- 예수께서 산에서 내려오시니, 많은 무리가 그를 따라왔다.
- 나병 환자 한 사람이 예수께 다가와 그에게 절하면서 말하였다. "주님, 하고자 하시면, 나를 깨끗하게 해주실 수 있습니다."
- 예수께서 손을 내밀어서 그에게 대시고 "그렇게 해주마. 깨끗하게 되어라" 하고 말씀하시니, 곧 그의 나병이 나았다.
- 예수께서 그에게 말씀하시기를 "아무에게, 아무 말도 하지 말아라. 가서, 제사장에게 네 몸을 보이고, 모세가 명한 예물을 바쳐서, 사람들에게 증거로 삼도록 하여라" 하셨다.
- 예수께서 가버나움에 들어가시니, 한 백부장이 다가와서, 그에게 간청하여

- When Jesus came down from the mountain, large crowds followed Him.
- And a leper came to Him and bowed down before Him, and said, "Lord, if You are willing, You can make me clean."
- Jesus stretched out His hand and touched him, saying, "I am willing; be cleansed." And immediately his leprosy was cleansed.
- And Jesus said to him, "See that you tell no one; but go, show yourself to the priest and present the offering that Moses commanded, as a testimony to them."
- And when Jesus entered Capernaum, a centurion came to Him, imploring Him,

- 말하였다. "주님, 내 종이 중풍으로 집에 누워서 몹시 괴로워하고 있습니다."
- 예수께서 그에게 말씀하셨다. "내가 가서 고쳐 주마."
- 백부장이 대답하였다. "주님, 나는 주님을 내 집으로 모셔들일 만한 자격이 없습니다. 그저 한 마디 말씀만 해주십시오. 그러면 내 종이 나을 것입니다.
- 나도 상관을 모시는 사람이고, 내 밑에도 병사들이 있어서, 내가 이 사람더러 가라고 하면 가고, 저 사람더러 오라고 하면 옵니다. 또 내 종더러 이것을 하라고 하면 합니다."
- 예수께서 이 말을 들으시고, 놀랍게 여기셔서, 따라오는 사람들에게 말씀하셨다. "내가 진정으로 너희에게 말한다. 나는 지금까지 이스라엘 사람 가운데서 아무에게서도 이런 믿음을 본 일이 없다.

- and saying, "Lord, my servant is lying paralyzed at home, fearfully tormented."
- Jesus said to him, "I will come and heal him."
- But the centurion said, "Lord, I am not worthy for You to come under my roof, but just say the word, and my servant will be healed.
- "For I also am a man under authority, with soldiers under me; and I say to this one, 'Go!' and he goes, and to another, 'Come!' and he comes, and to my slave, 'Do this!' and he does it."
- Now when Jesus heard this, He marveled and said to those who were following, "Truly I say to you, I have not found such great faith with anyone in Israel.

- 내가 너희에게 말한다. 많은 사람이 동과 서에서 와서, 하늘 나라에서 아브라함과 이삭과 야곱과 함께 잔치 자리에 앉을 것이다.
- 그러나 이 나라의 시민들은 바깥 어두운 데로 쫓겨나서, 거기서 울며 이를 갈 것이다."
- 그리고 예수께서 백부장에게 "가거라. 네가 믿은 대로 될 것이다." 하고 말씀하셨다. 바로 그 시각에 그 종이 나았다.
- 예수께서 베드로의 집에 들어가셔서, 그의 장모가 열병으로 앓아 누운 것을 보셨다.
- 예수께서 그 여자의 손에 손을 대시니, 열병이 떠나가고, 그 여자는 일어나서, 예수께 시중을 들었다.

- "I say to you that many will come from east and west, and recline at the table with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven;
- but the sons of the kingdom will be cast out into the outer darkness; in that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth."
- And Jesus said to the centurion, "Go; it shall be done for you as you have believed." And the servant was healed that very moment.
- When Jesus came into Peter's home, He saw his mother-in-law lying sick in bed with a fever.
- He touched her hand, and the fever left her; and she got up and waited on Him.

- 날이 저물었을 때에, 마을 사람들이 귀신 들린 사람을 많이 예수께로 데리고 왔다. 예수께서는 말씀으로 귀신을 쫓아내시고, 또 병자를 모두 고쳐 주셨다.
- 이리하여 예언자 이사야를 시켜서 하신 말씀이 이루어졌다. "그는 몸소 우리의 병약함을 떠맡으시고, 우리의 질병을 짊어지셨다."
- 예수께서, 무리가 자기 옆에 둘러 서 있는 것을 보시고, 제자들에게 건너편으로 가자고 말씀하셨다.
- 율법학자 한 사람이 다가와서 예수께 말하였다. "선생님, 나는 선생님이 가시는 곳이면, 어디든지 따라가겠습니다."
- 예수께서 그에게 말씀하셨다. "여우도 굴이 있고, 하늘을 나는 새도 보금자리가 있으나, 인자는 머리 둘 곳이 없다."

- When evening came, they brought to Him many who were demon-possessed; and He cast out the spirits with a word, and healed all who were ill.
- This was to fulfill what was spoken through Isaiah the prophet: "HE HIMSELF TOOK OUR INFIRMITIES AND CARRIED AWAY OUR DISEASES."
- Now when Jesus saw a crowd around Him, He gave orders to depart to the other side of the sea.
- Then a scribe came and said to Him, "Teacher, I will follow You wherever You go."
- Jesus said to him, "The foxes have holes and the birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay His head."

- 또 제자 가운데 한 사람이 말하였다. "주님, 내가 먼저 가서, 아버지의 장례를 치르도록 허락하여 주십시오."
- 예수께서 그에게 말씀하셨다. "너는 나를 따라오너라. 죽은 사람의 장례는 죽은 사람들이 치르게 두어라."

- Another of the disciples said to Him, "Lord, permit me first to go and bury my father."
- But Jesus said to him, "Follow Me, and allow the dead to bury their own dead."
