- 하나님은 옛적부터 나의 왕이시며, 이 땅에서 구원을 이루시는 분이십니다.
- 주님께서는, 주님의 능력으로 바다를 가르시고, 물에 있는 타닌들의 머리를 깨뜨려 부수셨으며,
- 리워야단의 머리를 짓부수셔서 사막에 사는 짐승들에게 먹이로 주셨으며,
- 샘을 터뜨리셔서 개울을 만드시는가 하면, 유유히 흐르는 강을 메마르게 하셨습니다.
- 낮도 주님의 것이요, 밤도 주님의 것입니다. 주님께서 달과 해를 제자리에 두셨습니다.

- For God is my King of old, working salvation in the midst of the earth.
- Thou didst divide the sea by thy strength: thou brakest the heads of the dragons in the waters.
- Thou brakest the heads of leviathan in pieces, and gavest him to be meat to the people inhabiting the wilderness.
- Thou didst cleave the fountain and the flood: thou driedst up mighty rivers.
- The day is thine, the night also is thine: thou hast prepared the light and the sun.

- 주님께서 땅의 모든 경계를 정하시고, 여름과 겨울도 만드셨습니다.
- 주님, 원수가 주님을 비난하고, 어리석은 백성이 주님의 이름을 모욕하였습니다. 이 일을 기억하여 주십시오.
- 주님께서 멧비둘기 같은 주님의 백성의 목숨을 들짐승에게 내주지 마시고, 가련한 백성의 생명을 영원히 잊어버리지 마십시오.
- 땅의 그늘진 곳마다, 구석구석, 폭력배의 소굴입니다. 주님께서 세워 주신 언약을 기억하여 주십시오.
- 억눌린 자가 수치를 당하고 물러가지 않게 해주십시오. 가련하고 가난한 사람이 주님의 이름을 찬송하게 해주십시오.

- Thou hast set all the borders of the earth: thou hast made summer and winter.
- Remember this, that the enemy hath reproached, O LORD, and that the foolish people have blasphemed thy name.
- O deliver not the soul of thy turtledove unto the multitude of the wicked: forget not the congregation of thy poor for ever.
- Have respect unto the covenant: for the dark places of the earth are full of the habitations of cruelty.
- O let not the oppressed return ashamed: let the poor and needy praise thy name.

- 하나님, 일어나십시오. 주님의 소송을 이기십시오. 날마다 주님을 모욕하는 어리석은 자들을 버려두지 마십시오.
- 주님께 항거해서 일어서는 자들의 소란한 소리가 끊임없이 높아만 가니, 주님의 대적자들의 저 소리를 부디 잊지 마십시오.

- Arise, O God, plead thine own cause: remember how the foolish man reproacheth thee daily.
- Forget not the voice of thine enemies: the tumult of those that rise up against thee increaseth continually.
