- 아이들아, 내가 하는 말을 잘 듣고, 내가 이르는 말에 귀를 기울여라.
- 이 말에서 한시도 눈을 떼지 말고, 너의 마음 속 깊이 잘 간직하여라.
- 이 말은 그것을 얻는 사람에게 생명이 되며, 그의 온 몸에 건강을 준다.
- 그 무엇보다도 너는 네 마음을 지켜라. 그 마음이 바로 생명의 근원이기 때문이다.
- 왜곡된 말을 네 입에서 없애 버리고, 속이는 말을 네 입술에서 멀리하여라.
