- 나를 에워싸고 있는 자들이 승리하지 못하게 해주십시오. 그들이 남들에게 퍼붓는 재앙을 다시 그들에게 되덮어 주십시오.
- 뜨거운 숯불이 그들 위에 쏟아지게 하시고, 그들이 불구덩이나 수렁에 빠져서 다시는 일어나지 못하게 해주십시오.
- 혀를 놀려 남을 모함하는 사람은, 이 땅에서 버젓이 살지 못하게 해주십시오. 폭력을 놀이 삼는 자들에게는 큰 재앙이 늘 따라다니게 해주십시오.
- 주님이 고난받는 사람을 변호해 주시고, 가난한 사람에게 공의를 베푸시는 분임을, 나는 알고 있습니다.
- 분명히 의인은 주님의 이름에 찬양을 돌리고, 정직한 사람은 주님 앞에서 살 것입니다.

- Let slanderers not be established in the land; may disaster hunt down men of violence.
- I know that the LORD secures justice for the poor and upholds the cause of the needy.
- Surely the righteous will praise your name and the upright will live before you.
