- 내가 주님께 피하였거늘, 어찌하여 너희는 나에게 이렇게 말하느냐? "너는 새처럼 너의 산에서 피하여라.
- 악인이 활을 당기고, 시위에 화살을 메워서 마음이 바른 사람을 어두운 곳에서 쏘려 하지 않느냐?
- 기초가 바닥부터 흔들리는 이 마당에 의인인들 무엇을 할 수 있겠는가?"
- 주님께서 그의 성전에 계신다. 주님은 그의 하늘 보좌에 앉아 계신다. 주님은 그의 눈으로 사람을 살피시고 눈동자로 꿰뚫어 보신다.
- 주님은 의인을 가려 내시고, 악인과 폭력배를 진심으로 미워하신다.

- In the LORD put I my trust: how say ye to my soul, Flee as a bird to your mountain?
- For, lo, the wicked bend their bow, they make ready their arrow upon the string, that they may privily shoot at the upright in heart.
- If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?
- The LORD is in his holy temple, the LORD's throne is in heaven: his eyes behold, his eyelids try, the children of men.
- The LORD trieth the righteous: but the wicked and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.

- 불과 유황을 악인들 위에 비오듯이 쏟으시며, 태우는 바람을 그들 잔의 몫으로 안겨 주신다.
- 주님은 의로우셔서, 정의로운 일을 사랑하는 분이시니, 정직한 사람은 그의 얼굴을 뵙게 될 것이다.

- Upon the wicked he shall rain snares, fire and brimstone, and an horrible tempest: this shall be the portion of their cup.
- For the righteous LORD loveth righteousness; his countenance doth behold the upright.
