- 인생은, 그 날이 풀과 같고, 피고 지는 들꽃 같아,
- 바람 한 번 지나가면 곧 시들어, 그 있던 자리마저 알 수 없는 것이다.
- 그러나 주님을 경외하는 사람에게는 주님의 사랑이 영원에서 영원까지 이르고, 주님의 의로우심은 자손 대대에 이를 것이니,
- 곧 주님의 언약을 지키고 주님의 법도를 기억하여 따르는 사람에게 이를 것이다.
- 주님은 그 보좌를 하늘에 든든히 세우시고, 그의 나라는 만유를 통치하신다.

- As for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth.
- For the wind passeth over it, and it is gone; and the place thereof shall know it no more.
- But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children's children;
- To such as keep his covenant, and to those that remember his commandments to do them.
- The LORD hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all.

- 주님의 모든 천사들아, 주님의 말씀을 듣고 따르는, 힘찬 용사들아, 주님을 찬양하여라.
- 주님의 모든 군대들아, 그의 뜻을 이루는 종들아, 주님을 찬양하여라.
- 주님께 지음 받은 사람들아, 주님께서 통치하시는 모든 곳에서 주님을 찬송하여라. 내 영혼아, 주님을 찬송하여라.

- Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.
- Bless ye the LORD, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure.
- Bless the LORD, all his works in all places of his dominion: bless the LORD, O my soul.
