- Let me be weighed in an even balance that God may know mine integrity.
- If my step hath turned out of the way, and mine heart walked after mine eyes, and if any blot hath cleaved to mine hands;
- Then let me sow, and let another eat; yea, let my offspring be rooted out.

- For this is an heinous crime; yea, it is an iniquity to be punished by the judges.

- ³»°¡ ±â¸¥ ¾ç ÅÐÀ» ±ð¾Æ¼, ±×°ÍÀ¸·Î ¿ÊÀ» ¸¸µé¾î ±×µé¿¡°Ô ÀÔÇû´Ù. ½Ã¸° Ç㸮¸¦ µû¶æÇÏ°Ô ÇØÁÖ¾ú´õ´Ï, ±×µéÀÌ ³ª¸¦ Áø½ÉÀ¸·Î ÃູÇÏ°ï ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

- ³ª´Â Ȳ±ÝÀ» ¹ÏÁöµµ ¾Ê°í, Á¤±ÝÀ» ÀÇÁöÇÏÁöµµ ¾Ê¾Ò´Ù.

- And my heart hath been secretly enticed, or my mouth hath kissed my hand:
- This also were an iniquity to be punished by the judge: for I should have denied the God that is above.

- »ç¶÷µéÀÌ ¹«½¼ ¸»·Î ³ª¸¦ Çæ¶âµçÁö, ³ª´Â ±×°ÍÀ» ÀüÇô µÎ·Á¿öÇÏÁö ¾Ê¾Ò´Ù. ³²¿¡°Ô¼ ºñ¿ôÀ½À» ¹ÞÀ»±î ÇÏ¿©, ÀÔÀ» ´Ù¹°°Å³ª Áý ¾È¿¡¼¸¸ ¸Ó¹«¸£°Å³ª ÇÏÁöµµ ¾Ê¾Ò´Ù.
- ³»°¡ ÇÑ ÀÌ º¯¸íÀ» µé¾îÁÙ »ç¶÷ÀÌ ¾øÀ»±î? ¸Í¼¼ÄÚ ³ª´Â »ç½Ç´ë·Î¸¸ ¸»ÇÏ¿´´Ù. ÀÌÁ¦´Â, Àü´ÉÇϽŠºÐ²²¼ ¸»¾¸ÇϽô ´ë´äÀ» µè°í ½Í´Ù.
