출애굽기 22:16-23:33

 본문에 지적된 영적, 육적 문란 죄로는 처녀의 순결을 더럽힌 죄, 무당이나 우상 숭배의 죄, 짐승과 성교한 죄 등이 있다. 하나님께서는 이 죄에 대한 처벌과 약자 보호와 종교적 제사 의무에 관하여 말씀하셨다. 또한 재판할 때 거짓 증거와 사사로운 감정을 배격하라고 말씀하셨으며, 안식일과 안식년을 지키며 매년 세 번 절기를 지키고 첫 소산물을 바치도록 명령하셨다. 그리고 하나님만 순종하고 섬기면 복을 주시겠다고 약속하셨다.
  
  행위와 공의에 대한 법(22:16-23:9)    
 
  1. "어떤 사람이 아직 약혼하지 않은 처녀를 꾀어서 건드리면, 그는 반드시 신부의 몸값을 내고, 그 여자를 아내로 맞아들여야 한다.
  2. 그 여자의 아버지가 자기 딸을 그에게 절대로 주지 않겠다고 하면, 그는 처녀를 신부로 데려올 때에 내는 값에 해당하는 금액을 치러야 한다.
  3. 마술을 부리는 여자는 살려 두어서는 안 된다.
  4. 짐승과 교접하는 자는 반드시 사형에 처하여야 한다.
  5. 주 밖의 다른 신에게 제사를 드리는 자는 반드시 없애야 한다.
  1. "If a man seduces a virgin who is not engaged, and lies with her, he must pay a dowry for her to be his wife.
  2. "If her father absolutely refuses to give her to him, he shall pay money equal to the dowry for virgins.
  3. "You shall not allow a sorceress to live.
  4. "Whoever lies with an animal shall surely be put to death.
  5. "He who sacrifices to any god, other than to the LORD alone, shall be utterly destroyed.
  1. 너희는 너희에게 몸붙여 사는 나그네를 학대하거나 억압해서는 안 된다. 너희도 이집트 땅에서 몸붙여 살던 나그네였다.
  2. 너희는 과부나 고아를 괴롭히면 안 된다.
  3. 너희가 그들을 괴롭혀서, 그들이 나에게 부르짖으면, 나는 반드시 그들의 부르짖음을 들어주겠다.
  4. 나는 분노를 터뜨려서, 너희를 칼로 죽이겠다. 그렇게 되면, 너희 아내는 과부가 될 것이며, 너희 자식들은 고아가 될 것이다.
  5. 너희가 너희 가운데서 가난하게 사는 나의 백성에게 돈을 꾸어 주었으면, 너희는 그에게 빚쟁이처럼 재촉해서도 안 되고, 이자를 받아도 안 된다.
  1. "You shall not wrong a stranger or oppress him, for you were strangers in the land of Egypt.
  2. "You shall not afflict any widow or orphan.
  3. "If you afflict him at all, and if he does cry out to Me, I will surely hear his cry;
  4. and My anger will be kindled, and I will kill you with the sword, and your wives shall become widows and your children fatherless.
  5. "If you lend money to My people, to the poor among you, you are not to act as a creditor to him; you shall not charge him interest.
  1. 너희가 정녕 너희 이웃에게서 겉옷을 담보로 잡거든, 해가 지기 전에 그에게 돌려주어야 한다.
  2. 그가 덮을 것이라고는 오직 그것뿐이다. 몸을 가릴 것이라고는 그것밖에 없는데, 그가 무엇을 덮고 자겠느냐? 그가 나에게 부르짖으면 자애로운 나는 들어주지 않을 수 없다.
  3. 너희는 하나님께 욕되는 말을 하거나, 너희 백성의 지도자를 저주하지 못한다.
  4. 너희는 곡식을 거두거나 포도주를 빚거나 올리브 기름을 짠 다음에는, 거기에서 얼마를 나에게 제물로 바쳐야 한다. 너희는 맏아들들을 나에게 바쳐야 한다.
  5. 너희 소나 양도 처음 난 것은 나에게 바쳐야 한다. 처음 난 것들은, 이레 동안은 어미와 함께 있게 하고, 여드렛날에는 나에게 바쳐야 한다.
  1. "If you ever take your neighbor's cloak as a pledge, you are to return it to him before the sun sets,
  2. for that is his only covering; it is his cloak for his body. What else shall he sleep in? And it shall come about that when he cries out to Me, I will hear him, for I am gracious.
  3. "You shall not curse God, nor curse a ruler of your people.
  4. "You shall not delay the offering from your harvest and your vintage The firstborn of your sons you shall give to Me.
  5. "You shall do the same with your oxen and with your sheep It shall be with its mother seven days; on the eighth day you shall give it to Me.
  1. 너희는 나를 섬기는 거룩한 백성이다. 그러므로 너희는 들에서 맹수에게 찢겨서 죽은 짐승의 고기를 먹어서는 안 된다. 그런 것은 개에게나 던져 주어라."
  1. "You shall be holy men to Me, therefore you shall not eat any flesh torn to pieces in the field; you shall throw it to the dogs.
 
 
  1. "너희는 근거없는 말을 해서는 안 된다. 거짓 증언을 하여 죄인의 편을 들어서는 안 된다.
  2. 다수의 사람들이 잘못을 저지를 때에도 그들을 따라가서는 안 되며, 다수의 사람들이 정의를 굽게 하는 증언을 할 때에도 그들을 따라가서는 안 된다.
  3. 너희는 또한 가난한 사람의 송사라고 해서 치우쳐서 두둔해서도 안 된다.
  4. 너희는 원수의 소나 나귀가 길을 잃고 헤매는 것을 보거든, 반드시 그것을 임자에게 돌려주어야 한다.
  5. 너희가 너희를 미워하는 사람의 나귀가 짐에 눌려서 쓰러진 것을 보거든, 그것을 그대로 내버려 두지 말고, 반드시 임자가 나귀를 일으켜 세우는 것을 도와 주어야 한다.
  1. "You shall not bear a false report; do not join your hand with a wicked man to be a malicious witness.
  2. "You shall not follow the masses in doing evil, nor shall you testify in a dispute so as to turn aside after a multitude in order to pervert justice;
  3. nor shall you be partial to a poor man in his dispute.
  4. "If you meet your enemy's ox or his donkey wandering away, you shall surely return it to him.
  5. "If you see the donkey of one who hates you lying helpless under its load, you shall refrain from leaving it to him, you shall surely release it with him.
  1. 너희는 가난한 사람의 송사라고 해서 그에게 불리한 판결을 내려서는 안 된다.
  2. 거짓 고발을 물리쳐라. 죄 없는 사람과 의로운 사람을 죽여서는 안 된다. 나는 악인을 의롭다고 하지 않기 때문이다.
  3. 너희는 뇌물을 받아서는 안 된다. 뇌물은 사람의 눈을 멀게 하고, 의로운 사람의 말을 왜곡시킨다.
  4. 너희는 너희에게 몸붙여 사는 나그네를 억압해서는 안 된다. 너희도 이집트 땅에서 나그네로 몸붙여 살았으니, 나그네의 서러움을 잘 알 것이다."
  1. "You shall not pervert the justice due to your needy brother in his dispute.
  2. "Keep far from a false charge, and do not kill the innocent or the righteous, for I will not acquit the guilty.
  3. "You shall not take a bribe, for a bribe blinds the clear-sighted and subverts the cause of the just.
  4. "You shall not oppress a stranger, since you yourselves know the feelings of a stranger, for you also were strangers in the land of Egypt.
 
  안식일과 절기에 대한 법(23:10-23:33)    
 
  1. "너희는 여섯 해 동안은 밭에 씨를 뿌려서, 그 소출을 거두어들이고,
  2. 일곱째 해에는 땅을 놀리고 묵혀서, 거기서 자라는 것은 무엇이나 가난한 사람들이 먹게 하고, 그렇게 하고도 남은 것은 들짐승이 먹게 해야 한다. 너희의 포도밭과 올리브 밭도 그렇게 해야 한다.
  3. 너희는 엿새 동안 일을 하고, 이렛날에는 쉬어야 한다. 그래야 너희의 소와 나귀도 쉴 수 있을 것이며, 너희 여종의 아들과 몸붙여 사는 나그네도 숨을 돌릴 수 있을 것이다.
  4. 너희는 내가 너희에게 말한 모든 것을 지켜야 한다. 그리고 너희는 다른 신들의 이름을 기억해서는 안 되며, 입 밖에 내서도 안 된다."
  5. "너희는 한 해에 세 차례 나의 절기를 지켜야 한다.
  1. "You shall sow your land for six years and gather in its yield,
  2. but on the seventh year you shall let it rest and lie fallow, so that the needy of your people may eat; and whatever they leave the beast of the field may eat. You are to do the same with your vineyard and your olive grove.
  3. "Six days you are to do your work, but on the seventh day you shall cease from labor so that your ox and your donkey may rest, and the son of your female slave, as well as your stranger, may refresh themselves.
  4. "Now concerning everything which I have said to you, be on your guard; and do not mention the name of other gods, nor let them be heard from your mouth.
  5. "Three times a year you shall celebrate a feast to Me.
  1. 너희는 무교절을 지켜야 한다. 내가 너희에게 명한 대로, 아빕월의 정해진 때에, 이레 동안 누룩을 넣지 않은 빵을 먹어야 한다. 너희가 그 때에 이집트에서 나왔기 때문이다. 너희는 빈 손으로 내 앞에 나와서는 안 된다.
  2. 너희는 너희가 애써서 밭에 씨를 뿌려서 거둔 곡식의 첫 열매로 맥추절을 지켜야 한다. 또한 너희는 밭에서 애써 가꾼 것을 거두어들이는 한 해의 끝무렵에 수장절을 지켜야 한다.
  3. 너희 가운데 남자들은 모두 한 해에 세 번 주 하나님 앞에 나와야 한다.
  4. 너희는 나에게 바치는 희생제물의 피를 누룩 넣은 빵과 함께 바쳐서는 안 된다. 그리고 절기 때에 나에게 바친 기름을 다음날 아침까지 남겨 두어서도 안 된다.
  5. 너희는 너희 땅에서 난 첫 열매 가운데서 제일 좋은 것을 주 너희 하나님의 집으로 가져 와야 한다. 너희는 새끼 염소를 그 어미의 젖으로 삶아서는 안 된다."
  1. "You shall observe the Feast of Unleavened Bread; for seven days you are to eat unleavened bread, as I commanded you, at the appointed time in the month Abib, for in it you came out of Egypt And none shall appear before Me empty-handed.
  2. "Also you shall observe the Feast of the Harvest of the first fruits of your labors from what you sow in the field; also the Feast of the Ingathering at the end of the year when you gather in the fruit of your labors from the field.
  3. "Three times a year all your males shall appear before the Lord GOD.
  4. "You shall not offer the blood of My sacrifice with leavened bread; nor is the fat of My feast to remain overnight until morning.
  5. "You shall bring the choice first fruits of your soil into the house of the LORD your God "You are not to boil a young goat in the milk of its mother.
  1. "이제 내가 너희 앞에 한 천사를 보내어 길에서 너희를 지켜 주며, 내가 예비하여 둔 곳으로 너희를 데려가겠다.
  2. 너희는 삼가 그 말에 순종하며, 그를 거역하지 말아라. 나의 이름이 그와 함께 있으므로, 그가 너희의 반역을 용서하지 않을 것이다.
  3. 너희가 그의 말에 절대 순종하여, 내가 명하는 모든 것을 따르면, 내가 너희의 원수를 나의 원수로 여기고, 너희의 대적을 나의 대적으로 여기겠다.
  4. 나의 천사가 너희 앞에서 너희를 아모리 사람과 헷 사람과 브리스 사람과 가나안 사람과 히위 사람과 여부스 사람이 있는 곳으로 인도할 것이다. 내가 그들을 전멸시키겠다.
  5. 너희는 그들의 신들에게 엎드려서 절을 하여 섬기지 말 것이며, 그들의 종교적인 관습을 본받지 말아라. 신상들을 다 부수고, 그들이 신성하게 여기던 돌기둥들을 깨뜨려 버려라.
  1. "Behold, I am going to send an angel before you to guard you along the way and to bring you into the place which I have prepared.
  2. "Be on your guard before him and obey his voice; do not be rebellious toward him, for he will not pardon your transgression, since My name is in him.
  3. "But if you truly obey his voice and do all that I say, then I will be an enemy to your enemies and an adversary to your adversaries.
  4. "For My angel will go before you and bring you in to the land of the Amorites, the Hittites, the Perizzites, the Canaanites, the Hivites and the Jebusites; and I will completely destroy them.
  5. "You shall not worship their gods, nor serve them, nor do according to their deeds; but you shall utterly overthrow them and break their sacred pillars in pieces.
  1. 너희는 주 너희 하나님 나만을 섬겨야 한다. 그러면 내가 너희에게 복을 내려, 빵과 물을 주겠고, 너희 가운데서 질병을 없애겠다.
  2. 너희 땅에 낙태하거나 임신하지 못하는 여자가 없을 것이며, 내가 너희를 너희 수명대로 다 살게 하겠다.
  3. 내가 나의 위엄을 너희보다 앞에 보내어, 너희가 만날 모든 백성을 혼란에 빠뜨리고, 너희 모든 원수가 돌아서서 달아나게 하겠다.
  4. 내가 말벌을 너희보다 앞질러 보내어, 히위 사람과 가나안 사람과 헷 사람을 너희 앞에서 쫓아내겠다.
  5. 그러나 나는, 땅이 황폐하여지고 들짐승이 많아질까 염려되므로, 한 해 안에 그들을 너희 앞에서 다 쫓아내지는 않겠다.
  1. "But you shall serve the LORD your God, and He will bless your bread and your water; and I will remove sickness from your midst.
  2. "There shall be no one miscarrying or barren in your land; I will fulfill the number of your days.
  3. "I will send My terror ahead of you, and throw into confusion all the people among whom you come, and I will make all your enemies turn their backs to you.
  4. "I will send hornets ahead of you so that they will drive out the Hivites, the Canaanites, and the Hittites before you.
  5. "I will not drive them out before you in a single year, that the land may not become desolate and the beasts of the field become too numerous for you.
  1. 나는 너희가 번성하여 그 땅을 너희의 소유로 차지할 때까지, 그들을 너희 앞에서 조금씩 쫓아내겠다.
  2. 내가 너희 땅 경계를 홍해에서 블레셋 바다까지, 광야에서 유프라테스 강까지로 정하고, 그 땅에 사는 사람들을 너희 손에 넘겨줄 터이니, 너희가 그들을 쫓아내어라.
  3. 너희는 그들과 언약을 맺지 말아라. 그들의 신들과도 언약을 맺지 말아라.
  4. 너희는 그들을 너희 땅에서 살지 못하게 하여라. 그렇게 하지 않으면, 그들이 너희를 유혹하여 나에게 죄를 짓게 할까 염려가 된다. 너희가 그들의 신들을 섬기면, 그것이 너희를 잡는 덫이 될 것이다."
  1. "I will drive them out before you little by little, until you become fruitful and take possession of the land.
  2. "I will fix your boundary from the Red Sea to the sea of the Philistines, and from the wilderness to the River Euphrates; for I will deliver the inhabitants of the land into your hand, and you will drive them out before you.
  3. "You shall make no covenant with them or with their gods.
  4. "They shall not live in your land, because they will make you sin against Me; for if you serve their gods, it will surely be a snare to you."
