역대상 4:1-5:26

 유다의 추가적 족보와 열두 지파 중에서 시므온, 르우벤, 갓, 요단 동편 므낫세 반 지파의 족보가 기록되어 있다.
  
  유다와 시므온 지파의 족보(4:1-4:43)    
 
  1. 유다의 아들은 베레스와 헤스론과 갈미와 훌과 소발이다.
  2. 소발의 아들 르아야는 야핫을 낳고, 야핫은 아후매와 라핫을 낳았는데, 이들이 소라 족이다.
  3. 에담의 아들은 이스르엘과 이스마와 잇바스이며, 그들의 누이는 하술렐보니이다.
  4. 그돌의 아버지 브누엘과 후사의 아버지 에셀은, 에브라다의 맏아들 훌의 아들인데, 훌은 베들레헴의 아버지이다.
  5. 드고아의 아버지 아스훌에게는 헬라와 나아라라는 두 아내가 있었다.
  1. The sons of Judah; Pharez, Hezron, and Carmi, and Hur, and Shobal.
  2. And Reaiah the son of Shobal begat Jahath; and Jahath begat Ahumai, and Lahad. These are the families of the Zorathites.
  3. And these were of the father of Etam; Jezreel, and Ishma, and Idbash: and the name of their sister was Hazelelponi:
  4. And Penuel the father of Gedor, and Ezer the father of Hushah. These are the sons of Hur, the firstborn of Ephratah, the father of Bethlehem.
  5. And Ashur the father of Tekoa had two wives, Helah and Naarah.
  1. 아스훌과 나아라 사이에서는 아훗삼과 헤벨과 데므니와 하아하스다리가 태어났다. 이들이 나아라의 아들들이다.
  2. 아스훌과 헬라 사이에서는 세렛과 이소할과 에드난, 세 아들이 태어났다.
  3. 고스는 아눕과 소베바를 낳았으며, 하룸의 아들 아하헬 족을 낳았다.

  2. And the sons of Helah were, Zereth, and Jezoar, and Ethnan.
  3. And Coz begat Anub, and Zobebah, and the families of Aharhel the son of Harum.
  4. And Jabez was more honourable than his brethren: and his mother called his name Jabez, saying, Because I bare him with sorrow.
  5. And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested.
  1. 수하의 형제 글룹이 므힐을 낳았는데, 그가 에스돈의 아버지이다.
  2. 에스돈은 베드라바와 바세아와 이르나하스의 아버지 드힌나를 낳았는데, 이들이 레가 사람이다.
  3. 그나스의 아들은 옷니엘과 스라야이며, 옷니엘의 아들은 하닷과 므오노대이다.

  2. And Eshton begat Bethrapha, and Paseah, and Tehinnah the father of Irnahash. These are the men of Rechah.
  3. And the sons of Kenaz; Othniel, and Seraiah: and the sons of Othniel; Hathath.
  4. And Meonothai begat Ophrah: and Seraiah begat Joab, the father of the valley of Charashim; for they were craftsmen.
  5. And the sons of Caleb the son of Jephunneh; Iru, Elah, and Naam: and the sons of Elah, even Kenaz.
  1. 여할렐렐의 아들은 십과 시바와 디리아와 아사렐이다.
  2. 에스라의 아들은 예델과 메렛과 에벨과 얄론이다. 메렛의 한 아내가 미리암과 삼매와 에스드모아의 아버지 이스바를 낳았는데,

  1. And the sons of Jehaleleel; Ziph, and Ziphah, Tiria, and Asareel.
  2. And the sons of Ezra were, Jether, and Mered, and Epher, and Jalon: and she bare Miriam, and Shammai, and Ishbah the father of Eshtemoa.
  3. And his wife Jehudijah bare Jered the father of Gedor, and Heber the father of Socho, and Jekuthiel the father of Zanoah. And these are the sons of Bithiah the daughter of Pharaoh, which Mered took.
  4. And the sons of his wife Hodiah the sister of Naham, the father of Keilah the Garmite, and Eshtemoa the Maachathite.
  5. And the sons of Shimon were, Amnon, and Rinnah, Benhanan, and Tilon. And the sons of Ishi were, Zoheth, and Benzoheth.
  1. 유다의 아들 셀라의 자손은 레가의 아버지 에르와, 마레사의 아버지 라아다와, 벳아스베야에서 고운 베를 짜는 가문과,
  2. 모압과 야수비네헴을 다스리던 요김과, 고세바 사람들과, 요아스와, 사랍인데, 이 사실들은 옛 기록에 있다.
  3. 이들은 옹기 굽는 사람들로서, 왕을 섬기면서 느다임과 그데라에서 살았다.
  4. 시므온의 아들은 느무엘과 야민과 야립과 세라와 사울이다.

  1. The sons of Shelah the son of Judah were, Er the father of Lecah, and Laadah the father of Mareshah, and the families of the house of them that wrought fine linen, of the house of Ashbea,
  2. And Jokim, and the men of Chozeba, and Joash, and Saraph, who had the dominion in Moab, and Jashubilehem. And these are ancient things.
  3. These were the potters, and those that dwelt among plants and hedges: there they dwelt with the king for his work.
  4. The sons of Simeon were, Nemuel, and Jamin, Jarib, Zerah, and Shaul:
  5. Shallum his son, Mibsam his son, Mishma his son.
  1. 미스마의 아들은 함무엘이고, 그 아들은 삭굴이고, 그 아들은 시므이이다.
  2. 시므이에게는 아들 열여섯과 딸 여섯이 있었으나, 그의 형제들에게는 아들이 많지 않았으므로, 그들의 온 일족은 유다 자손만큼 퍼지지 못하였다.
  3. 시므온 자손은 브엘세바와 몰라다와 하살수알과
  4. 빌하와 에셈과 돌랏과
  5. 브두엘과 호르마와 시글락과
  1. And the sons of Mishma; Hamuel his son, Zacchur his son, Shimei his son.
  2. And Shimei had sixteen sons and six daughters: but his brethren had not many children, neither did all their family multiply, like to the children of Judah.
  3. And they dwelt at Beersheba, and Moladah, and Hazarshual,
  4. And at Bilhah, and at Ezem, and at Tolad,
  5. And at Bethuel, and at Hormah, and at Ziklag,
  1. 벳말가봇과 하살수심과 벳비리와 사아라임에 살았는데, 이 성읍들은 다윗 왕 때까지 그들에게 딸려 있었다.
  2. 여기에 마을들이 딸려 있었는데, 에담과 아인과 림몬과 도겐과 아산의 다섯 성읍과

  1. And at Bethmarcaboth, and Hazarsusim, and at Bethbirei, and at Shaaraim. These were their cities unto the reign of David.
  2. And their villages were, Etam, and Ain, Rimmon, and Tochen, and Ashan, five cities:
  3. And all their villages that were round about the same cities, unto Baal. These were their habitations, and their genealogy.
  4. And Meshobab, and Jamlech, and Joshah, the son of Amaziah,
  5. And Joel, and Jehu the son of Josibiah, the son of Seraiah, the son of Asiel,
  1. 그리고 엘료에내와 야아고바와 여소하야와 아사야와 아디엘과 여시미엘과 브나야와
  2. 시사가 있는데, 시사는 시비의 아들이요, 알론의 손자요, 여다야의 증손자요, 시므리의 현손이요, 스마야의 오대 손이다.
  3. 이 명단에 오른 사람은 그 일족의 지도자들이다. 그들의 가문은 많이 불어나서 퍼졌으므로,
  4. 그들은 그들의 양을 칠 목장을 찾아서 그돌 어귀에 있는 골짜기의 동쪽에까지 이르렀다.
  5. 거기에서 기름진 좋은 목장을 발견하였는데, 이 땅은 사방이 넓고 조용하고 평화스러우며, 전에 함 족이 살던 곳이었다.
  1. And Elioenai, and Jaakobah, and Jeshohaiah, and Asaiah, and Adiel, and Jesimiel, and Benaiah,
  2. And Ziza the son of Shiphi, the son of Allon, the son of Jedaiah, the son of Shimri, the son of Shemaiah;
  3. These mentioned by their names were princes in their families: and the house of their fathers increased greatly.
  4. And they went to the entrance of Gedor, even unto the east side of the valley, to seek pasture for their flocks.
  5. And they found fat pasture and good, and the land was wide, and quiet, and peaceable; for they of Ham had dwelt there of old.
  1. 이 명단에 기록된 사람들이 유다 왕 히스기야 시대에 이리로 와서, 함 족의 천막들과, 거기에 있는 므우님 족을 쳐부수어 그들을 전멸시키고, 그들 대신 오늘까지 거기에 살고 있는데, 거기에 양을 칠 목장이 있기 때문이다.
  2. 시므온 자손 가운데서 오백 명이 이시의 아들인 블라댜와 느아랴와 르바야와 웃시엘을 두령으로 삼고 세일 산으로 가서,
  3. 피하여 살아 남은 아말렉 사람을 쳐부수고, 오늘까지 거기에서 살고 있다.
  1. And these written by name came in the days of Hezekiah king of Judah, and smote their tents, and the habitations that were found there, and destroyed them utterly unto this day, and dwelt in their rooms: because there was pasture there for their flocks.
  2. And some of them, even of the sons of Simeon, five hundred men, went to mount Seir, having for their captains Pelatiah, and Neariah, and Rephaiah, and Uzziel, the sons of Ishi.
  3. And they smote the rest of the Amalekites that were escaped, and dwelt there unto this day.
 
  르우벤, 갓, 므낫세 지파의 족보(5:1-5:26)    
 
  1. 이스라엘의 맏아들 르우벤의 아들은 다음과 같다. （르우벤은 맏아들이지만, 그의 아버지의 잠자리를 더럽혔으므로, 그의 맏아들의 권리가 이스라엘의 아들인 요셉의 아들들에게 넘어갔고, 족보에 맏아들로 오르지 못하였다.
  2. 유다는 그의 형제들보다 세력이 크고, 그에게서 영도자가 났으나, 맏아들의 권리는 요셉에게 있었다.）
  3. 이스라엘의 맏아들 르우벤의 아들은 하녹과 발루와 헤스론과 갈미이다.
  4. 요엘의 아들은 스마야이고, 그 아들은 곡이고, 그 아들은 시므이이고,
  5. 그 아들은 미가이고, 그 아들은 르아야이고, 그 아들은 바알이고,
  1. Now the sons of Reuben the firstborn of Israel, (for he was the firstborn; but forasmuch as he defiled his father's bed, his birthright was given unto the sons of Joseph the son of Israel: and the genealogy is not to be reckoned after the birthright.
  2. For Judah prevailed above his brethren, and of him came the chief ruler; but the birthright was Joseph's:)
  3. The sons, I say, of Reuben the firstborn of Israel were, Hanoch, and Pallu, Hezron, and Carmi.
  4. The sons of Joel; Shemaiah his son, Gog his son, Shimei his son,
  5. Micah his son, Reaia his son, Baal his son,
  1. 그 아들은 브에라인데, 브에라는 앗시리아의 디글랏빌레셀 왕에게 사로잡혀 간 르우벤 지파의 지도자이다.
  2. 종족에 따라 족보에 오른 그의 형제는 족장 여이엘과 스가랴와
  3. 벨라인데, 그는 아사스의 아들이요, 세마의 손자요, 요엘의 증손이다. 르우벤 지파는 아로엘에서부터 느보와 바알므온에까지 자리 잡아 살고,
  4. 동쪽으로는 유프라테스 강에서부터 사막에 이르는 지역에 걸쳐 살았는데, 길르앗 땅에서 그들의 가축 떼가 많아졌기 때문이다.
  5. 이들은 사울 시대에 하갈 사람들과 싸워서 그들을 항복하게 하고, 길르앗 동쪽 모든 지역에 있는 그들의 천막에서 살았다.
  1. Beerah his son, whom Tilgathpilneser king of Assyria carried away captive: he was prince of the Reubenites.
  2. And his brethren by their families, when the genealogy of their generations was reckoned, were the chief, Jeiel, and Zechariah,
  3. And Bela the son of Azaz, the son of Shema, the son of Joel, who dwelt in Aroer, even unto Nebo and Baalmeon:
  4. And eastward he inhabited unto the entering in of the wilderness from the river Euphrates: because their cattle were multiplied in the land of Gilead.
  5. And in the days of Saul they made war with the Hagarites, who fell by their hand: and they dwelt in their tents throughout all the east land of Gilead.
  1. 르우벤 자손 건너편에 있는 갓 자손은 살르가에까지 이르는 바산 땅에서 살았다.
  2. 요엘은 족장이고, 사밤은 부족장이다. 야내와 사밧이 바산에 살았다.
  3. 그들 가문의 형제들은 미가엘과 므술람과 세바와 요래와 야간과 시아와 에벨, 이렇게 일곱이다.
  4. 이들은 아비하일의 자손인데, 그는 후리의 아들이요, 야로아의 손자요, 길르앗의 증손이요, 미가엘의 현손이요, 여시새의 오대 손이요, 야도의 육대 손이요, 부스의 칠대 손이다.
  5. 압디엘의 아들이며 구니의 손자인 아히는 이들 가문의 족장이다.
  1. And the children of Gad dwelt over against them, in the land of Bashan unto Salcah:
  2. Joel the chief, and Shapham the next, and Jaanai, and Shaphat in Bashan.
  3. And their brethren of the house of their fathers were, Michael, and Meshullam, and Sheba, and Jorai, and Jachan, and Zia, and Heber, seven.
  4. These are the children of Abihail the son of Huri, the son of Jaroah, the son of Gilead, the son of Michael, the son of Jeshishai, the son of Jahdo, the son of Buz;
  5. Ahi the son of Abdiel, the son of Guni, chief of the house of their fathers.
  1. 이들은 길르앗과 바산과 거기에 딸린 마을들과, 샤론의 모든 목초지 끝까지 퍼져 살았다.
  2. 이들은 모두 유다 왕 요담과 이스라엘 왕 여로보암 시대에 족보에 오른 사람들이다.
  3. 르우벤 자손과 갓 사람과 므낫세 반쪽 지파 가운데서, 방패와 칼을 들고 활을 당기며 싸움에 익숙하여 군대에 나갈 만한 용사들은, 사만 사천칠백육십 명이다.
  4. 그들이 하갈 사람과 여두르와 나비스와 노답과 싸울 때에,
  5. 하나님께서 도우셔서 하갈 사람과 이들의 모든 동맹군을 그들의 손에 넘겨 주셨는데, 이것은 그들이 싸울 때에 하나님을 믿고 그에게 부르짖었으므로, 하나님이 그들의 부르짖음을 들어주셨기 때문이다.
  1. And they dwelt in Gilead in Bashan, and in her towns, and in all the suburbs of Sharon, upon their borders.
  2. All these were reckoned by genealogies in the days of Jotham king of Judah, and in the days of Jeroboam king of Israel.
  3. The sons of Reuben, and the Gadites, and half the tribe of Manasseh, of valiant men, men able to bear buckler and sword, and to shoot with bow, and skilful in war, were four and forty thousand seven hundred and threescore, that went out to the war.
  4. And they made war with the Hagarites, with Jetur, and Nephish, and Nodab.
  5. And they were helped against them, and the Hagarites were delivered into their hand, and all that were with them: for they cried to God in the battle, and he was intreated of them; because they put their trust in him.
  1. 그들은 적의 짐승 가운데서, 낙타 오만 마리와 양 이십오만 마리와 나귀 이천 마리와 사람 십만 명을 사로잡아 왔다.
  2. 이렇게 많은 적군이 죽어 넘어진 것은, 하나님께서 이 싸움을 도우신 결과이다. 포로로 잡혀 갈 때까지, 그들은 거기에서 살았다.
  3. 므낫세 반쪽 지파의 자손은 바산에서부터 바알헤르몬과 스닐과 헤르몬 산에 이르는 지역에 살면서, 그들의 숫자가 불어났다.
  4. 그들 가문의 족장은 에벨과 이시와 엘리엘과 아스리엘과 예레미야와 호다위야와 야디엘이며, 이들은 용감한 군인으로서 각 가문의 유명한 족장이다.
  5. 그러나 그들은 그 조상의 하나님을 배신하고, 하나님께서 그들 앞에서 없애 버린 그 땅 백성의 신들을 섬겼으므로,
  1. And they took away their cattle; of their camels fifty thousand, and of sheep two hundred and fifty thousand, and of asses two thousand, and of men an hundred thousand.
  2. For there fell down many slain, because the war was of God. And they dwelt in their steads until the captivity.
  3. And the children of the half tribe of Manasseh dwelt in the land: they increased from Bashan unto Baalhermon and Senir, and unto mount Hermon.
  4. And these were the heads of the house of their fathers, even Epher, and Ishi, and Eliel, and Azriel, and Jeremiah, and Hodaviah, and Jahdiel, mighty men of valour, famous men, and heads of the house of their fathers.
  5. And they transgressed against the God of their fathers, and went a whoring after the gods of the people of the land, whom God destroyed before them.
  1. 이스라엘의 하나님께서 앗시리아의 불 왕의 마음과 앗시리아의 디글랏빌레셀 왕의 마음을 부추기셔서, 르우벤과 갓과 므낫세 반쪽 지파를 사로잡아, 할라와 하볼과 하라와 고산 강 가로 끌고 가게 하셨다. 그래서 그들이 오늘날까지 거기에 살고 있다.
  1. And the God of Israel stirred up the spirit of Pul king of Assyria, and the spirit of Tilgathpilneser king of Assyria, and he carried them away, even the Reubenites, and the Gadites, and the half tribe of Manasseh, and brought them unto Halah, and Habor, and Hara, and to the river Gozan, unto this day.
