seating of his officials, the attending servants in their robes, the cupbearers in their robes and the burnt offerings he made at the temple of the LORD, she was overwhelmed.
  5. She said to the king, "The report I heard in my own country about your achievements and your wisdom is true.

  2. ÀӱݴÔÀÇ ¹é¼ºÀº ÂüÀ¸·Î ÇູÇÑ »ç¶÷µéÀÔ´Ï´Ù. ÀÓ±Ý´Ô ¾Õ¿¡ ¼­¼­, ´Ã ÀӱݴÔÀÇ ÁöÇý¸¦ ¹è¿ì´Â ÀӱݴÔÀÇ ½ÅÇÏµé ¶ÇÇÑ, ÂüÀ¸·Î ÇູÇÏ´Ù ¾Æ´ÏÇÒ ¼ö ¾ø½À´Ï´Ù.
  3. ÁÖ ÀӱݴÔÀÇ Çϳª´Ô²² Âù¾çÀ» µ¹¸³´Ï´Ù. Çϳª´Ô²²¼­´Â ÀӱݴÔÀ» ÁÁ¾ÆÇϼż­ ÀӱݴÔÀ» ±×ÀÇ º¸Á¿¡ ¾ÉÈ÷½Ã°í, ÁÖ Çϳª´ÔÀ» ¹Þµå´Â ¿ÕÀ¸·Î »ïÀ¸¼Ì½À´Ï´Ù. ÀӱݴÔÀÇ Çϳª´Ô²²¼­´Â À̽º¶ó¿¤À» »ç¶ûÇϼż­, ±×µéÀ» ¿µ¿øÈ÷ ±»°Ô ¼¼¿ì½Ã·Á°í, ÀӱݴÔÀ» ±×µé À§¿¡ ¿ÕÀ¸·Î ¼¼¿ì½Ã°í, °øÆò°ú Á¤ÀÇ·Î ´Ù½º¸®°Ô Çϼ̽À´Ï´Ù."
  4. ±×·± ´ÙÀ½¿¡, ¿©¿ÕÀº, ±Ý ¹éÀÌ½Ê ´Þ¶õÆ®¿Í ¾ÆÁÖ ¸¹Àº Çâ·á¿Í º¸¼®À» ¿Õ¿¡°Ô ¼±»çÇÏ¿´´Ù. ¼Ö·Î¸ó ¿ÕÀº, ½º¹ÙÀÇ ¿©¿Õ¿¡°Ô¼­ ¹ÞÀº ¸¸Å­, ±×·¸°Ô ¸¹Àº Çâ·á¸¦, ´Ù½Ã´Â ¾î´À ´©±¸¿¡°Ô¼­µµ ´õ ¹Þ¾Æ º» ÀÏÀÌ ¾ø´Ù.
  5. £¨È÷¶÷ÀÇ Àϲ۵é°ú ¼Ö·Î¸óÀÇ Àϲ۵鵵 ¿Àºô¿¡¼­ ±ÝÀ» ½Ç¾î ¿Ô´Ù. ±×µéÀº ¹é´Ü¸ñ°ú º¸¼®µµ °¡Á® ¿Ô´Ù.
  1. But I did not believe what they said until I came and saw with my own eyes. Indeed, not even half the greatness of your wisdom was told me; you have far exceeded the report I heard.
  2. How happy your men must be! How happy your officials, who continually stand before you and hear your wisdom!
  3. Praise be to the LORD your God, who has delighted in you and placed you on his throne as king to rule for the LORD your God. Because of the love of your God for Israel and his desire to uphold them forever, he has made you king over them, to maintain justice and righteousness."
  4. Then she gave the king 120 talents of gold, large quantities of spices, and precious stones. There had never been such spices as those the queen of Sheba gave to King Solomon.
  5. (The men of Hiram and the men of Solomon brought gold from Ophir; they also brought algumwood and precious stones.

  4. ÀÌ ¹Û¿¡µµ °ü¼¼ ¼öÀÔ°ú ¿Ü±¹°úÀÇ ¹«¿ª¿¡¼­ ¹ú¾îµéÀÎ °ÍÀÌ ÀÖ°í, ¾Æ¶óºñ¾ÆÀÇ ¸ðµç ¿Õµé°ú, ±¹³»ÀÇ Áö¹æ Àå°üµéÀÌ º¸³»¿À´Â ±Ýµµ ÀÖ¾ú´Ù.
  5. ¼Ö·Î¸ó ¿ÕÀº ±ÝÀ» µÎµå·Á Æì¼­ ÀÔÈù Å« ¹æÆи¦ ÀÌ¹é °³³ª ¸¸µé¾ú´Âµ¥, ¹æÆÐ Çϳª¿¡ µé¾î°£ ±Ý¸¸ Çصµ À°¹é ¼¼°ÖÀ̳ª µÇ¾ú´Ù.
  1. The king used the algumwood to make steps for the temple of the LORD and for the royal palace, and to make harps and lyres for the musicians. Nothing like them had ever been seen in Judah.)
  2. King Solomon gave the queen of Sheba all she desired and asked for; he gave her more than she had brought to him. Then she left and returned with her retinue to her own country.
  3. The weight of the gold that Solomon received yearly was 666 talents,
  4. not including the revenues brought in by merchants and traders. Also all the kings of Arabia and the governors of the land brought gold and silver to Solomon.
  5. King Solomon made two hundred large shields of hammered gold; six hundred bekas of hammered gold went into each shield.

  3. ±× º¸Á·Π¿À¸£´Â Ãþ°è´Â °è´ÜÀÌ ¿©¼¸À̾úÀ¸¸ç, º¸Á¿¡ ºÙÀº ¹ß¹Þħ´ë´Â ±ÝÀ¸·Î ¸¸µç °ÍÀ̾ú´Ù. ¾É´Â ÀÚ¸® ¾çÂÊ¿¡´Â ÆÈ°ÉÀÌ°¡ ÀÖ°í, ÆÈ°ÉÀÌ ¾ç ¿·¿¡´Â »çÀÚ »óÀÌ Çϳª¾¿ ¼­ ÀÖ¾ú´Ù.
  4. ¿©¼¸ °³ÀÇ °è´Ü ¾çÂÊ¿¡µµ, °¢°¢ ¿©¼¸ °³¾¿ ¿­µÎ °³ÀÇ »çÀÚ »óÀÌ ¼­ ÀÖ¾ú´Ù. ÀÏÂïÀÌ ¾î´À ³ª¶ó¿¡¼­µµ ÀÌ·¸°Ô´Â ¸¸µéÁö ¸øÇÏ¿´´Ù.
  5. ¼Ö·Î¸ó ¿ÕÀÌ ¸¶½Ã´Â µ¥ ¾²´Â ¸ðµç ±×¸©Àº ±ÝÀ¸·Î µÇ¾î ÀÖ¾ú°í, '·¹¹Ù³í ¼öÇ® ±Ã'¿¡ ÀÖ´Â ±×¸©µµ ¸ðµÎ ¼ø±ÝÀ¸·Î ¸¸µç °ÍÀ̾ú´Ù. ¼Ö·Î¸ó ½Ã´ë¿¡´Â, ÀºÀº ±Í±Ý¼Ó Ãà¿¡ µéÁöµµ ¸øÇÏ¿´´Ù.
  1. He also made three hundred small shields of hammered gold, with three hundred bekas of gold in each shield. The king put them in the Palace of the Forest of Lebanon.
  2. Then the king made a great throne inlaid with ivory and overlaid with pure gold.
  3. The throne had six steps, and a footstool of gold was attached to it. On both sides of the seat were armrests, with a lion standing beside each of them.
  4. Twelve lions stood on the six steps, one at either end of each step. Nothing like it had ever been made for any other kingdom.
  5. All King Solomon's goblets were gold, and all the household articles in the Palace of the Forest of Lebanon were pure gold. Nothing was made of silver, because silver was considered of little value in Solomon's day.

  1. The king had a fleet of trading ships manned by Hiram's men. Once every three years it returned, carrying gold, silver and ivory, and apes and baboons.
  2. King Solomon was greater in riches and wisdom than all the other kings of the earth.
  3. All the kings of the earth sought audience with Solomon to hear the wisdom God had put in his heart.
  4. Year after year, everyone who came brought a gift--articles of silver and gold, and robes, weapons and spices, and horses and mules.
  5. Solomon had four thousand stalls for horses and chariots, and twelve thousand horses, which he kept in the chariot cities and also with him in Jerusalem.

  5. ¼Ö·Î¸óÀº ¿¹·ç»ì·½¿¡¼­ ¸¶Èç ÇØ µ¿¾È ¿Â À̽º¶ó¿¤À» ´Ù½º·È´Ù.
  1. He ruled over all the kings from the River to the land of the Philistines, as far as the border of Egypt.
  2. The king made silver as common in Jerusalem as stones, and cedar as plentiful as sycamore-fig trees in the foothills.
  3. Solomon's horses were imported from Egypt and from all other countries.
  4. As for the other events of Solomon's reign, from beginning to end, are they not written in the records of Nathan the prophet, in the prophecy of Ahijah the Shilonite and in the visions of Iddo the seer concerning Jeroboam son of Nebat?
  5. Solomon reigned in Jerusalem over all Israel forty years.
