미가 4:1-5:15

 미가는 이스라엘과 이방 민족 모두가 참여하는 영광과 평화의 메시아 왕국이 도래할 것을 예언하였다. 또한 그날에는 남은 자들이 포로에서 귀환하여 이스라엘이 회복되고 승리를 누리게 될 것이라고 예언하면서, 이스라엘에게 바벨론에서의 구원의 날을 기다리며 인내하라고 권면하였다. 그리고 미가는 메시아의 탄생과, 하나님의 왕국을 거룩하게 하실 그 분의 사역에 대해 예언하였다.
  
  메시아 왕국과 사역(4:1-5:15)    
 
  1. 그 날이 오면, 주님의 성전이 서 있는 주님의 산이 산들 가운데서 가장 높이 솟아서, 모든 언덕을 아래로 내려다 보며, 우뚝 설 것이다. 민족들이 구름처럼 그리로 몰려올 것이다.
  2. 민족마다 오면서 이르기를 "자, 가자. 우리 모두 주님의 산으로 올라가자. 야곱의 하나님이 계신 성전으로 어서 올라가자. 주님께서 우리에게 주님의 길을 가르치실 것이니, 주님께서 가르치시는 길을 따르자" 할 것이다. 율법이 시온에서 나오며, 주님의 말씀이 예루살렘에서 나온다.
  3. 주님께서 민족들 사이의 분쟁을 판결하시고, 원근 각처에 있는 열강 사이의 갈등을 해결하실 것이니, 나라마다 칼을 쳐서 보습을 만들고 창을 쳐서 낫을 만들 것이며, 나라와 나라가 칼을 들고 서로를 치지 않을 것이며, 다시는 군사 훈련도 하지 않을 것이다.
  4. 사람마다 자기 포도나무와 무화과나무 아래 앉아서, 평화롭게 살 것이다. 사람마다 아무런 위협을 받지 않으면서 살 것이다. 이것은 만군의 주님께서 약속하신 것이다.
  5. 다른 모든 민족은 각기 자기 신들을 섬기고 순종할 것이다. 그러나 우리는 언제까지나, 주 우리의 하나님만을 섬기고, 그분에게만 순종할 것이다.
  1. And it will come about in the last days That the mountain of the house of the LORD Will be established as the chief of the mountains It will be raised above the hills, And the peoples will stream to it.
  2. Many nations will come and say, "Come and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD And to the house of the God of Jacob, That He may teach us about His ways And that we may walk in His paths " For from Zion will go forth the law, Even the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.
  3. And He will judge between many peoples And render decisions for mighty, distant nations Then they will hammer their swords into plowshares And their spears into pruning hooks; Nation will not lift up sword against nation, And never again will they train for war.
  4. Each of them will sit under his vine And under his fig tree, With no one to make them afraid, For the mouth of the LORD of hosts has spoken.
  5. Though all the peoples walk Each in the name of his god, As for us, we will walk In the name of the LORD our God forever and ever.
  1. "나 주가 선언한다. 그 날이 오면, 비틀거리며 사는 백성을 내가 다시 불러오고, 사로잡혀 가서 고생하던 나의 백성을 다시 불러모으겠다.
  2. 그들이 이역만리 타향에서 비틀거리며 살고 있으나, 거기에서 살아 남은 백성이 강한 민족이 될 것이다. 그 때로부터 영원토록, 나 주가 그들을 시온 산에서 다스리겠다.
  3. 너 양 떼의 망대야, 도성 시온의 산아, 너의 이전 통치가 회복되고 도성 예루살렘의 왕권이 네게로 돌아올 것이다."
  4. 어찌하여 너는 그렇게 큰소리로 우느냐? 왕이 없기 때문이냐? 어찌하여 너는 아이를 낳는 여인처럼 진통하느냐? 자문관들이 죽었기 때문이냐?
  5. 도성 시온아, 이제 네가 이 도성을 떠나서, 빈 들로 가서 살아야 할 것이니, 아이를 낳는 여인처럼, 몸부림치면서 신음하여라. 너는 바빌론으로 가야 할 것이다. 거기에서 주님께서 너를 건지시고, 너의 원수에게서 너를 속량하실 것이다.
  1. "In that day," declares the LORD, "I will assemble the lame And gather the outcasts, Even those whom I have afflicted.
  2. "I will make the lame a remnant And the outcasts a strong nation, And the LORD will reign over them in Mount Zion From now on and forever.
  3. "As for you, tower of the flock, Hill of the daughter of Zion, To you it will come-- Even the former dominion will come, The kingdom of the daughter of Jerusalem.
  4. "Now, why do you cry out loudly? Is there no king among you, Or has your counselor perished, That agony has gripped you like a woman in childbirth?
  5. "Writhe and labor to give birth, Daughter of Zion, Like a woman in childbirth; For now you will go out of the city, Dwell in the field, And go to Babylon There you will be rescued; There the LORD will redeem you From the hand of your enemies.
  1. 그러나 이제 많은 민족이 연합하여 너를 칠 것이다. 그들은 이르기를 "시온은 망해야 한다. 이제 곧 우리는 이 도성이 폐허가 되는 것을 보게 될 것이다" 한다.
  2. 그러나 그들은, 나 주가 마음 속으로 무엇을 생각하고 있는지를 알지 못한다. 한꺼번에 같은 방법으로 벌을 주려고, 곡식을 타작 마당으로 모아서 쌓듯이, 그들을 한데 모았다는 것을 미처 깨닫지 못한다.
  3. 도성 시온아, 네 원수에게 가서, 그들을 쳐라! 내가 네 뿔을 쇠 같게 하고, 네 굽을 놋쇠 같게 할 것이니, 너는 많은 민족을 짓밟고, 그들이 폭력을 써서 착취한 그 재물을 빼앗아다가, 온 세상의 주 곧 나에게 가져 올 것이다.
  1. "And now many nations have been assembled against you Who say, 'Let her be polluted, And let our eyes gloat over Zion.'
  2. "But they do not know the thoughts of the LORD, And they do not understand His purpose; For He has gathered them like sheaves to the threshing floor.
  3. "Arise and thresh, daughter of Zion, For your horn I will make iron And your hoofs I will make bronze, That you may pulverize many peoples, That you may devote to the LORD their unjust gain And their wealth to the Lord of all the earth.
 
 
  1. 군대의 도성아, 군대를 모아라! 우리가 포위되었다! 침략군들이 몽둥이로 이스라엘의 통치자의 뺨을 칠 것이다.
  2. "그러나 너 베들레헴 에브라다야, 너는 유다의 여러 족속 가운데서 작은 족속이지만, 이스라엘을 다스릴 자가 네게서 내게로 나올 것이다. 그의 기원은 아득한 옛날, 태초에까지 거슬러 올라간다."
  3. 그러므로 주님께서는 해산하는 여인이 아이를 낳을 때까지, 당신의 백성을 원수들에게 그대로 맡겨 두실 것이다. 그 뒤에 그의 동포, 사로잡혀 가 있던 남은 백성이, 이스라엘 자손에게로 돌아올 것이다.
  4. 그가 주님께서 주신 능력을 가지고, 그의 하나님이신 주님의 이름이 지닌 그 위엄을 의지하고 서서 그의 떼를 먹일 것이다. 그러면 그의 위대함이 땅 끝까지 이를 것이므로, 그들은 안전하게 살아갈 수 있을 것이다.
  5. 그리고 그는 그들에게 '평화'를 가져다 줄 것이다. 앗시리아 사람이 우리 땅을 침략하여, 우리의 방어망을 뚫고 들어올 때에, 우리는 일곱 목자, 여덟 장군들을 보내서, 침략자들과 싸우게 할 것이다.
  1. "Now muster yourselves in troops, daughter of troops; They have laid siege against us; With a rod they will smite the judge of Israel on the cheek.
  2. "But as for you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, Too little to be among the clans of Judah, From you One will go forth for Me to be ruler in Israel His goings forth are from long ago, From the days of eternity."
  3. Therefore He will give them up until the time When she who is in labor has borne a child Then the remainder of His brethren Will return to the sons of Israel.
  4. And He will arise and shepherd His flock In the strength of the LORD, In the majesty of the name of the LORD His God And they will remain, Because at that time He will be great To the ends of the earth.
  5. This One will be our peace When the Assyrian invades our land, When he tramples on our citadels, Then we will raise against him Seven shepherds and eight leaders of men.
  1. 그들은 칼로 앗시리아 땅을 정복하고, 뺀 칼로 니므롯 땅을 황무지로 만들 것이다. 앗시리아의 군대가 우리의 땅을 침략하여, 우리의 국경선 너머로 들어올 때에 그가 우리를 앗시리아 군대의 손에서 구원하여 낼 것이다.
  2. 많은 민족들 사이에 살아 남은 야곱 백성은, 주님께서 내려 주시는 아침 이슬과 같이 될 것이며, 푸성귀 위에 내리는 비와도 같게 되어서, 사람을 의지하거나 인생을 기다리지 않을 것이다.
  3. 살아 남은 야곱 백성은 여러 민족과 백성 사이에 흩어져서 살 것이며, 숲 속 짐승들 가운데 서 있는 사자처럼, 양 떼의 한가운데 서 있는 사자처럼, 걸을 때마다, 먹이에게 달려들어 밟고 찢을 것이니, 그에게서는 아무도 그 짐승을 건져 낼 수 없을 것이다.
  4. 네가 네 대적 위에 손을 들고 네 원수를 모두 파멸시키기를 바란다.
  5. "나 주가 선언한다. 그 날이 오면, 너희가 가진 군마를 없애 버리고 말이 끄는 병거를 부수어 버리겠다.
  1. They will shepherd the land of Assyria with the sword, The land of Nimrod at its entrances; And He will deliver us from the Assyrian When he attacks our land And when he tramples our territory.
  2. Then the remnant of Jacob Will be among many peoples Like dew from the LORD, Like showers on vegetation Which do not wait for man Or delay for the sons of men.
  3. The remnant of Jacob Will be among the nations, Among many peoples Like a lion among the beasts of the forest, Like a young lion among flocks of sheep, Which, if he passes through, Tramples down and tears, And there is none to rescue.
  4. Your hand will be lifted up against your adversaries, And all your enemies will be cut off.
  5. "It will be in that day," declares the LORD, "That I will cut off your horses from among you And destroy your chariots.
  1. 너희 땅에 세운 성곽들을 부수어 버리고, 요새들은 모두 파괴하여 버리겠다.
  2. 너희가 쓰던 마법을 없앨 것이니, 너희가 다시는 점을 치지 않을 것이다.
  3. 너희가 새긴 우상을 파괴하여 버리고, 신성하게 여긴 돌 기둥들도 부수어 버려서, 다시는 너희가 만든 그런 것들을 너희가 섬기지 못하게 하겠다.
  4. 너희 가운데서 아세라 여신상을 모두 뽑아 버리고, 너희가 사는 성읍들을 파괴하겠다.
  5. 나에게 복종하지 않은 모든 민족에게, 화가 나는 대로, 분노를 참지 않고 보복하겠다."
  1. "I will also cut off the cities of your land And tear down all your fortifications.
  2. "I will cut off sorceries from your hand, And you will have fortune-tellers no more.
  3. "I will cut off your carved images And your sacred pillars from among you, So that you will no longer bow down To the work of your hands.
  4. "I will root out your Asherim from among you And destroy your cities.
  5. "And I will execute vengeance in anger and wrath On the nations which have not obeyed."
